Those bullets are having no effect on nomu even when it's being continuously pierced due to its tremendous regeneration power.
But the nomu is being forced to stay in one place and tank the hits to keep Shigaraki safe.
Meanwhile, Momo had managed to send distress signals and received replies through the radio regarding reinforcements.
Meanwhile, the students managed to capture everyone they could spot.
Especially Bakugo who went wild the moment he finished guarding momo and denki.
Momo made handguns for her and denki to use.
Aizawa and Thirteen were clearing out others on the ground seeing Akira is safe and sound.

Aizawa and Shigaraki locked eachother in a duel as Shigaraki's patience dulled with every passing second.
" DIIIIEEEEEE" Bakugo screamed as he blasted the monster which kept regenerating and tanking every hit from them.
Midoriya's attacks became worthless. It was able to tank every hit.
It's fast. Horribly fast. But they can atleast see it's movements.
" HEAD! HIT THE HEAD! THE REGENERATION IS SLOW! " Akira shouted from above as she stuggled to concentrate on the flowing blood in its body and solidifying it.

Akira pours some of her blood into the gauntlet and tries her best to dilute it evenly while maintaining her main focus on the monster below.
Then she draws out his sweat along with her blood and shoots it into nomu without missing a single bullet.
As expected, the Nomu immediately sealed the wounds. But the blood is already inside.

Thirteen and remaining students are holding back the other villains from joining the fight keeping them safe from external variables and distractions.

A quick decisive iscicle from Todoroki pierced his heart splashing more blood just as Aizawa's scarf reached him to capture.
As everyone's focus is caught by the now dead man,Midoriya notices falling Akira on time and zooms to catch her.

The blood from Akira's wings lost it's shape and fell along with her painting everyone in red.
