"So, Aether Lupen, Will Beurat and the Pale Jade dragon,"
The three of them were sitting on a long couch together, faced opposite of the head of the police. Raye and Al were sitting at the side watching the discussion. Aether was sitting between Will and the Pale Jade Dragon, putting one of his leg above the other and his arms were behind the couch. Will sits with his arms beside and the Pale jade Dragon sits with his arms crossed.
*This three person...so terrifying, their mana energy fluctuation is terrifying! I can see the blue haired mage and the gloomy mage(Will) are trying to conceal their mana, but the dragon isn't even trying at all, his mana fluctuation is so high that it could knock out or kill citizens!*
"S-so, Mr Aether, you said you brought the Pale Jade Dragon,"
"Yep, I thought I brought him over since this stuff is supposed to be handled by the federal police of Kingdom of Sahhara, if not, then I would kill him right off the bat,"
Aether sighed as he said that, clearly showing that he does not enjoy being here.
"Oh yea? I could beat the crap out of you too! Wanna try?"
"You lost to me, didn't you? Clearly you are no match for a mage like me,"

The head of the police of the Glauos City, have no idea on how to react to the Perfect Mage teasing the Pale Jade Dragon.
"Settle down, alright, uh..It is known that the Pale Jade Dragon-"
"Call me Loki, I hate that nickname,"
"Loki, have been terrorizing the Kingdom of Sahhara and other kingdoms for centuries,... How about becoming a public transport?"
The head of police flipped through a list of punishments for dragons. There isn't much since dragon are usually used for transport as a punishment or extermination in certain part of a kingdom if needed.
"Huh? Are you humiliating me? I am Loki, the dragon of mischief, I will destroy your kingdom if you dare to make me into a transport,"
"That's a very cute nickname you make for yourself,"

The Perfect Mage kept teasing the Pale Jade Dragon with every chance he gets.
"How about being the King's pet?"
"Do you want to die, human?"
"...., the only penal punishment for you is... execution,"

"Well then, case settled, laws say you guys handle this thing, I will be taking my leave now,"
The Perfect Mage stood up and tried to leave until Raye said something.
"I think...I can take him as a familiar,"
Everyone in the room was shocked by Raye's words. Even the Pale Jade Dragon, Loki was in shock too.
"Mr Winston, bold move, taking the Pale Jade Dragon as a familiar, your whole party sure are interesting,"
"Sorry, Mr Winston, but this case belongs to the federal police of the Kingdom of Sahhara, I can't let you take the Pale Jade Dragon as your familiar,"
"Are you able to execute the Pale Jade Dragon, I heard he is nearly omnipotent,"
"Damn right you are, but I'M NOT becoming a human's familiar,"

"Please, let me take him as my familiar, I will even pay for the compensation,"

Raye then look at the Pale Jade Dragon in the eye which annoyed the dragon.
"Hey, what are you-"
Suddenly, a trill went down the Pale Jade Dragon's spine. That determination, that eyes, that face, resembles the Legendary Hero from the legendary hero party that cut off his left horn. The man who humbled the Pale Jade Dragon, making the dragon hide himself away from humans because of him until the day he passed away.
"W-why are y-you here, why, do you resemble him..."
"Resemble who?"
The Pale Jade Dragon is scared, the aura he hadn't felt for ages is back. Although he is just imagining it.
"Will you be my familiar?"
"...., fine,"
Raye and the Pale Jade Dragon make a contract and became master familiar.
"Wait, I never said y-, never mind, we will let this slide but you will pay for the damages that happen recently,"
"Wait you can't do that, he wasn't his master at that time,"
Al stood up and tries to defend Raye.
"Sorry, but Mr Raye mentioned that he will be paying compensation for the damage did by the Pale Jade Dragon,"
"But still-"
"Don't worry Al, we will pay,"
"Stop this, I can't see this any longer,"
The Perfect mage interrupted them.
"I will pay for the compensation, here's 10 gold coins of the Kingdom of Sahhara, this is for the recent event did by the dragon few weeks ago, todays would not count for it is at the dune and it is not own by your kingdom,"
"..., this isn't enough-"
The Perfect mage stared down at the head of the police, giving him goosebump.
"Yes..that will be enough...Case dismissed, you may leave now,"
"Thank you,"
The Perfect mage and Raye's party then left the building.
"Aether sir, please, let me pay you back-"
"Don't need to, besides, your party just came out not long ago, cash might run short with you, just think of it as a good deed of mine,"
The Perfect mage and the party bid adieu and parted ways.
"Alright, let's explore Glauos city shall we?"
"Sure, I'm down to eat real food,"

Buildings in Glauos city are adobe architecture with stone like mud brick used to build buildings. They strolled down the streets of Glauos city and found themselves in a market with people bargaining all around, clothe hanging high above, this part of the dune which is near to the Kingdom of Sahhara is not as hot as the middle and it is actually livable here.
They decided to settle down at a restaurant and ordered hummus and pita breads.
"..."
"Why aren't you eating Loki?"
"I don't eat this, I eat meat,"

Will then grabbed the pita bread on Loki's plate and eat it.
"That's mine now,"
"Hey, give it back,"
"Don't you not eat bread?"
"It's still mine,"
Raye and Al were shocked by Will's act. They never thought he would poke fun at the Pale Jade Dragon.
"Don't worry Loki, there's still more,"

Loki then take the bread from Raye's hand and eat it. He then eat the hummus and was surprised by how good human's food is.
"This is... unexpected,"
"You like it don't you?"
"No I don't!...."
He then takes a few more bites and finished the food.
"You like it,"
"Fine, I want another plate,"
"Huh no, we are out of money if we order more,"
"Hey, you are lying you bastard,"
Loki then grabbed the bread from Will's hand and they fought over it.
Raye then chuckled as Al looked confused over it.
"Try to make yourself comfortable with us, that's your master's order,"
"..., I guess I can do that,"
