Devin looked at the omega under him and he didn't speak for a while. After some time, he asked,
"What are you going to do today?"
Kyle snorted slightly and spoke,
"So, what if those old fools are not coming to me. I am going to meet them. So, today I am going to meet my butter."
Devin frowned slightly but he didn't speak. He nodded and then he raised Kyle in his arms and directly took him to the bathroom.
After arriving at the door, Kyle jumped from his embrace and rushed to the bathroom.
His voice sounded,
"You can't enjoy bathroom play with me.
Wait before I become strong enough to handle you."
Devin was stunned when he heard that. He looked at his empty hands below and then at the closed door.
He smiled slightly and shook his head.
He spoke in the shadows,
"Aureum, you have to stay with him and protect him at all cost."
A growl sounded from the shadows.
Time passed and then Devin and Kyle stood in front of the main gates.
Kyle openly wrapped his hands on the neck of Devin and looked at him with a gentle expression. He spoke,
"Hubby, safe journey and keep me updated when you will arrive or not."
Devin nodded and then he kissed Kyle. After that he left and a shadow merged from the shadows into Kyle without anyone noticing.
Kyle looked at the departed vehicle and sighed. He turned and spoke to one guard,
"Go and take out a vehicle. We are going to meet my second husband."
The guards nodded and soon a car arrived.
There were three people sitting in the car.
Kyle looked at them and their information. Surprisingly they all were in tier three and tier four.
Kyle sighed about how weak he is. He then sat in the car and told the driver his destination.
With that he looked at the windows and looked at the outside world for the first time. But his focus was not on that.
He called in his mind,
"Shelly. Where are you?"
[I am here, dear host.]
Kyle raised his eyebrow. He asked,
'Why are you speaking more like a human with emotions?'
[Dear host, you are not far from tier 3 and thus I used a bit of a loophole to activate such a feature early.]
Kyl nodded and then he asked,
'Tell me what happened to me?'
[Host, was cultivating and during that process, you started to merge with the soul that you devoured when you came to this world.
And while cultivating, you were slowly getting that soul into you.]
Kyle spoke,
'So, I am becoming him?'
[No. It is that soul which is becoming you. The soul is already dead but only its essence remains. The soul has three parts. One is a vessel, the other is memories and the final is strength.
The soul has no vessel. Only memories and strength.]
Kyle nodded in understanding. If it was before, he might have freaked out but after going through the memories, he realised that Kyle Arther was the same as him. Though Kyle didn't know how and why, he could feel the pain from the little boy from his dream.
Unknowingly, a single tear slid from his eyes but he wiped it completely. He looked at the scenery in front of him and communicated with Shelly in his mind,
"Shelly, why do people chase after sexual pleasure so much? The memory I saw was of a father who wanted to treat his son as a pleasure toy.
You know what, I never talked about my past life but even in that life, my situation was similar to Kyle Arther."
Shelly heard everything in silence. It felt as if it had no emotions. Kyle didn't know that but he wanted to treat Shelly as his friend in this strange world even if she were to use him for her own gain.
He continued in his mind,
"I was good in this field at least. My parents couldn't do something like this, so they sold me to a brothel and ran away with all the money. In the brothel, I looked at many things that were not suitable for a boy of six or seven years.
But I endured and as I aged, I saw the brothel life remain the same.
The same coldness in the air.
The same lust and pleasure of men roars in the air and the surroundings.
The disgust from those beasts that spread to all the others."
Kyle stopped there because it was too difficult to continue. He diverted his attention,
"Are there any parents in this world who truly love their children?"
Shelly remained silent when she heard that. Kyle didn't expect anything in return but after sometime he was surprised when Shelly responded,
[There are many who love their children and many who sacrifice themselves for their children. Not just them, even an entire clan would willingly sacrifice for the child they all love.]
Kyle was stunned when he heard that. He didn't know why but he felt that there is deeper meaning to this. But he didn't focus on this for now. He still looked outside and spoke,
"I really want to meet such a family and if I have strength, I want to protect them."
No one responded to each other. With the passing time, the conversation between the otherworldly soul and the unknown system died down but not forgotten.
The car arrived in front of a large building and the three guards opened the door first and Kyle exited after that. He looked at the guards and spoke,
"You all may return and I'll contact you when it is time for us to go."
The three nodded and left with the car.
Kyle turned and looked at the large building in front of him. It was a restaurant. The restaurant that was owned by his second husband. Torin Smith. A dominant Alpha whose name is known everywhere for his cooking and many wish to taste his hands.
Kyle smiled and entered the restaurant. The guard at the entrance looked at the omega with blue hairs and oceanlike eyes with wide eyes. They saw many beautiful appearances but never in their lives, they saw something like this and by the time they recovered, the person disappeared.
One guard spoke,
"Stop him."
The other rebuked,
"There is no need. Do you think a common person would be this pretty like him.'
The former found it reasonable so the guards ignored it.
