After everyone had eaten until they were completely satisfied, Aurora insisted they take a proper break before returning to work.
Although beastmen possessed extraordinary physical strength and recovered much faster than ordinary humans, they had spent the entire morning digging, lifting, carrying, and setting enormous support pillars into place. Their bodies still needed time to recover.
Only after nearly half an hour had passed did Aurora clap her hands together.
"Back to work."
The men immediately stood.
Compared to the morning, the atmosphere had changed completely. Laughter came much more easily now. People chatted while carrying materials, occasionally discussing the delicious stew they had just eaten. Several warriors even admitted they had secretly taken second helpings before Aurora noticed.
Watching everyone work with renewed energy made Aurora nod in approval.
