In a quiet home in the city of Ingola lived an identical twin sister. These two used to stay in an orphanage when they were seven years old. They never knew their own biological parents, and soon they were adopted by a kind, loving man by the name Miti William. The names of the two sisters are Sarah and Samantha Greenwood. Although they look alike thy have some distinguishing features. Both are Caucasian, and both possess an irresistible warm smile. Sarah has dark, long hair, wears glasses and is athletic, while Samantha has long blonde hair, a scar on her neck and is quite strong.
Soon, the three decide to go for a trip to see their stepfather's mother. Sarah and Samantha were in their bedroom: Sarah was choosing what clothes she and her sister Samantha should pack in their suitcases. As Sarah was doing that, Samantha was trying to call her cousin Susan. As Samantha was trying to call her, she felt something poke her on her back. She turned to see what it was and saw Sarah: she was wearing a green sweater, glasses, a pair of jeans, and holding a wooden clothes hanger in her right hand. Samantha wore an oversized yellow hoodie and blue jeans.
"Yeah, what do you want?" Samantha asked
''What do you think?"
"Packing clothes?"
"Yes, and you are supposed to..."
"... What?"
Feeling annoyed, she placed her hand on her neck and said, "Listen, I know you want to talk to Susan, but she can wait. There is still time, so can you please get off you're a*s and help?"
"Yeah, wait, like how I've been waiting for you to tell me how home was like."
" Sam, I told you before; we got in a car accident with mom and dad."
"While you, apart from Susan and me, didn't get amnesia."
" Believe what you want, but that's the truth, alright."
Samantha put her phone down and began to help Sarah. But as Sarah packed the clothes she couldn't help but think how many times, she has to say the lie to her own sister. When they were done, they went outside with their bags and found their stepfather Miti.
Miti got their luggage and stuffed it in the trunk of the car. They got in the Car and drove off. As they were driving.
The road was dark and long, besides the road was a cliff. As Samantha was sleeping Sarah pulled out her phone and went on her contacts. Sarah then tries to call her friend Kelvin. Kelvin is one of Sarah's trusted friends he also has a twin sister by the name Alex. Kelvin sometimes acts childish or charming. Sarah calls him but he takes a bit long to answer the phone then all the sudden he answers it.
"Hey Sarah, what's up?" Said Kelvin.
"Oh nothing much just wanted to talk to you." Sarah replied.
"What's on your mind?"
"Am feeling a little bit lonely." said Sarah.
"What about me?" Asked Miti.
"My dad not my friend." Said Sarah.
"Do you know about the missing teens?" Kelvin asked.
"No." Sarah replied.
"Two boys and a girl went missing three days ago. The cops have looking for them, ever since then there has been no sign of them."
"Yeah, that is bad."
"And it doesn't end there. Apparently, there has been some murder cases like the murder of the Musonda girls."
"Yeah, I know about that one."
The murder of the Musonda girls was a brutal one. Both girls were butchered in a karaoke room, missing their limbs and having bite marks. Sarah had a person in mind but quickly discarded the ideal.
As they were talking a car came out of the side of the road and crashed into Miti's car pushing it off the cliff. Everything went dark. Sarah woke up, the car had overturned she looked at Samantha and noticed that she was unconscious. She looked at her stepfather Miti and couldn't tell if he was unconscious or not. She looked downwards and saw that her phone was on the roof. She reached out for it and managed to get it, but when she did. She saw that the screen was broken. She tried to turn it on, but it didn't work.
Sarah tried to remove the seat belt, but it was stuck she then attempted to get the pieces of broken glass. looking at the pieces of broken glass she reached out for it and in doing so, cut her seat belt and fell to the roof. She then did the same for both Miti and Samantha. Sarah looked around and saw that they were in a closed forest, and it was still nighttime. The forest was dark and misty most of the trees seemed to be dead.
She then took Samantha's Phone but there was no signal she took Miti's phone, but it also had no signal also. Then all the sudden she heard someone coming her way. Sarah filled with relief cried out "Help! Help! We need help, please come help us!"
Then a tall man broad shoulders holding an axe in right hand emerged from the dark. He came and knelt beside Sarah and asked what had happened. Sarah explained all of what had happened, the man had then stood up and checked on Samantha. He knelt beside her and placed two fingers on her neck to check for a pulse. When he felt a pulse, he then went to Miti and did the same thing but there was no pulse. He then turned to Samantha and sorrowful said "He's gone." Sarah began to burst into tears after hearing that.
The man went to Sarah and tried to comfort her, but her grief kept making it harder to do so. He then carried Samantha on his back and Sarah that his friends will come to get Miti. The three went to a small cabin in the forest. Samantha was laid on the floor, a pillow was under her head, and she was covered with a blanket. The man then sat on an armchair and Sarah saw a Stool, took it and sat next to him. She then asked the man what his name was.
"What's your name?" Sarah asked.
"Marcus, and yours?" He asked.
"Sarah" she replied.
"And what about that girl and that man's name?" He asked.
"The girl is my sister, her name is Samantha and as for the man, he was my stepfather, Miti," Sarah replied.
The man stood up from his chair and walked out of the house. Sarah followed him and found him looking at the stars. Sarah then asked him, " Marcus, where are we exactly?" Marcus looked at her and replie,,d say,ing "This is Happy Place Forest Parkpark. The founder of this place is named Mateo Nalomango." He then went to a nearby tree and leaned againstt it and continued. "The park was a beautiful park; people would come around from different districts just to come and feel at peace." His face then changed to a sadder o,ne ahe nd he looked at Sarah and spoke. "You have to get some rest when you wake up in the morning. Wee can leave the forest and take you and your sister to a hospital.''
Marcus then went back inside the cabin. Sarah followed and slept beside her sister, Samantha. As she was sleeping, she then woke up because she started to feel an unpleasant feeling. She got up from the couc,d looked out the window, and noticed that it was still nighttime. Sarah then saw smoke rising near the house outside. The fire was inside the trees, so Sarah couldn't see who was there. Sarah followed the smoke that led her to a campfire. She saw some strange people, among them was Marcus. Sarah then hid behind a tree and peeked to see what they were up to.
There were four people, including Marcus. Sarah listened quietly to what they were saying. There was a young girl who stood up and began to talk, facing Marcus' direction. "So, what are we going to do with them?" She asked. Marcus removed a cigar from his pocket and lit it up by the campfire. He then looked at the young girl with a smile on his face and put the cigar in his mouth. He then answered the young girl's question, "Those two are going to die before sunrise. So, Cacy, don't worry about anything; everything will go according to plan." There was a boy who was among them. He was cited on a log holding a bottle of water. He then stood up and looked at Marcus, then said, "Let's go and kill them right now. You said there at the cabin, right, so let's go and be done with it." Marcus then looked at the boy with anger on his face and said: " Patience, we need Patience Matthew, just look at Nickel his just they sited quietly." Then Nickel cut in and said, "Hey, Marcus, I hear someone coming from that tree."
When Sarah heard that, there was no doubt that they meant her. Sarah was about to run till she felt a warm hand on her shoulder. Sarah filled with fear looked back and saw who she believed to be Cacy. Cacy then leaned closer to Sarah and whispered in her ear "I suggest you start running. We were supposed to get rid of you a bit later but now looks like the best time. Don't worry I'll give you a head start. I'll count from one to ten and when I'm done counting, I'll enjoy killing you." Cacy started counting and Sarah quickly ran to the cabin to get Samantha so they can try to escape this forest.
Sarah kept wondering as she ran, how did that boy hear her? How fast is that girl, or how stealthy is she to be able to sneak up on Sarah without knowing? And she feared that Marcus and his friends were going to kill her and her sister. Will she make it, or will she die trying?
