After Audrain and the hunters left the forest, they soon reached a town. The place was silent, no movement only the wind and trees talking. They felt nobody was in the town, so their thought flew to "they may have been caught by the zombies". They were about leave when Audrain's eye caught something. A kid who was in pain, His veins all swollen, Audrain rushed over asking him what happened when a man appeared out of the blue;
"Leave that kid alone", he said with no pity in his eyes,
"This boy has already been possessed by one of those monster".
Those words got Audrain mad, he rushed to the man and held him at the collar of his shirt, telling him to take back what he said;
"What do you mean by I should leave him alone. You call yourself a man and you can't even help a kid who is suffering, is that the mind of an ad…".
His words were interrupted by the kid who yelled in pain. His wrist twisted to a 360, that's like all the way back which meant that he was turning into a zombie. They had to restrain him, as for him not to attack anyone. They thought of a way to cure him, but nothing came up. Then Audrain remembered that whenever he was bitten by a zombie they turn back to human. He got up and told them to get a syringe, they wondered why all of a sudden he was asking for a syringe, but he just told them to go get it, that he'll explain later.
They went to a nearby hospital got a syringe and brought it back. Audrain used it to collect blood from himself and injected it into the kid. Nothing happened at first, but later his veins stopped swelling slowly, his wrist turned back and his eyes stopped showing green in color. He blacked out, they thought he had died. They had a thought 'bout him and Audrain's blood not rhyming and it killed him. They decided to keep him in a where even if he wake he won't be able to attack anyone.
They were moving his body to a dark room where no one is permitted, when he suddenly opened his eyes. They all left him with fear in their eyes, he would have landed on the ground with force but Audrain held him firmly. Their face wore an expression that said, "Why is he Alive". The air around him was so dense that even the wind noticed and allowed him to breath. Audrain came and patted him on the head; "Don't worry everything will be alright".
The boy was taken to a restaurant, was given some food. He ate like it was his first time tasting food, he was happy that he was being loved again after his mother was turned into zombie. As they were eating, there was some strange feeling around. Audrain stood up in a way of remembrance, like he has felt this atmosphere before, where the air seems too thick to breath. In fact, he has; it was the same as the one he felt when he was at a restaurant few days ago.
"Everyone get out ri…", his words were interrupted by a group of zombies who broke in. Every one panicked and ran out to every direction. An old man walked up to a zombie and started poking him with his walking stick. "Don't you have respect for elder's, I'm eating here. Oh if I had my death laser". The zombie was about to attack the man when Audrain jumped in and took the man away. "Why did you take me away I was teaching that kid a lesson, kids these days are so annoying", he said flogging his stick on Audrain's head.
One of the hunters called Audrain for help but by the time he reached they were already turned to zombies. Only one person was remaining, he told Audrain to go and find the boy because he was taken away by the zombies. Audrain ran away, not to the direction of the zombies but to a place he doesn't even know. "All we did was search for a cure and now all this trouble", facing down he said to himself. He kicked a stone and heard a low bang. He looked up only to see a huge gate with a sign that said;
"BEWARE! no Zombie allowed".
