The school forum was buzzing with a lot of articles and comments.
Some headings like, [NO-NAME FAMILY GIRL PURSUES SCHOOL QUEEN'S DOTING COUSIN]
Mildred couldn't bear to read those obnoxious comments on the forum.
She went straight to her house when school closed.
Her heart clenched when she arrived home.
Her sister was there. It was unsual for her sister to be home at such an hour.
She was in tears.
Mildred walked towards her.
Her steps so slow and silent. She touched her sister.
Her sister didn't lift her head.
Sister:" I failed you and Mom."
Mildred:" No, Nora. You didn't."
Nota:" I lost my highest paying job. My full-time job. Haven't I failed you?"
Mildred:" You mean Kandle?"
Nora:" Yes. I was laid off today."
Mildred:" No! No! That can't be."
Mildred rushed out of the house.
She had cause her sister this tragedy.
If only she didn't approach Bianca, if only she didn't take a liking into Larry.
Her family wouldn't be in this state.
She had to apologize to Bianca. That's is the only way out.

Skyline Residence...
Mildred was ushered into the room by a maid.
She met Larry in the living room. Before she could think of doing anything, Larry asked her to take a seat.
Reluctantly she did.
Larry:" Hi, what brings you here?"
Mildred:" I'm here to see Bianca Olson."
A maid moved to call Bianca but Larry sensed something and asked her to stop.
Larry:" Bianca's issues are also my issues. She hates when her peace is been disturbed."
Mildred:" I'm sorry but I can't wait for another day."
Larry:" I can help."
Mildred was very hesitant. All this had happen because she had taken a liking into him. She wondered what his reaction might be.
Mildred:" I'm sorry. I need to leave."
She got up, ready to leave. After few steps, Larry's words stopped her in her tracks.
Larry:" I guess Miss can wait till tomorrow and even two more weeks."
Mildred had to face reality, she couldn't watch anything happen to her family.
She returned to the seat.
Larry:" That's more like it. Go on, you've got something to say."
A maid brought them some juice.
Mildred took a sip so she could buy some time to arrange her thoughts.
Larry:" Don't you have any to say?"
Mildred:" Yes I do. I came to Miss Olson to plead for my sister."
Larry:" Sister?"
Mildred nodded
Larry:" What's with your sister?"
Mildred:" She was laid off today."
Larry:" Do you need the Olson Family to plead on her behalf?"
Mildred shook her head.
Mildred:" I just need her to know that my sister has nothing to do with whatever existing between I and her ( Bianca)
Larry:" Enlighten me"
After we met at Kandle. I took a liking into you, pushed my luck by asking for your contact details from Bianca but angrily she had my sister lose her job."
Larry:" I and you have met before?"
Mildred:" Yes at Kandle. I ran my sister's shift the day you and Bianca came to Kandle."
Larry:" Alright. I get it now. Bianca had her reasons."
Mildred:" No you don't. Kandle is my sister's highest paying job. She works three jobs a day just to take care of my Mom and I. I'm in Kings' and Queens' all thanks to her. My mom is due for surgery in a few weeks. She hasn't saved up enough for the surgery and you tell me Bianca had her reasons. Didn't expect you to be this cruel!"
Larry:" It seems you are so quick at making judgement without reading meanings. Yes I said she had her reasons but I didn't say I won't help you."
Mildred:" You mean?"
Larry:" I, Larry Olson, do not go back my word. Since your sister's present situation is because of me, I'd help you."
Mildred's eyes lit up.
Mildred:" Really?!"
Larry nodded with a smile.
Larry:" Follow me."
He led her to his car and let her in.
He took her to an ice cream shop.
