Back in the Underpasses.
Jack stared at AHIH without saying anything, currently he was not materialized out of fear of the hounds.
AHIH spoke.
-I'm going to AHIH Project island.
It kept repeating it while remembering what the place had inside.
At a certain point in time black fog eventually solidified into quadrupedal dark entities that varying amounts of eyes in different parts of their bodies.
Their 'mouths' had mosquito like flexible proboscises as tongues and their mouth had the sharper version teeth of omnivores, guarding the inside 'mouth' was a large strong beak that could be used to peck at their food.
One of such entities spoke to AHIH in a strange way, it sounded like a random gargling but the meaning could be understood even better than normal words.
-Smell, you are not her.
-Look, same body?
-Identity, we obey thy laws.
-Scary, atrocity what you wish?
AHIH looked at them while taking off the burned large limbs of a demons it hunted in the 'dungeon' and laid them in front of the hound.
-I am not your master as you have guessed, TIME is somewhere else.
-I seek passage through your territory.
-I plan on going to AHIH island, and possibly return from where I came.
-If this is not enough for passage I can hunt later after the back and forth passage is completed.
The hound extended its proboscises and dragged the limbs towards it, the rest of them looked at it and pierced it with their proboscises sucking the flesh and then ripping it, leaving it for later consumption.
The bone was then broken and bone marrow similarly sucked.
This whole process didn't take too long just ten seconds.
The hound spoke yet again.
-Agreement, Final condition not needed.
The hounds left the flesh on the sides of the passes and then turned back to fog disappearing.
AHIH spoke.
-Alright, lets move quickly.
-Staying in the underpasses longer than thirty minutes will cause mutation due to the time-space here being warped.
-That is even more dangerous for someone with a Time Sensitive body like mine.
Jack affirmed.
-With the shop we've only been inside for nine minutes.
-You can trust my memory as a spirit.
AHIH then began repeating the phrase.
-I'm going to AHIH Project island.
Eventually another opening was saw, on the other side an ocean filled with storms being held at bay by a magical barrier.
Stepping out of the underpasses the ground beneath them didn't close, it remained open so that AHIH could return back.
This was part of the deal with the hounds, they had minor authority in keeping entryways open despite not being allowed to exit it due to their uniqueness not fitting with the normal world.
On the island a large reinforced concrete bunker could be seen, it's door was like a bank vault's and was made of rusting steel and was open and the concrete itself seemed to be in the same state it when it was built.
In the stormy wavy waters the waves were high enough to sink any normal commercial ship instantly.
Looking at the waters a large movement was seen, a very large blue blurry figure moved about creating even larger waves, it circled around the island out of view and back gaining enough momentum to jump out of the water and spread its wings.
It was a blue dragon, taking its flight it seemed like it's wings were not used to push the air but something was pushing them upwards.
Moving towards the barrier it pressed its reptilian and fishy long fingered forelegs, initially the barrier rejected it until it slowly allowed the dragon to move through.
Feeling the pressure of the dragon both AHIH and Jack felt the pressure, AHIH felt less surprised and more like fighting a natural response, Jack immediately stopped manifesting out of spiritual instinct.
Entering the barrier and standing on its legs the blue dragon looked at AHIH.
It was a massive body, almost the size of a coliseum, its scales were like that of a fish and were very slimy.
AHIH looked at it before speaking.
-Greetings, I assume you are the Supervisor?
-The Sea Dragon? Mardrago?
The dragon opened its mouth, its neck moved as it spoke in melodious voice without moving the mouth.
-I am indeed, Is it safe to presume you are the avatar of Lehatot?
-Spirit, it is safe to manifest, my status does not allow me bring harm without reason.
The pressure lessened significantly as Jack slowly manifested in a reluctant manner.
-Are you really Mardrago? The worshiped dragon that guides ships? The ruler of waters?
Mardrago spoke in response.
-While I am indeed the Authority over waters, and move ships that enter this Sea out of it, I never accepted worship.
-All the faith is to be moved towards your companion as soon as it ascends.
AHIH added another question.
-Did anybody else come here before us to look or use the project?
Mardrago spoke.
-Apart from a few Faith born and Authorities seeking my Supervision do end disputes, one person came.
-His name was Conan, he was exploring this sea when he found it.
AHIH spoke.
-Since I don't feel another dormant me in the world I assume he didn't use the project.
Mardrago responded.
-Indeed, all he did was read the files and research, I entered a contract using the authority of the Causal Membrane, Lehatot, so that he may not share it beyond a certain threshold.
-While as willed, anybody is allowed to ascend to Ahih[1], but must be warned about welcoming your dormant Identity and the intense pain that may cause their death.
-He never dared to touch even the unrelated artifacts and left after learning the advanced math and physics.
AHIH turned towards the door.
-I see..
-I will begin the ascension then, there is a very tall skeleton necromancer that may come looking for me, he is the Authority over Death.
-Unlike most of his subordinates, he is very reasonable and friendly.
-Explain the situation to him.
Mardrago spoke.
-Your ascension shall never be interrupted, the world needs your ascension.
AHIH spoke.
-I am aware.
