After all the rituals and everything, our wedding was finally over.
I cried a little as I said goodbye to my family.
"Jay, Keifer, we're leaving before you two. We have some things to prepare. Come home safely, okay?" keifer Mom said.
I nodded with a small smile.
After everyone left, I hugged my family one last time before walking toward the car.
Keifer opened the door for me.
"Careful," he said, holding out his hand.
I smiled and sat inside. He got in beside me, and soon the driver started the car.
Keifer wrapped his arm around my shoulders and pulled me a little closer.
"Congratulations, Mrs. Watson," he said with a smile before kissing my cheek.

Dad nodded.

"Honestly, I'm okay with anywhere as long as we're together."
Keifer looked at me with a big smile.

Dad suddenly laughed.
"You know, when your mother and I went on our honeymoon…"

Dad laughed.
"What? I was just going to tell them about the trip."
Keifer grinned.

Dad started telling us about their honeymoon, including how they had gotten lost on the way to their hotel and how Mom had been annoyed with him the entire day.
Mom covered her face.
"Why are you telling them this?"
Keifer and I started laughing.

Dad smiled.
"We were young and stupid."
Mom looked at him.
"You're still stupid."
Everyone burst out laughing.
Just then, Kegain walked into the room.
"What are you all talking about?"
Keifer looked at him.
"Nothing."
Kegain frowned.
"Why are you going somewhere?"
I smiled.
"Keifer and I are planning our honeymoon."
His eyes widened.
"I wanna come too!"
Keifer immediately shook his head.
"No."
"But why?"
"Because it's our honeymoon."
Kegain crossed his arms.
"I can come! I won't disturb you."
Dad started laughing.
"Kegain, you can't go with them."
"But I want to!"
He looked at Mom.
"Mom, tell them!"
Mom tried not to laugh.
"Sweetheart, it's a trip for Jay and Keifer."
Kegain frowned even more.
"I'll stay in a different room!"
Keifer laughed.
"Still no."
"But—"
"No."
Kegain stomped his foot.
"I wanna go!"
I walked over and hugged him.
"Maybe we'll bring you a gift."
He looked at me suspiciously.
"What gift?"
"Whatever you want."
He thought for a moment.
"A big teddy bear."
I smiled.
"Deal."
He finally smiled.
"Okay… but I still think I should come."
Keifer shook his head.
"You're impossible."
Kegain stuck his tongue out at him.
Mom and Dad started laughing again.
I looked at Keifer.
"So… where are we actually going?"
He smiled and held my hand.
"Let's figure it out together."
I smiled back.
Our honeymoon wasn't even planned yet, but somehow I was already excited.
I couldn't wait to have a little trip with my husband.
