After Fugaku agreed to ideas, he looked back at all the Uchiha surrounding him and told them to obey Roku's orders
Roku looked around at the gathered forces, "All of Those that aren't Elite jonin your job is to evacuate the injured and the villagers" He announced, a lot of the hot headed ninja wanted to protest and fight along side their elders.
But just then as they looked into his blood red eye and his sword the shiver of fear that went down their body help them stay silent
And it allowed them to understand why he was so feared. And they reluctantly set off to evacuate the villagers.
He then turned and spoke to the large number of elite jonin gathers and began to give orders. "All those specializing in ninjutsu and those specializing in Genjutsu split into 2 groups".
He then waited for them to separate and began to talk to the Genjutsu group "Fugaku you take them and follow a little behind me and the ninjutsu group, find a good vantage point from behind the fox, when i make an opening i want you all to cast a combined Genjutsu on the fox and control it to stop".
He then turned to the Ninjutsu group "And the Ninjutsu group you should-".
Before he could Finish he was cut off by Fugaku. "What do u mean Make an opening, you cant even get close" he asked out of fear of the boys overconfidence.
Roku smiled. "Believe me you will know when to act, and don't worry i know my limits".
Although not sure, Fugaku decided to trust the kid. Roku then began again "Ninjutsu ninjas Your job is to give me an opening you will cross from the front of the fox and when I launch a flare you use a composite ninjutsu to distract it".
Fugaku began to question the plan but a look from Roku stopped him, "I know your worried about the plan but we already are low on time trust me" He told him.
He then smiled when he noticed a woman drop down with 2 giant scrolls in her hands, "Good you got here in time" he announced happily
He then grab the scrolls and tossed them to Fugaku, "One scroll contains main smaller scrolls that you all win input ocular power into, it should allow you all to focus all you Ocular Power into one Jutsu," He told him
Fugaku look down at the huge scroll, it was an old invention of the Uchiha but had rarely ever been used for many reasons, a lot of the Ocular Power was lost with the transfer, it also needed a Kage level Uchiha to cast the final Jutsu.
The Genjutsu itself was strong but the commotion of the large gathering of Uchiha's made it hard to cast and it couldn't be used more than once in a short time. The scrolls also cost a lot of money and time to be, he wondered when Roku had had these made.
Before he could voice his thoughts Roku already set off towards the raging beast calling over his back. "Ninjutsu Group Follow all of her orders", point towards the masked girl that brought the scrolls
As Roku neared the Nine tails he breathed a sigh of relief, it had worked he didn't have to threaten Fugaku but he didn't want his old habit of indecision to flare up again.
He looked towards the nine tails, "Come on Pakura don't fail" he thought worriedly.
If she failed to distract the Nine-Tails his entire plan became worthless. Although he shouldn't be worried, if both Pakura and dozens of Uchiha elite jonin were unable to distract the Ninetails for a second then someone sabotaged it.
During the end of the third war he recruited Pakura, all he had to do was save her after being betrayed by the Sand Village. Even though she disliked the idea of serving someone much younger than her, a life saving grace was more than enough to make up for it.
He looked towards the Nine tails and waited until he noticed the 2 Uchiha squad were in the right position and waited until he noticed the sensed signs of Obito's chakra Fading. After a short time he heard a loud crash far from the zone of destruction and stopped sensing Obito's chakra.
"IT'S TIME" He thought. He took in a deep breath and shot a large flare into the sky. Pakura Instantly noticed this and began the sign for her largest scorch style attack followed by the Uchiha clansman surrounding her starting the signs for the great fire ball and their clones for the great wind breakthrough,
Although these two Jutsu were normally weak, both being only C rank the 2 Jutsu could be transformed beyond their normal strength, because they had no limit on the amount of chakra used in the Jutsu, stronger ninja could use theses low level Jutsu at a much higher level, and they were perfect for combination Jutsu.
"Fire Style Great Fire Ball" The Ninjas Cried
"Wind Style Great Wind Breakthrough" Their Clones Cried.
As the sounds of dozens of Uchiha ninjas releasing giant fireballs and winds combining with these flames to make them even stronger. The wave of fire was expelled towards the fox, and all throughout this wave of fire were small balls of scorch fire.
This fire was so hot and large that it even outclassed Madara's Great Fire Extinguishment. Just as the Fox had barely begun to come out of Obito's Genjutsu and hadn't even had time to react to his situation the giant wave of flame caught his attention.
The Foxes' eyes widened in shock and a little fear. It immediately tried to think of a way to stop it. He didn't have time to form a tailed beast bomb. And it was too fast to dodge. He hardened his heart and began to prepare for impact
He could only use his tails and front paws to protect his face. While this could lessen the damage towards his main body but it also blocked his view, this all fell into Roku's plan and he immediately began to charge.
As Roku saw this he Breathed in Deeply and Chanted "Hino kami Kagura 13th form". He flew out in blinding speed toward the fox's back legs. As he drew his sword and it coated in all the flame chakra he could use and rushed toward the fox. As he appeared right by the fox and with his crimson sword sliced right into the fox's back legs and with a start dash he cut Kurama's Legs into multiple pieces.
A blood curdling scream came from the fox, with the Dual attacks of a sea of flames scaring his front paws and losing his back paws sent more pain through the nine tails body than he had ever felt he instantly turn back to attack the enemy but right when his eyes turned in that direction, Roku forced all of left over chakra into a Genjutsu, while it wasn't enough, it could stop the nine tails for a second.
But that's all the time Fugaku needed, with shock running through his body he forced all the Ocular power the Dozens of Uchiha Elite Jonin. Into a single Genjutsu to put the nine tails to sleep. And without even the ability the heavily injured nine tail was knocked unconscious.
