Rollings Designs - The next day
Again we all gathered over at the office as we just received another legal notice.
I don't know how, but Alex's lawyers submitted more evidence concerning the River inheritance.
Vance and John were busy studying the evidence, while Jonathan and Daniel were sorting the River inheritance reports.
Isabella and I were making coffee as the week had already been hectic.
"He's using the same fact again and again," Vance said with a clenched jaw.
"Huh?" Isabella asked.
"The fact his mother knew about the inheritance yet refused to claim it, and never told Jonathan,"
"And now that Jonathan knows, he's claiming it because of the immense wealth he'll get."
"How dare they question Jonathan's right to claim what's his?" I snarled as I saw the document before Vance.
"Oh," Vance said, surprised. "What do you mean by that?"
"The way it's written," I said pointing out.
"His lawyer's, they're not just pointing out River history," I said.
