Jay's POV:
It's been one week...
One week since our marriage.
Everything feels the same, yet everything has changed. Now, I'm finally Keifer's official wife.
"Baby, are you done packing?" Keifer asked.
I smiled and nodded.
We're going on our honeymoon—to the Maldives.
After packing everything, we went downstairs for dinner. As soon as we reached the dining room, I saw everyone was already there, waiting for us.
I went over and sat beside Kegain. I looked at him, who was eating less and dropping more food on his shirt.
I wiped his face and cleaned his shirt. He just gave me his cute little smile.
I ruffled his hair and started eating too.
"So, did you both finish packing?" Mom asked.
We nodded.
We all talked and laughed. In between, Kegain kept reminding us to bring a big teddy bear for him.
After dinner, we said goodnight and went to our room.
"Ateee, Kuyaaa, can I sleep with you? Because I'm going to miss you both," Kegain said in his cute little voice.
I smiled and nodded. Keifer held his hand, and we entered the room.
Kegain slept between us. For a few minutes, he hugged me, then hugged Keifer. Eventually, he fell asleep on top of Keifer.
Keifer gently caressed his hair and adjusted him so he could sleep properly. Then he moved closer to me and hugged me.
"Keifer, we're finally going to spend time together for a few days yet you are clingy to me tonight too " I said, chuckling.
He nuzzled against my chest.
"You know I can't sleep without you," he said in a sleepy voice.
I chuckled and caressed his hair. Soon, we both drifted off to sleep.
When I woke up, I looked around and almost burst out laughing.
Keifer was lying completely still, while Kegain was on top of him, hugging him. Keifer was hugging him too.
They looked like father and son.
I quietly clicked a few pictures and went to the bathroom.
When I came out, I saw they were still sleeping in the exact same position.
I went towards Mom and Dad's room and knocked on the door.
"Mom, Dad, come! Let me show you both something," I said.
We all went towards our room.
As soon as Mom and Dad saw them sleeping like that, they started laughing.
We clicked a few pictures before making Kaira and Kerein sit beside them.
The two toddlers immediately started slapping, pinching, and scratching Keifer and Kegain's cheeks and arms.
"Ahhh! Mama!" Kegain cried as he woke up.
He looked at Keifer and shook him.
"Kuya, I'm not Ate Jay!" he said, shaking him even more.
My cheeks turned bright pink.
"Mmm... what happened?" Keifer said in a sleepy voice before opening his eyes.
Kaira climbed onto him and started laughing.
"Wowww, what a beautiful morning," Keifer said as he hugged his little sister.
He kissed her cheeks, making Kaira giggle.
Kerein also ran towards Keifer, and he scooped him into his arms and kissed his cheeks.
"Morning, Mom and Dad. Morning, wifey," Keifer said.
We all greeted him.
I scooped Kaira into my arms while Mom picked up Kerein, and we went downstairs to prepare breakfast.
"Jay, you both have to leave at 10 because your flight is at 12," Mom said.
I nodded and helped her.
Soon, everyone came to the dining table. We had breakfast together and talked about how much luggage we had and which hotel we were staying at.
After breakfast, I looked at the clock.
It was already 9.
We hurried upstairs and started getting ready.
"Baby, you look so beautiful," Keifer said, hugging me from behind.
"Keifer, not now. We're getting late," I said.
After another thirty minutes, we were finally ready.
The butlers loaded our luggage into the car, and we hugged Mom and Dad goodbye.
"Have a safe trip," Mom said.
"Have fun," Dad added, winking at Keifer.
Mom immediately elbowed him, while Keifer started laughing.
Then Kegain came towards us and hugged my legs.
"Ate, Kuya, will you bring a teddy bear for me?" he asked.
I nodded and kissed his head.
"Don't give Mama and Papa any trouble, okay? And take care of Kaira and Kerein," I said.
He nodded.
Lastly, we kissed Kaira and Kerein goodbye before leaving for the airport.
We reached the airport on time and got on our flight.
I was so excited that I held Keifer's arm and giggled. He smiled and ran his fingers through my hair as the flight took off.
An air hostess served us some food and drinks.
Keifer and I enjoyed the whole flight watching movies, eating, and drinking.
