On a snowy mountain was a wooden cabin, Eldrin's wooden cabin. He was sitting on his couch, lost in thought
It's been 59 years since I came into this world. Back then, I was without purpose in my old world, simply surviving. I tried various hobbies, perhaps thinking they could fill the void in my heart, but they only numbed the pain. I had to watch the wicked do unspeakable atrocities without the power to do anything about it, watch nations wage pointless wars for the sake of power and resources that they already had, I was born without the capability to age, I lived hundreds of years seeing the darkness of humanity again and again and again, but no more, no more fighting, no more pointless wars, now that humanity has finally united they can focus on what truly matters, at that is the advancement and survival of their species, that is their true purpose and mine is to protect them at all cost

Eldrin's eyes widened. He suddenly felt a strange feeling wash over his whole body, a cocoon made of darkness wrapped around his body, seemingly protecting him as if it had a mind of its own. Four-meter-tall humanoid figures made of darkness materialized. They stood vigilantly, their desire to protect their liege apparent.
And then the transformation began. There was no pain, nothing, his body simply transformed, evolved to be specific
Eldrin was intrigued; he had realised throughout the years that the older he is, the stronger he becomes. However, it appears he has reached a threshold; in order to become more powerful, his body had to evolve so it can host more power
After 30 minutes, the evolution was complete, and the cocoon dispersed, revealing something that resembled a dark angel. He was tall, around 2.30 meters tall, his body slender but masculine, with long, wavy black hair, and beautiful black wings; if previously he was a relatively handsome man, now he is a divinely beautiful man, but that's not the most important change
I feel some sort of connection with shadows, a different kind of connection. In the past, shadows felt like loyal but soulless, willing to do anything for me, but now, they feel alive, as if calling for me
Out of nowhere, a humanoid shadow materialized by itself and kneeled before me''My liege, you finally awakened your true power. We have been waiting for this day for centuries''
Eldrin looked impressed by the intelligent and lively shadow and confused by his words''You mean to say I always had those powers?, Were they simply not awakened?
The shadow answered, " We were always with you, waiting for the day of your awakening. Don't you find it strange that you did not age even in our previous world?
Eldrin shook his head''I never really thought about it. I thought it was normal, but then he asked confused, Why did my powers remain unawakened back then?
The shadow figure answered''You were without purpose, my liege, thinking you were powerless before the wicked when in reality you were strong. WE were strong; your powers needed willpower and purpose to fully awaken. It's the most important thing for a being such as yourself my liege.
Eldrin nodded in understanding and then asked something that puzzled him, " Why is darkness so loyal to me? You seem to know me well. You said you have been with me since the start, and you awakened only when I had purpose and will, are yo-
The extension of your will, your will is our will, your purpose is our purpose. Darkness belongs only to you; it abides by your commands alone. You are our one and only ruler. You are a being of darkness.
In the most hidden underground SHIELD Facility
Inside a heavily fortified room was a blue glowing cube. It was the tesseract
A man suddenly appeared beside the tesseract. He was tall had long black hair and wore Asgardian armour. He was none other than Loki
Loki turned to look towards the tesseract with a smile''There you are, the key to fulfill my glorious purpose. "

Loud footsteps could be heard behind Loki, and chilling silence then followed
Loki turned around in annoyance''Who da-
But the words got stuck in his throat. What was behind him was a giant of a man, who wore armour that resembled that of ancient Spartans. In his hand was a giant golden spear that was more than two times taller than Loki, the giant himself was 3 meters tall

Loki looked nervous; he had fought all kinds of beings, but this particular one was too intimidating, making even him feel fear
Loki then gave a helpless smile''Perhaps we cou-

DANG!
But the custodian did not give him a chance to speak and directly backhanded him with enough force to send him crashing into the vibranium-coated wall
Poor Loki immediately lost consciousness due to the custodian's overwhelming strength, but at least he's alive, thanks to his durable body
The custodian then proceeded to pick up his body with one arm and left
Inside Dr. Abraham's home
There was a man with popcorn in his right hand and a beer in his left, he was watching a movie
But then a robotic voice was heard
Director Erskine, one of our custodians guarding the tesseract, caught a man called Loki, who wore Asgardian armour
Dr.Abrahams started to worry when he heard this''This is the second time this year that an Asgardian has visited Earth. First, it was Thor, the god of thunder, and now Loki''
Dr.Abrahams fell into a deep thought''If we follow the mythological description about Loki, then he should be the god of mischief and trickery. He likes to create conflict and cause trouble, and now he has come here to attempt to steal the tesseract. His intentions are obviously not good
He then ordered, take him to the most advanced suspended animation capsule meant for dangerous beings; he must remain unconscious, we do not know of his full capabilities.
