She looked at the flowers in the garden as the teacup rested on the saucer in her hand, her fingers elegantly curved around the handle. The faint vapour from it curled upward in thin spirals, disappearing into the gentle morning air.
One might even wonder why the Queen was drinking hot tea given that it was already morning and afternoon was slowly approaching, which meant the day would soon grow warm. Anyone at this hour would be looking for a cold drink, not a hot one.
But Oriana seemed unbothered, as that was what she seemed to crave.
