Chapter 91: Clearing Floor 19; The Second Event Begins!

Inside the infirmary, Seito and Hidenori were tag-teaming Ryuuen, ruthlessly forcing him to keep drinking.
"Two bottles? You call that drinking? You're just 'nursing' it like a goldfish!" Seito laughed. Nearby, the school nurse was trembling in a corner. These guys were drinking on campus! Was this the legendary "delinquent" behavior she'd heard of? She was terrified.

Footsteps approached, and Yukino and the others entered the room. Seito checked his watch. Seeing that school was officially over, he stood up, leaving the two drunken messes behind.
"I didn't think you'd spend the whole afternoon hiding here and drinking," Yukino said, her arms crossed as they walked toward the school gates. "You really are something else, Pervert-kun. Aren't you afraid the nurse will report you to Hiratsuka-sensei?"
"Hmph," Seito scoffed. "If I were afraid of that, I wouldn't be Seito!"
The group chatted as they exited the campus. Seito waved goodbye to Maple and Risa. "See you online tonight."
On the way home, Seito stopped at several street stalls, picking up a mountain of snacks to serve as a quick dinner. Twenty minutes later, they arrived home. Yukino headed to her own apartment while Seito, Amou, and Kanade entered theirs.
"What's the plan for tonight?" Amou asked.
"I'm going to grind my Speed stat and then solo the Floor 19 Boss. You guys can do whatever you like," Seito replied.
Earlier that morning, the Blank siblings had cleared the Floor 18 Boss. One more clear would open the path to Floor 20. Seito intended to end the day with Floor 19 conquered. Furthermore, with his new Divine weapon, he calculated that efficient mob-pulling could skyrocket his Speed stat to over 100,000 in a single night.
The three entered Seito's bedroom, donned their helmets, and dove into the game.

The moment he spawned, Seito teleported to a high-level hunting ground. He didn't wait for the guild; he needed to test his "Spatial Deprivation" effect. Ten minutes into the grind, two system notifications popped up:

Seito approved both instantly and sent a private message to Hachiman.
[Sei: You actually named yourself 'D-Sensei'?]
[Hachiman: It was random. I didn't want to waste time on a name.]
[Sei: Tsk, tsk. You should have called yourself 'Self-Destruct Infantry'.]
[Hachiman: ...]
Closing the chat, Seito focused on the grind. Three hours passed. With a Divine Artifact in hand, his progress was explosive. His base speed reached 10,000, and with equipment modifiers, it hit a staggering 100,000.

Seito's eyes widened. His base speed jumped to 20,000. With gear, his total speed was now 200,000. If he used the Spatial Dragon Tachi's 50x damage multiplier...
One hit = 10 million damage.
He could now officially one-shot Bosses. Without hesitation, he headed straight for the Floor 19 Labyrinth.
Ten minutes later, Seito stood before the Floor 19 Boss—the Calamity World-Tree. He didn't waste time. He unsheathed his blade and unleashed a Dimensional Slash.
BOOM!

"Only ten points?" Seito mused. It seemed Bosses between Floors 11 and 20 only yielded small amounts of Divinity. Still, it was better than nothing. He picked up the "Poison Priest" set—perfect for Ako—and stepped through the exit.
[Server Announcement: Player "Seito" has cleared the Floor 19 Boss.]
[Attention all players: The second major event, "War of Factions," will begin in 40 minutes!]
The server exploded.
"Crap! The second event already? Seito is way too fast!"
"Soloing Floor 19... The Fatui are truly on another level."
"What's this 'War of Factions'? Check the info, hurry!"
Back at the guild base, Seito opened the guild channel.
[The Fatui Guild Channel]
[Sei: @All Members. All Officers and Executives, assemble in the high-level treehouse office immediately!]
He teleported back. Seconds later, beams of light flickered as the Executives arrived. Moments later, the heavy doors were pushed open as over five hundred mid-level Officers flooded into the hall, ready for war.
