In his room, Kyle looked at the system notification.

Kyle became silent after learning the values. He understood these values very well.

Then unconsciously, he raised his hand to pat the panther. The golden eyes looked at him for a moment and then they calmed down. Kyle patted the panther and he felt smoothness from the touch.
He smiled.

Devin opened his eyes when he felt his natal beast emotions. From anger to calmness. He wanted to check, so he opened his eyes and the thing that greeted him was a pink nipple.
It was so appetizing that Devin wanted to bite it and eat it. Before he could do anything, he heard,
"How cute"
He was surprised and looked at the source of the voice. He raised his head and looked at the omega who was patting his natal beast and smiling like a fool. Devin was stunned when he saw that smile.
When he came back to his senses, he frowned and sensed the emotions of his natal beast. He knew very well that his natal beast, Aureum, hated Kyle but now he is behaving in such a way and Devin can feel the liking increasing in the beast for Kyle.
Devin also knows how much Kyle hated Aureum. Devin looked deeply at Kyle.

Kyle saw this and he smiled even more brightly. He looked at Devin and spoke,
"What happened honey? Am I so charming that you couldn't stop yourself from staring at me."
But there was no response. Just then a voice sounded,
"You hated Aureum. Aureum also hates you but why is it that he is so calm and he is also taking a liking to you?"
Kle's heart almost stopped functioning. He looked in the eyes of the alpha and swallowed. He then looked at the panther and sat beside Devin. He spoke in a soft voice,
"A beast or an animal is the best when it comes to seeing the heart and soul of a human. Before this, I hated my previous self but now that I have decided to change, maybe Aureum also decided to give me a chance."
Devin didn't speak; he just looked at Kyle and Kyle felt as if his soul was going to leave this new body. Just then Devin nodded and spoke,

Kyle heard this and he sighed in relief inwardly but his expression didn't change at all from outside. He looked into the eyes of Devin and spoke,
"Can you tell me about his past?"
There was a surprise deep in the eyes of Devin as he looked at Kyle. He felt warmth in this version of Kyle. He spoke,
"Aureum was betrayed by his own clan and when I found him, he was seriously injured. But what made me shocked was that despite the injuries, his eyes still carried determination to become strong and defeat the opponent.
Then I saved him from his clan members who wanted to kill him when he was not ever a tier three rank beast. And during that time, it used the method that is unique to the beasts themselves and became my natal beast.
We both progress equally now. If he gets stronger, I get a boost from that and if I get stronger, he gets a boost."
Hearing this Kyle was stunned and then he pouted. Seeing him pout, Devin felt his heart flutter and then he heard Kyle say,
"But why do they want to eliminate him?"
Devin answered,
"Because the clan that he belonged to was the black shadow panther clan. But he was a black gold-eyed panther. This showed that he was either mutated or he doesn't belong to their clan.
The black gold eyed panther clan has a high bloodline compared to them so they wanted to eliminate him. In the worst case, they wanted to evolve their own bloodline from him."
Kyle remained silent when he heard that. He cursed,
"Those hateful bastards. No, panthers." he corrected himself. After that, he looked at Aureum and patted him once again. He spoke,
"Don't worry dear, from now on we all are one family. Let me see who dares to bully my family. From now on, Aureum, I have decided to treat you as my own child."
Devin was stunned when he heard that. He can sense that even Aureum was stunned. Just then, Kyle made a bold move that stunned both of them.
He stood up and hugged Aureum. The panther's eyes widened and Devin was also shocked because despite being his natal beast, Aureum always had a pride of his own as an alpha. He never let anyone touch him and now Kyle hugged him.
Devin felt a fire burn in his heart without him knowing and he blushed slightly when he saw the smile on Kyle's face when he hugged the panther.
