Only after a long beat did Blondie finally mutter, almost as if she couldn't bring herself to accept what she had just heard.
"Then … does Little Master consider his own father as his enemy?"
Oldie didn't answer her. His brows remained knitted as he stared at the little boy's distant figure, sitting alone on the stone mound.
"So what if he is his father?" Baldie suddenly said, turning to look at Saddie and Blondie before fixing his gaze on Oldie. "He doesn't share blood with us. If Little Master treats him as an enemy, then he's an enemy to us. We will take him down."
Saddie and Blondie considered his words, and to some extent, they believed the same.
They had pledged their loyalty to the little master. They wouldn't hesitate to follow him to the ends of the world if necessary.
