Conrad sat on his chair and then massaged his temples. He never knows how hard it is to be dealing with the feelings of others. Especially trying to build their confidence and have their moral highs.
"It is not their fault," he thought.
Conrad was aware of the fact that the powers and capabilities of Anisa and Adarte are off the charts from the world and its levels.
In the end, neither person ever had teachers; they were all self-taught men by discovering it while they were all alone and had nothing on their names.
Their capability to train themselves, creating their nen abilities. Fighting against the real nen users and also having great results in two hundred showed that they had a lot of potential.
Given time, three or five years, they would at the minimum have enough power to fight against Knuckle and Shoot without much of a problem.
Which was a success, as Knuckle and Shoot had teachers, and Anisa and Adarte did not have teachers.
"Their problems are the same as mine."
"They lack the experience of real battles."
"It seems like we need to take more missions. Missions that do not involve Mafia families."
"We are already at odds with them."
Conrad believed that without taking action. Things will never change for them.
He took a deep breath and then nodded and called on the phone.
"Elina, I would like to ask you something if you are free."
"What is it?" Elina spoke; her voice was vibrant.
After the Hunter Exam, Elina and Conrad shared phone numbers, as Elina believed Conrad would prove useful to her.
In the end, she never saw Conrad as an amateur or a new hunter due to his mastery over nen, and power is easy to see from her viewpoint.
"I need to know about the Hunter website."
"I need some actions that would bring profit and some valuable experience to my small team."
Elina thought and then took a deep breath.
"I will need to ask some of my friends. Are you looking for something bloody?"
Conrad smiled.
"Yes, of course, I would be looking for something that may be enlightening."
"My team, truthfully, I need some real-world battle experience. Preferably against NEN users."
Elina thought again and then asked.
How many people are you? All of you NEN users and fighters, am I right? "
"Yes…"
"Including myself, we are three people."
Conrad answered.
After about five seconds of silence.
Elina spoke.
"I will be back to you in five to ten hours."
Conrad then closed the phone and let out a deep breath.
He sent a message to Adarte and Anisa about the plans he had.
In their rooms, Adarte and Anisa both looked at the messages, and both of them had a grin on their face.
They understood in an instant what Conrad was trying to do and were okay with that.
They felt the same as him, and it was great that he was taking action for them.
It is an action that a leader would take.

Seven hours passed in a flash. In the evening time while the sky darkens, Conrad heard the call and opened it.
"Okay, listen to me, Conrad," said Elana.
"Take some notes as I tell you about three jobs I found out about for you guys."
Conrad then sat down and got ready to write.
"In such a short time I was only able to find one job that is worth something, some sort of mercenary job; you guys will get a small country called. Matara Kingdom. An old, traditional country, some sort of a monarchy."
"In this Matara Kingdom, your people need to take down the son of the king of the country called Lanista Matara."
"It is said that he is the new line to be king. It is said that he is a pretty wretched and brutal individual that would kill and torture all kinds of people."
"Lanista Matara is protected by his personal army of more than a hundred armed men and about two personal royal guards that are both nen users. Some intelligence says that he is protected by at least three nen users and does not spend much time other than going back and forth between the capital city of Matara and the gambling city of Elisdora."
Conrad listened to everything and made notes in his hands.
"Taking down a prince..." he murmured, and Elina said.
"Yeah."
"It is unusual, but it is the only great job that I can find enough for you and your team."
"After the job is completed, each of you will be paid one billion yen. A total of three billion yen. It is up to you people how to spend and divide the money."
"Also, the Hunter Association has some thoughts on that country and the guy named Lanista Matara too."
Conrad smirked.
"Oh."
"What is their thought about that guy?"
Elina, in her luxurious room, sat down and poured herself a glass of wine as she looked down at the city and said.
"The Hunter Association gives honor points to the hunter who completes this position. I heard that they are at odds with the association and also not that great with V5 countries."
Conrad thought for a moment.
"In the series, V5 seems to be sometimes ordering and talking against the Hunter Association, and they do make deals."
"I remember they hired Netero to take down Meruem."
"While Netero never liked how they operated, he still did what he was told."
"Of course there were many personal reasons for Netero to do what he said, but there is some political reason behind this."
Conrad thought.
Any country that is not good with the strongest powers of this world will find itself either put in line or removed from the world.
Conrad asked.
"Are you sure this guy named Lafonte is a really not that great guy?"
"This is not some sort of a direct political assassination, and his backstory is set to be so villain-like that it would be easier for people to kill him."
Elina shook her head on the phone and said it.
"I will send you some things about your mail. ".
"Look at them and decide. You have two days to come back to me about your decision. ".
Conrad thought and then said.
"I will be telling you my decision shortly." After he said it, Elana closed the phone.
Conrad took a deep breath and smiled.
"Yeah."
"I need to be sure about what I am getting myself and my two friends into."
