The energy that Erin displayed was something that Arthur had never seen before, or at least, had never seen vampires use.
While he was deep in his musings, Erin kept kicking and flailing to get at Arthur
"Oops," Arthur said, then let go of her.
Erin stood, studying him, and the sword handle visible around his shoulder.
'One day that sword will be mine,' Erin thought.
The man she just fought was strong, definitely so, and it was clear that if she were to try catching up to him in order to acquire that sword, there was a long road ahead of her.
'It makes me wonder… Is he as strong as the dalki? And more importantly, is he as strong as her?'
It was hard to say given that she hadn't seen the full scope of his capabilities, but she had seen enough to know he was fast, and Fex said that recently awoken vampires weren't at their full strength.
Curious, she decided to try using her inspect skill one more time.
