Calix's POV:
*Continuation of Flashback....*
It felt like someone stabbed me when she said that. I couldn't move, I couldn't even stop her from leaving.
What's happening to me? I'm not even sure how I feel about her, but why do I feel this way?
Why does it feel like I'm hurting?
I don't know what to do.
"CALIX!" Ella called out to me angrily.
Maybe she already heard about what happened.
"Ell-----"
A loud slap cut me off. Keifer, whi was following behind her, quickly held her back.
"I TOLD YOU! I SAW HER CRYING! WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?!"
To be honest, Ella's voice is deafening when she's angry.
It's the opposite of how she normally is.
"Ella! Stop it!" Keifer tried to calm her down.
"WHAT DID YOU DO?!"
"I-----I didn't do anything to her."
"LIAR!"
"Enough! Ella! Just leave him alone for now!" Keifer tried to stop her again while holding her back.
But she ignored him and kept glaring at me. I deserve this.
"W-we broke up.... She broke up with me," I said.
Ella and Keifer froze.
"S-she said..... she doesn't love me anymore."
It was so hard for me to say those words. I couldn't accept it. What's happening to me?
I tried calling Mica, but her phone was always off.
She had also blocked me on Facebook.
I couldn't get closer to her at school. Mykel and the others were always around. And when I did get a chance, Mica would quickly walk away.
Ella wasn't talking to me either. I felt like I was going crazy.
I know she still loves me. Feelings don't just disappear that easily.
It's even harder to figure out what you truly feel for someone.
Like me-----I only realized that I love her after she was gone.
I had to lose her before I understood.
"End of Flashback..."
Jay-jay's POV:
"Huhuhuhuhu...."
That's me. Crying while eating grilled isaw.
I look like an idiot.
It's just that the sauce is so spicy----I wasn't warned about this!
"Are you okay, Jay?" Mica asked me.
"N-no..... Huhuhuhuhu..... It's just really spicy."
Mica just grimaced and handed me some juice.
We're at Hepa Avenue, the street full of food stalls.
After hearing Mica's love story, I got hungry.
Can you blame me? I was on a hunger strike.
"You really have no plans to talk to Calix again?" I asked, bringing the topic back.
She avoided looking at me. That's how it is---when people are hurt, their kids close off.
It takes a long time for wounds like that to heal.
Since when did you become a love expert, Jay?
I surprised myself with that thought. Anyway, back to the topic.
"You know..... wounds heal faster if you put antibiotics on them," I said.
I paused for a moment. What?
What do I even mean by that?
And how is this related to our conversation?
"Jay... Antibiotics are for literal wounds. But the wound I have..... no medicine can heal that."
"Penicillin..... that might work."
She scratched her head. "That's for open wounds."
"Then let's open your wound again. Talk to Calix and let him explain. Believe me, you'll heal faster." I said as I took a bite of kwek-kwek.
"So you're saying that Calix's explaination is like penicillin? And if I accept it, my wound will heal faster?"
Yes! Finally, tha antibiotic analogy made sense in this conversation!
"You got it!"
Mica glanced over at where Calix was, playing Pokémon Go with the others.
Why did these guys even come with us?
"What about tomorrow? I'm sure those little devils will come after you again!" I asked while chewing on a fishball.
Yeah, yeah, I eat a lot.
"Ella's coming back to school tomorrow." Mica smiled. "I'm sure she doesn't know what Aries did to me.
" Are you planning to tell her?"
"No..... I don't want her fighting because of me. She's already been through a lot---I don't want to add to her problems."
I just nodded and drank some juice.
Mica is a strong person. Even with everything she's going through, she still thinks about others.
"Jay-jay....." Ci-N called out to me. "Look!" He smiled as he showed me his phone.
"You caught a Snorlax, wow!"
"Say hi to it!" He said excitedly.
I looked at him, confused. Say hi?
"Huh? Why would I do that?"
"Because it's your kind!" He said happily before running off to David.
Damn it!
I even heard him laughing.
I turned back to Mica, who was obviously trying to hold in her laughter.
"Don't hold it in..... You might fart."
We kept chatting about random things.
Then we walked her home. Her house is big, but not as big as ours.
Since I live there now, I can say.
Ours.
And it's definitely not as big as Yuri's..... rooftop!
I remembered the Japan-Japan thing again.
"Do you want to come in for a bit?" Mica asked.
"No, thanks."
"Alright.... Take care----you guys too."
She went inside. I walked back to the other three.
"Did she say anything about me? Did she mention me at all? Is she still mad----"
"Hold on, Calix! One question at a time!" I cut hi off.
"She said she's okay.... She didn't mention you. Except when she told me your story."
Calix looked like he just lost a game. Disappointed and regretful.
Well, it's his fault!
We kept walking, but Calix stayed behind outside Mica's house.
He said he'd be the new guard.
Charot!
The two of them insisted on walking me home.
"You guys have been glued to your phone away, but Ci-N just kept smiling at his screen.
" What is it, Ci? Have you finally lost your mind? Why are you grinning at your phone?" I asked.
He ignored me. David got curious and looked at his screen too.
Suddenly, David smiled----like he was really amused by what he saw.
What is it?
I got curious too, so I looked.
Damn them!
"You little-----!" I cursed and smacked Ci-N.
It was a picture of Snorlax, but my face had been edited onto it.
Animal!
No wonder he was grinning so much. Even David, who's usually serious, starting laughing.
"Hahaha.... See? You really are one of its kind!" Ci-N said.
I glared at him. This kid! Animal!
We continued walking. It was a long way, but they wanted to hatch theri eggs.
We finally reached my house. Since I live here now, I say.
Ours.
The two of them said goodbye.
As soon as I entered, Aries was the first thing I saw.
It looked like he didn't go to school----he was still wearing a polo shirt and pants.
And it was way too early for dismissal.
He gave me a sharp look. I wanted to poke his eyes out.
He was about to leave when I remembered Mica.
"Aries!" I called him. He turned back to me.
"It's about Mica----"
"I know what you did. But let's talk about this later." He said, about to walk away again.
But I'm stubborn. I want to talk now.
I blocked his way, making his eyebrows furrow in frustration.

Why did you have to do that to Mica?!"
"It's none of your business! Move!"
"I'm not moving! Don't you realize Mica is a girl?!"
"I don't care! Get out of my way!"
"Tsk! No! Call of those little devils you sent after her!"
"Argh! Why are you so stubborn?!"
"Yeah, I

stubborn! Just stop messing with Mica! I'm sure she wasn't the one who called Ella 'flirty' in the bathroom! That was a different voice!"
He fell silent for a moment, as if thinking.
"So stop the D-monyitos! Leave Mica alone!" I pleaded.
"What did the section D do to Mica?!"
A familiar voice spoke from behind Aries.
We both froze.
It was a woman's voice.
We slowly turned around.
"E-Ella...." I whispered.
She was staring at Aries---her face filled with disappointment.
"Look, Ella.... Let me explain," Aries sadi, stepping closer.
Ella just shook her head and quickly walked out of the house. Aries followed after her.
Looks like there's about to be a fight.... because of me.
