[IRIS POV]
'Are they asleep?' I asked Titania.
'Yes. I can hear them snoring from outside,' Titania replied, but I sensed her frowning. She seemed distracted and restless. 'But they shouldn't be sleeping so soundly. Something feels weird…'
Her voice trailed off, and my wolf fell quiet in a way that was completely unlike her. I started to panic.
'Titania? Titania? What's happening to you?! Answer me!'
She did not answer, only giving me a sleepy little huff, before curling into a corner of my mind to sleep. I immediately sensed that something was wrong.
I leapt up from my sleeping bag and burst out of my tent, only to be greeted with a blue flame flickering in my face. I gasped, stumbling back in surprise.
Sure enough, 'Rick' had found his way to let me know that he was here and waiting for me. I glanced around the campsite and saw similar blue flames illuminating the insides of the other tents.
