As Abir held the syringe filled with that toxic blue liquid before Arisa's eyes, she felt as if the ground beneath her feet had vanished. The stormy wind lashed against the windowpanes like a sinister spirit trying to break in. Abir stepped toward her slowly, that cruel smile on his face—the same smile that haunted her every night.
"Don't touch me!" Arisa screamed. "God will never forgive you for what you're doing!"
Abir burst into a chilling laughter. He grabbed her by her hair and dragged her onto the bed.
"God?" Abir hissed. "Inside this mansion, Arisa, I am God. Even the wind doesn't blow here without my permission. You have been defiant for too long; now it's time to tame you."
As Abir prepared to push the needle into her arm, Arisa made one last desperate move. She grabbed a heavy flower vase from the nightstand and hurled it at him. It struck Abir on the forehead before shattering on the floor. Blood began to trickle down his face, but he didn't seem to feel the pain. Instead, his eyes turned a deeper shade of crimson.
"You will pay a heavy price for this courage, Arisa," Abir growled through clenched teeth.
He tied her hands to the bedpost with brutal force. Arisa was on the verge of fainting from pain and terror. Just then, Abir's phone buzzed. The name 'Aryan' flashed on the screen, making Abir pause.
He answered and put it on speaker. Aryan's frantic voice echoed through the room: "Abir Khan! I'm not alone. I'm standing outside your gate with a massive police force. Release Arisa this instant, or your empire ends tonight!"
A flicker of hope ignited in Arisa's fading eyes. But Abir calmly wiped the blood from his brow. "Mr. Aryan, you've made a fatal mistake. Before your police can even reach the door, Arisa will be mine—forever."
Abir pushed the needle into Arisa's arm. Her world began to dissolve into darkness. The last thing she heard was Abir's demonic laughter echoing in the void.
