Nevooa stood there in shock, it was like he was watching a battle between two gods. At the strength he was now it would still take a while to reach their level.
"I'm still weak," Komodo said, "If I were stronger I would've been able to cause no damage to the clouds. After all the stronger you are the more power you could contain."
"That's a whole lot bull shit. I like it when you get to see the strength of another by just pure destruction." Invierno replied.
"You know that pure destruction only works for people who've chosen body and are below general rank right." Komodo responded.
"I still don't care." Invierno said. He looked at his bottom left arm. The forearm was completely in two. He moved it slowly making them press together.
"How will you heal from the injuries?" Nevooa asked.
"I should be fine. It'll heal naturally cause I choose body." Invierno replied.
Komodo's tentacles started to retracked. The cold hands were still on him. Then they wrapped their arms around him. It was hugging him.
"It seems like you've gotten something to live for now. I'm happy." the voice said.
It unwrapped its arms and moved backwards.
"I'll still watch you. And I'll be waiting for the day you come." the voice spoke again.
Then it disappeared.
Komodo stood up and said, "We should probably go back to the clan now."
Invierno stood up as Komodo started to walk away.
After a few days they finally came back to the clan. They went into the center building and told them what happened.
"WHAT!?" Invierno yelled, "I can't go on any missions for the rest of the year!"
Invierno crossed his arms and looked away. Then he left and headed straight for the dojo.
Nevooa and Komodo left the center building and walked.
"What are you going to do now, Nevooa?" Komodo asked.
"What do you mean?" Nevooa replied.
"Are you going to train or build something next? That's what I mean." Komodo said staring forward.
"I'll probably train, there isn't really something I want to build." Nevooa said.
"Alright then." Komodo said, "By the way I forgot to give you this."
Komodo handed a piece of paper that on the front said, "RULES"
"It's the rules we have to follow. The people at the top of the Nozon Empire made it." Komodo said before walking away.
Nevooa walked to the dojo and saw Invierno sitting alone on the non-hand to hand combat side.
Invierno looked up and said, "Oh, Nevooa you want to spar?"
"Sure." Nevooa replied. "But if your battle style is destructive then wouldn't you break the building?"
"Nah, the dojo is actually the second strongest building in the city. Even if I tried my hardest I wouldn't be able to put a scratch on it." Invierno replied.
"So do you want to spar right now?" Nevooa asked.
"Lets do it." Invierno said popping a smile.
Whoosh
Nevooa swung at Invierno's head barely missing. Invierno ducked and hit Nevooa in the gut, pushing him back a bit.
They both kept on attacking each other and slowly Nevooa caught on to how Invierno fights. And Nevooa slowly got more endurance and durability by tanking more and more attacks from Invierno.
They kept this up for a few hours before Nevooa left. It was already night time. And there was a full Moon.
The moonlight beamed down everywhere. It was a eerie blue color and was like a mini-Sun. Nevooa was memorized by it, staring directly at it for a few moments.
"The Moon, the Moon is nice tonight." Nevooa said while walking towards his house. "I'm similar to the Moon. My life force gives off such little light similar to it. The light changes based on my emotions, If I don't focus right it will disappear. And yet, the Moon means hope. Without the Moon we wouldn't be able to see unless we use external forces. It brightens up the darkness that consumes the sky. Giving hope to whoever sees it. And I- am not similar to that at all."
"I am the darkness that consumes the night. But, I want to be the light that gives hope." Nevooa said in his heart.

Once Nevooa got to his room he laid on the bed and lit a candle. He stared at the paper that said "RULES"
Rule 1. Never question what we do.
Rule 2. Never let a non-awakener know about the secret society.
Rule 3. Follow what clan leaders say.
Rule 4. Don't go against the Empire.
Rule 5. Don't abandoned your missions.
Rule 6. If you bring a non-awakener to your clan they must become awakeners.
Rule 7. If a non-awakener knows about the society and doesn't want to join, you must kill them.
Rule 8. An awakener cannot kill other awakeners unless it's for a specific reason like a tournament, battle made by a higher force, etc.
At the bottom of the paper it says, "Those who break these rules will be punished depending on the severity."
