When they first came onto this planet, out of all the things that could've happened, an ancient vampire popping out of Erin's shadow was something that they never expected. They just all stared at the man, and his glowing red eyes, unable to say anything.
"I know I'm pretty strong, but you guys are aware you can speak in my presence," the man casually said.
The group didn't know how to respond. This was surely the ancient vampire that they were all scared of waking up, and yet, here he was, acting as if this was just another Tuesday.
"How about this, I ask a question, and you answer it," The man then turned towards the door, "Do you know what happened to this place? It could simply be that I woke up recently, but I am not sensing any other vampires around."
The room stayed silent. It wasn't just because they didn't know the answer, but it was also because they were scared of potentially saying the wrong thing.
