The gang begun to panic, as Lag begun to laugh even louder and devilish.
"Guys I think this will be easy right? His eyes were sewed and he is wearing a strait jacket. " said Albur.
"Oh yeah? Then tell me why I still can't kill him even by now! " yelled Johnson.
Lag swung his chained blades at them. Johnson quickly escaped into the digital world while Albur ducked and Mysty jumped to dodge it. The blades sliced into the building, it then torn it apart, the upper part of the building was then tossed away by him in ease.
"I finally knew how was the power plant torn...." trembled Albur.
Suddenly, the alarm of the city rang. It was still good in shape and can still emit noise and red light.
'Caution, meteorites are heading towards our planet, Caution, meteorites are heading towards our planet. ' alerted the speakers of the city.
"Huh, looks like the outer space sent help to me..." Lag laughed demonically.
"Wait, if the Earth is ruined, that means....." muttered Mysty.
"The barrier has been broken! " yelled Albur.
The meteorites rained down from the sky, crashing every where.
"I think we can make him weaker by breaking the chains of his blades." said Albur.
"Sounds like a working plan to me! Let's do this...." said Mysty.
Lag threw the blades at them after swinging it. The two of them dodged it by jumping away. Albur tried to stun him using disabling shot, but he blocked them using his blades. Mysty also tried to attack using her twin pistols but all of which were blocked by his blades. He then swung them and threw it into the sky, hooking a meteorite and throwing them at Albur. Albur tried to blast it using the power slot 2 of his rifle, but due to the power of the hyper gem is way to overloaded for the rifle, it was unable to use and the hyper gem automatically launched out of the rifle. But just as the meteorite was about to hit him, Covie launched her arms at the meteorite, then pulled it to stop it from reaching Albur, then, she threw the meteorite away.
"Covie? Aren't you helping Wilton?" asked Albur.
"I took him to somewhere safe! I'm here to help y'all!" said Covie.
Lag threw another blade at Covie, hooking her and smashing her onto the ground. But she quickly repaired herself and flew away from him.
"Let me try doing this myself...." Mysty reloaded her pistols.
"Covie! Where's your master?" asked Albur.
"I don't know! Probably planning a strategy in the digital world!" said Covie.
Lag then hooked another meteorite from the sky and threw it at Albur and Covie. Albur fired his rifle at the meteor but it didn't break, Covie quickly pushed him away and flew away herself to dodge the meteor.
"No matter how many meteors you dodged, there will be even more!" Lag swung his chained blades and tried to hook even more meteors.
Mysty spun herself and fired her twin pistols, sending barrages of bullets. Lag tried to block them but the bullets somehow curve and they when pass the blades and hit him. Suddenly, Johnson appear behind Lag and fired his minigun at him. But he tanked them all. Albur also fired his rifle at him, he blocked it, but Mysty and Johnson managed to attack him while he is focusing on blocking Albur. He then hooked even more meteors and threw them towards the 3 of them, but Johnson destroyed the meteors one by one by slicing each one three times with his robot claws. But then he tangled Johnson with the blades and smashed him repeatedly on the ground and finish off by tossing him away. Covie quickly raced to him and healed him.
"This guy is powerful, he can even do those with his eyes sewed and wearing a strait jacket..." muttered Mysty.
"Hey, wait, I got an idea!" Albur got a Eureka moment in his head again and he whispered the plan to Mysty. When Johnson got back to them, he also told him and Covie the plan.
Lag swung the blades at them, Johnson tanked it using his robot claws, the team then split up. When Lag is trying to slice them, Covie quickly rushed to him and flew around in front of his face.
"You can't catch me! You stupid psycho!" teased Covie.
"Get the hell out!" Lag tried to slice her but she kept dodging and kept coming back to him. But eventually, Lag caught her and sliced of her propellers, then grabbing her with his arms, slowly crushing her.
"Heh, your attacks are nothing to me, you foolish little drone...Any last words? Before I sent you to hell's doors?"
"I..... am not attacking, I was.... distracting...."
Lag looked at her, then, he looked around him, Albur, Mysty and Johnson are charging their weapons around him.
"Oh...crap..."
They all fired their weapons at him, he only managed to block one side, making him get injured by the attack, after a few seconds of attacking, he let go of Covie and fell down onto the ground.
"Covie!" Johnson rushed to Covie and picked her up.
"I'm ok..... master, I can fix myself...." Covie used her powers and repaired herself.
"That's my little assistant, well done." said Johnson.
"Whoo, that was a stressful fight." sighed Albur, in relief.
"Yeah, it really was." said Mysty.
"But the upgrade station was destroyed. How are we gonna get to the next one?" asked Albur.
"Don't worry, remember what the upgrade station's system said, the upgrade station was destroyed, all access in devices and locks will get deleted." said Johnson.
"Wait does that means... the lock that requires Emerald access was destroyed?" asked Albur..
Johnson nodded his head. Covie then flew away from his hands.
"Then, we can....." muttered Mysty.
"Time to get to the next access color, Amber." said Johnson.
"Let me go get Wilton, then we can continue the journey!" said Covie.
Suddenly, they heard an evil laugh, they looked behind them, Lag..... wasn't dead.
"Very well, you successfully drew my attention..." Lag then pulled out a metal neon card, written 'sharp' and ate it. He then slowly cut the threads that sewed his eyes, and sliced off the strait jacket he was wearing. Suddenly, the alarm which was attached on Johnson's head went off.
"What, Johnson? Why is your alarm ringing?" asked Albur.
"The alarm will only ring when detected a powerful glitch nearby..." Johnson looked at Lag. Lag slowly flew into the air.
"Its been years since I can see the world again, AND MOVE MY ARMS FREELY!" Lag laughed demonically.
"AWWW SNAP..." murmured Albur.
Lag bit off the chains on his blades, making it completely a melee weapon. He then sent out an air slash that sliced the ground into half.
"He is nothing like a captain glitch..." muttered Johnson.
Lag sent out another air slash, Albur quickly make the air slash disappear by shooting disabling shot at it.
"I will end you all right here RIGHT NOW!" Lag rushed towards them, Johnson brought everyone to the digital world to dodge it. But Lag was also able to travel into the digital world like any other glitch. So they can only hop between the two parallel space to dodge his attacks.
"We can't keep travelling, I'm getting sick...." Albur and Mysty both threw up.
"Can't keep this up, can you?" Lag rushed towards them again, Johnson quickly pointed the minigun at him and fired. But Lag hit him and caused him to fly meters away.
"Oh look at that, the glitch killing expert's downfall... how cute...." said Lag.
Johnson said nothing, he quickly stood up and kept dodging Lag's attack while attacking him.
"Mysty, we gotta do something! Or else we won't be able to kill that dude!" panicked Albur.
"I don't know either... we just have our glitches killing guns, we don't have any other thing that can harm glitches!" said Mysty.
"Looks like.....I had to do this...." Covie suddenly spoke.
Albur and Mysty looked at her, she then when to the truck ruins, she took out one of the big hyper gems out.
"Covie! What are you doing! The overload power will just malfunction you!" yelled Albur.
Meanwhile, Johnson and Lag's battle got to their spot, Johnson was exhausted and has some electric sparks on his body. He then saw Covie taking out the hyper gem.
"Covie! What are you doing?!" yelled Johnson.
Covie put her hands into the metal cases plug. Then, hyper gem's powers entered her body, her LED screen is flickering rapidly and danger signs are seen in the flickers.
"Oh I don't think you're allowed to do that!" Lag rushed to Covie and pulled out his blades. But suddenly, Covie let out a shockwave, blasting Lag away.
"No way, what is... that?" asked Albur.
Covie's eyes are glowing bright green, green aura covered her body, and the rocks near her are levitating.
"Her..... awakened form..." muttered Johnson.
Lag rushed towards Covie, but she made a shield that blocked him and knocked him back. She then shot a yellow beam at everyone. Yellow aura covered everyone.
"What, this is..." said Mysty.
"I feel my heart beating faster and stronger..." said Albur.
Lag roared at them and sent an air slash at them. Covie blocked it using her shield and reflected it.
"Let's not waste any time, defeat that glitch!" Johnson reloaded his minigun.
The gang took their weapon and kept attacking Lag, Covie reflected all of his attacks and helped the gang hitting Lag. But Lag is still able to tank all of them. Suddenly, the alarm rang again.
"Caution, an asteroid is heading towards our planet. Caution, an asteroid is heading towards our planet."
They all looked up in the sky, a huge asteroid although not sized like mars, is nearly half the size of the moon.
"Ah, another asteroid... I guess I will leave the job to him....." said Lag.
Covie seemingly thought of something, she took Johnson's minigun and flew away.
"Hey Covie! Where are you taking my minigun?!" shouted Johnson.
Covie said nothing, she quickly flew to the asteroid and cracked her knuckles.
Covie crushed the asteroid into big pieces, then, she fired the minigun at the asteroid pieces. After that, she rebuilt the asteroid using her R.E.C.O.V.E.R. powers. When constructing the asteroid, the GK bullets were merged with the asteroid, making the asteroid also glitch killing.
"Oh that won't do it...." Lag took his blades and and prepared to unleash a huge air slash.
"Albur! Mysty!" Johnson signaled the two of them.
Albur and Mysty understood the meaning, the three of them fired at Lag, stopping his move. At last, the asteroid crashed onto the Earth, sending a shockwave that destroyed the city ruins in seconds. Covie then stopped the shockwave by shielding it.

After a few moments, Covie returned to the ground, she looked at Lag who is seriously injured. She took him out and left him in the air. She flew to the ground and took a deep breath, before charging up a green orb.
"World-Rebloom !"
She unleashed a green shockwave. The shockwave repaired everything that it gone through. There's even some plants growing from the ground. The shockwave also healed Albur, Mysty and Johnson from their injury.
"Ouch, my head." Mysty stood up slowly.
"Woah, what just happened?" asked Albur.
"Wait.... Covie? Where is she?" Johnson looked around he then saw Covie there, but due to her using to much of her powers and used her awakened form, she dropped down from the sky due to electricity loss and some malfunction. Johnson quickly raced to her and caught her. Albur and Mysty quickly raced to Johnson.
"Covie? Covie! Can you hear me?" Johnson shook her.
"What happened to her?" asked Albur.
"Let's talk about that later, let's get back to the truck!" said Johnson.
The gang quickly get back to the truck which was repaired just now by Covie. Lag then tried to drag his body away to safety.
"Whoops, nearly forgot this guy. " Albur took out his rifle and fired at him, he was no longer able to move.
