The party continued walking in the dune. They have walked for over two hours since parting ways with the Enigma. Though they weren't really parting way, The Enigma just rushed to the city for their next trip. Suddenly, a loud roar can be heard. A crowd running toward the opposite direction of the where Raye and the party is.
"Run for your life!"
"The Pale jade dragon is here!"
Raye:"Pale jade dragon? Oh no..."
Will:"What is it?"
Raye:"The Pale jade dragon, it was said that this dragon have been terrorizing every part of the world for a few centuries now, he would mess with human or even beast, he is also known as the dragon of mischief,"
Will:"Oh? That sound really terrifying,"
Will grinned after he said that. Will then walked toward the direction where the crowd is running away from.
Raye:"What are you doing? The Pale jade dragon is no joke, it is very powerful, so powerful it could destroy a continent itself, and that isn't all of it!"
Will:"That sounded like a challenge,"
Suddenly the Pale jade dragon flew in front of Raye and the party and let out a laugh. The Pale jade dragon, is a drake category dragon, a long serpentine body and four legs, having a pale-white scale and skin, so reflective it reflected the sunlight from the sun, making him shine. He has jade-green fur and one blue horn, the other horn was broken with a perfect cut at the surface of the broken horn. the Pale jade dragon is so beautiful anyone would fall in love with it! Too bad he is mischief.
"Huh? Human, why aren't you running? You do not fear me?"
Will:"Why should I, I think I heard of you before during the demon king era,"
"Demon king era? That's an era so long ago that I would love to forget,"
Raye:"Wait Will, no way you're asking me to fight this dragon!?"
Will:"No, let me handle this one myself,"
"A cocky one I see, fine then, human, I accept your challenge,"
Will:"I hadn't had a chance to use my power alone for so long, behemoth and basilisk won't be able to handle me alone, but you, you might stand a chance,"
"Sound like you are grieving for a battle,"
Will then raised his right arm to chest level. His hand is facing downward as a shadowy substance appeared beneath his hand. It then stretched to a certain length and shaped like a staff that Will bought when Al found out that he is a dark sage. The shadow then turned into the staff that Will bought and Will grabbed it.
"Finally I can try this thing out, let me show you how terrifying can a dark sage be,"

Will waited for the crowd to evacuate only to start the battle by turning into shadow and appearing behind the Pale jade dragon. He then used the staff and cast a gigantic flame magic and shot it at the dragon. The dragon dodges it beautifully and then uses illusion magic to create many illusions of itself. The illusions attacked Will all at once. Will just turned into shadow and the illusions hit each other, making them disappear. Will truly checked to see if there isn't any other person left only he use black magic. He then casted ten shadow tentacles and each aimed at the dragon. The dragon flew up and uses illusion magic to trick Will. The shadow hits one of the dragon but the attack just phased through the dragon. Will then casted more shadow tentacles and attacked every dragons he sees. One eventually hit the real Pale jade dragon but that didn't did any damage to it. Will then casted shadow wings behind his back and flew up so high and dived down to the dragon. The Pale jade dragon uses his tails to parry it. Will thought his shadow wings would slice through the dragon's scale but that does not seem to be the the case. Instead, the scale deflected the attack and coincidentally the sun shined onto the scale of the dragon which is reflected onto Will. Will blocked thew sunlight with his shadow wing and got hit by the dragon's tail. Will just turned into shadow and appeared behind the dragon's back. He then pointed the staff on the dragon and shot the dragon with fire magic. The scale reflected it towards another direction, aiming for Raye and Al. Raye draws out his sword and uses EXCALIBUR to cut the flame in half.
"A black magic user? Never fought one before, you truly surprised me human, but you are not powerful enough,"
The dragon scale then raised up and flew up in the air with insane speed. The sky was slashed and the dragon just instantly teleported in front of Will. The dragon opened its mouth and try to eat Will but Will just pointed the staff into the dragon's mouth and casted huge fire magic into it. That dragon vanished and Will was shocked.
Will:"A solid illusion..."
"Took you long enough!"
Will looked back and saw the dragon casting magic with the sky full of jades. It then rained down in insane speed. Will turned into shadow as Raye parried the jade and Al casting a protection barrier. Raye's right arm got slashed by the jade and its bleeding.
Raye:"Crap, that hurt.."
Will then casted shadow to devour all of the jades and shot back at the dragon. The dragon dodges all of them easily and beautifully. Will then appeared on top of the dragon head and uses the staff covered with shadow magic and smashed the dragon head so hard it fell onto the ground.
Raye:"Damn..."
The dragon flew up and spoke:
"Seems that I have misjudged you, tell me, human, what's your name?"
"Shouldn't you be the one to greet first?"
"..., My mistake, I'm a Loki, the pale jade dragon that lived in this world for over a few centuries, human fear me as they should,"
"I'm Wi- no, I am the Shadow Sage among the dark sages that lived during the demon king era,"
"Shadow sage, I have not heard of you before, well then, I shall use my strongest attack on you as an gratitude for entertaining for a long time,"
"And I shall return you either another shadow magic of mine,"
the dragon then charged up and pointed his mouth at Will. Will flew up to the same level as the dragon and cast a magic. The sky darkened as they were about to cast their magic. The dragon then shot his magic. It is a white flame magic and it is shot at insane speed. Will casted an orb shaped magic. It is a mini black hole that absorb anything in its way and would explode. Will's hair flew backwards rapidly showing his grin and his satisfaction for this battle. But things didn't go as they planned. As both attack were about to reach each other, they got nullified and turned into nothing. Will's grin vanished whereas the dragon was shock. A man floating between them, interrupting their battle.
