"There's something I want to discuss with you." Cecilia Adler brought up getting the bride price back, then moved on to her driving lessons. "Dad mentioned it before we went back to our hometown, but it's been a while and nothing's happened. Could you ask him about it for me?"
Ian Quincy considered it for a moment. "I'll ask him now."
"Dad's probably not off work yet, right? How about we talk about it tonight when we go back to the family home for dinner?"
"It's not convenient to go back tonight." Ian Quincy's gaze was burning.
Cecilia Adler understood in an instant, her face flushing hot. "Won't overdoing it be bad for your health?"
"I know what I'm doing."
Cecilia Adler reached out and poked his chest, scolding him playfully, "What do you know? I don't agree!"
