The journey to the Emerald station was quite an easy task, the other glitches heard the explosion near the power plant so they all went to investigate.
"Quite surprising that one explosion is enough to lead all glitches away." said Albur.
"I'm still confused, how are you able to hit the glitches with the hyper gem's explosion? Normally they just bypass the attack." said Johnson.
"Oh I don't know, I think the bullet merged with the hyper gem, so that the hyper gem is also GK." said Mysty.
"Interesting fact to know." said Covie.
"So we can make something glitch killing if we insert the GK program into it." muttered Johnson.
"GK program?" asked Mysty.
"Its what kills the glitches. They eliminate gkitches by destroying their code, and I managed to materialize the GK program and make it a weapon. " said Johnson.
"So you do have many information about the glitches." murmured Albur.
'This dude is testing me eh.' Johnson thought to himself.
"If not why am I the CEO of RNP?" asked Johnson.
"Well then let me ask you, what really are the glitches apart from they are digital computer viruses materialized to parasite anything they see and also yada yada. " said Albur.
"Not really computer viruses, sorry for that mistake earlier, they function like one, they are like, faulty malfunction of a system, and the personification of an error in a computer system, they breach systems like I said earlier, and somehow they can think, but they aren't CIs, nor AIs. I don't know why, I actually want some answers after we get to the mothership castle and I want to investigate the glitch generator." said Johnson.
"So he kept lying to us until he feel we are worth believing..." Albur thought to himself.
"Interesting... then, what is the working principle of the R.E.C.O.V.E.R. system?" asked Albur.
"Well, they reconstruct the cells and tissues of an individual and heal them. They are paired with the most advanced power supply so they don't consume too much electricity that makes your electricity bill cost go as high as Mount Everest. If its a non organic component, like walls, robots or something, the R.E.C.O.V.E.R. system will make copies of the current left part of that certain component, even though they were destroyed till unable to see by our naked eyes, as long as its atoms are still not destroyed, they can make copies of it and fix it. But although it is very powerful, it can't heal diseases, so usually I let Covie bring me some medicine from Earth when I am sick, but still I don't get sick easily." said Johnson.
"I still don't understand why can Covie go to Earth just using her propeller." said Mysty.
"I don't, I fall to Earth, but I don't drop like a meteor since after I got to the Earth's atmosphere my propeller can function normally. And to go back I just fly back to the exosphere and let the no gravity space take me back to the moon. " said Covie.
"But then how does she heal us from the vomit sickness?" asked Albur.
"I think Covie heals the physical exhaustion and lingering stomach irritation, R.E.C.O.V.E.R. systems normally can't heal mental issues." said Johnson.
"Huh, then the L.E.W.I.S. bots?"
"I already said, they can turn their body into digital data and enter the parallel space or your device's system to exterminate glitches, most of them are paired with mini GK laser guns." said Johnson.
"Then, any other products are your company's creations?" asked Albur.
"Other than those 2 most successful one, there are other products like the reflection wall, the CI security guard, long live capsule. Yada yada." said Johnson.
"Even the security guard and the long live capsule are your company's product!?" Albur asked in disbelief.
"Those things took ages for me to make, to your knowledge, all these things I said just now were all successful products after millions and millions of fails. " said Johnson .
"Woah, no wonder your company is one of the biggest companies in the world." said Mysty.
"Every successful hiker are always standing on the dead bodies of many failed hikers. If it wasn't the failed prototypes I wouldn't have made these things. " said Johnson.
'Huh, so he indeed knows a lot about RNP.' Albur thought to himself.
"What are you thinking now? Bucko." said Johnson.
Covie suddenly jumped up and covered his mouth.
"Ha! Look at who got muted now! " laughed Albur.
"Why do I feel like you two are against each other? " asked Mysty.
"Oh that's nothing. " said Albur.
Johnson removed Covie's arms.
"Covie, please, can you stop doing this? " asked Johnson.
"Nuh uh, I can't let you swear! That isn't nice! " Covie laughed as she flew away.
"Even your little drone is not obeying your orders! " Albur laughed.
"Uh, I'm sick and tired of this! " groaned Johnson.
"Alright guys, chill, we were meant to be a team. " said Mysty.
The rest of the gang stayed silent. Mysty had nothing to say so she looked outside the window to see whether there's anything outside. But then, she saw something, beneath the piles of building ruins, there's a pair of human legs.
"Hey, hey, Albur! Stop the truck! Stop the truck! " yelled Mysty.
Albur quickly pulled over nearby.
"Mysty, what's wrong? We are going to the Emerald upgrade station! " said Johnson.
"Look over there !" Mysty pointed at the pair of human legs there.
"Is that... a human? " asked Albur.
"Should we go help him? " asked Covie.
Mysty and Albur hopped off the truck, Covie followed them. Johnson wanted to call them back onto the truck, but then decided not to. Mysty grabbed the humanlegs while Albur lift up the ruins, Covie also helped him. When the human was pulled out, they found that he is a man wearing the 'New News ' work vest.
"He is still breathing ! Covie! " said Mysty.
Covie healed the human with her green beam. Albur kicked the ruins away and walked to them.
"Wait, this is, Wilton? "Albur was shocked by who this guy is.
"You recognize him? " asked Mysty.
"He is my co worker, Wilton! " said Albur.
"Really? He is Wilton? The guy that always say hi to me? " asked Mysty.
Albur nodded his head.
"Guys, he is waking up! " said Covie.
The man groaned as he sat up. He looks confused of his whereabouts.
"Wilton? You alright? " asked Albur.
"What.... Albur?" Turns out this man is indeed Wilton.
"What the heck are you doing here? " asked Albur.
"What... this is where I live. " said Wilton.
"What.....happened here? " he asked.
"Oh my god, you are so lucky, you weren't captured by the glitches. " said Mysty.
"Mysty? Is that you? " asked Wilton.
Mysty nodded her head.
"Hey! Stop wasting time! We have to get to the Emerald upgrade station! " yelled Johnson.
"Let's get going now, explanations later! " said Albur.
He then helped Wilton up and brought him to the truck. Mysty and Covie also followed him.
"What the.... who is this guy? " asked Johnson.
"He is my co worker, Wilton, my best cameraman. " said Albur.
Johnson lowered his head and started thinking.
"Strange, the glitches wont make mistakes so bad like this. They didn't capture him? " Johnson thought to himself.
The gang continued their journey. On the way, they gave Wilton some of their food and water and explained everything to Wilton.
"What? I was stuck in a ruin for straight 3 days and so many things happened ? " asked Wilton.
"Yeah, you should be grateful that the god of luck blessed you. " said Mysty.
Johnson thought for a second. He then went to the driver's seat.
"Hey, you think we can trust this guy? " whispered Johnson.
"What? Of course we can! A little fact, he is someone very honest and cowardly." said Albur.
"But he is still alive without food and water for days! That is nothing normal ! " said Johnson.
"Hey, at least we found a survivor!" said Albur.
Johnson looked at Wilton, he couldn't make up anything in his head. Although he know its possible but requires luck but he still feels something is off. He sat back into the cargo and continued to think.
After a few minutes, they arrived near the office of the head of states.
"Wow, that was so quick when we have a transport! We were already here! " said Albur.
"Alright, let's get cooking. " said Mysty.
"I think you should just stay on the truck. You still haven't understand what is the situation now, and also you're still dehydrated and lacks energy, its better for you to stay on the truck. " said Covie.
Wilton nodded his head.
"Alright gang, let's get going now. We still have- "
Johnson was yet to finish his sentence. Out of a sudden, a blade stabbed into the left side of the truck, and then another stabbed into the right side of the truck. Then, the truck was lifted up. The blades was stabbed into the truck so hard it split the truck into two, making everyone inside of it dropped out and fell onto the ground.
