Chapter 3 - chapter 3 one sign

The night carried a different energy now.

‎Not storm.

‎Not fear.

‎But movement.

‎Diamond's House Arrival

‎The doors opened.

‎Light stepped in fast, sharp, alive.

‎Diamond grinned.

‎"What's up, brother?"

‎Then he turned.

‎"This is Laho… also called Wisdom."

‎Light paused, studying him.

‎"Wow… you must be from the Ameri Nations."

‎Laho smiled faintly. Calm. Controlled.

‎"It's good to finally meet you, Light. Your brother has told me many things about you."

‎He stepped closer.

‎"A man who runs with speed… but tell me what does a genius do beyond motion?"

‎Light's lips curved into a grin.

‎"I like this one."

‎The Talk of Power

‎Light folded his arms.

‎"Have you seen the market Golden Bullet?"

‎Laho's eyes flickered with knowing.

‎"I know your brother is a treasure hunter. We used to trade iron… and hunt for more than metal."

‎Diamond clapped once.

‎"Alright, enough. Let me show you the house."

‎The House of Ruths

‎They walked through halls built like legacy.

‎"This house," Diamond said, "holds the title of all the headed ruths in the city."

‎He pointed:

‎"That is the Knight Hall."

‎"The storehouse ancient and modern weapons."

‎"The Guild where spices and rare trades are sealed."

‎"And this…"

‎They stopped.

‎"The Time Room."

‎The Time Room

‎Walls filled with art.

‎Old. Priceless. Alive.

‎Paintings that whispered history.

‎Laho moved slowly, observing.

‎Then

‎He stopped.

‎One image.

‎Hand-drawn. Ancient. Detailed.

‎His eyes narrowed.

‎A girl.

‎Standing behind another.

‎Faint… but unmistakable.

‎It was Aloha.

‎The Sign

‎Laho spoke quietly:

‎"How was this drawn?"

‎Diamond shrugged.

‎"Oh that? Holp is Light's business partner. My brother told me she has a friend… maybe that's her."

‎Laho said nothing.

‎But something had shifted.

‎This was no coincidence.

‎This… was a sign.

‎Elsewhere Aloha's House

‎"Holp is here!" Xoft shouted.

‎Holp stepped in, smiling.

‎"How is the transformer coming?"

‎"Almost done," Xoft replied. "I just need to run some connections."

‎Holp nodded.

‎"Good. Aloha and I are heading to Gunman Town. You coming?"

‎Xoft smiled.

‎"I'm in."

‎Aloha walked down the stairs.

‎"Holp… where are you coming from?"

‎Holp smirked.

‎"Business."

‎Xoft laughed suddenly.

‎"And you, sis? Where are you coming from?"

‎Aloha paused… then answered softly:

‎"The Saba Café."

‎Silence.

‎Then laughter filled the room.

‎But deep inside

‎The thread had already been tied.
