Jason Forrester didn't know why, after agreeing to let her go, he felt so empty inside.
He didn't know how to describe his current mood, but he truly felt powerless.
"Where is she now? Is she about to board the plane?"
"Have you been keeping an eye on her?"
Jason Forrester had barely been working for long before he turned around to ask again.
The one thing he was most anxious about right now was whether Megan Kane had left yet.
"Not yet. She should still be at home, preparing to leave."
"But we haven't been monitoring her closely, so there might be some inaccuracies. We'll have to check again later."
The subordinate standing beside him wiped the sweat from his forehead. He really didn't understand why the man before him was so concerned.
Especially since they hadn't paid any attention to the matter.
So, he could only guess and answer blindly, unable to figure out what was going on.
"It's fine. Just see if she has left. Let me know when she's gone."
