Haruto flew into the air gently, his feet shooting out fire as he rose up with Tsunade clinging to him on his back.
Haruto didn't fly high this time. Instead he stayed in the air for a while, hovering, as he let the meteorite do the falling for him to create distance between them.
"Will the meteorite vanish entirely?" Tsunade asked in a strained tone from behind Haruto.
Haruto shook his head.
"Even my jutsu can't do that… my aim is to make sure the fragments at least fall outside the village boundary."
Tsunade nodded, not finding in herself to speak any more. She simply closed her eyes and rested her head on Haruto's back, attempting to recover chakra so that she could help later.
Haruto who was wreathed in pink chakra and floating above the meteorite narrowed his eyes as he raised his finger to take aim.
With his index finger extended and his thumb pointing up to form a sight, Haruto aimed for the exact center of the meteorite.
"Bang…" Haruto whispered, letting his voice be carried away by the wind.
Nothing happened for a few entire seconds.
Then there was a small spark, right at the centre of the crater on the meteorite.
The spark didn't die out in spite of the strong winds, it flared into a small pink flame as if the winds had bellowed it.
However the small pink fire didn't quite grow from there either.
It instead shrank into a bead as if something had compressed it.
The bead turned red, then orange, then white.
It held onto white for a while as Haruto began to watch the air around it distort and bend before it changed once again.
The flames turned blue.
The meteorite by now was too far from Haruto for him to be able to spot the bead of fire causing him to tilt his head in confusion.
'It failed?'
Then, a sense of danger suddenly welled up in Haruto.
'Wha-!?'
He pumped the small amount of chakra he'd kept with him to help with a controlled descent after the meteorite was destroyed and shot upwards into the sky.

Madara watched as the shooting star climbed into the air and moved towards the meteorite.
His sharingan spun as he caught the details on the faces of the people flying in the air.
"Ho… a child who knows how to fly and Tsunade's descendant?"
"Tsunade does not have any descendants, Madara-sama. It must be Tsunade herself, she has a jutsu that allows her to change her age." Black Zetsu said quickly.
"Hmm…" Madara frowned. "What do they plan on doing against that?"
"Should we stay behind to watch, Madara-sama?" Black Zetsu asked.
"No. No need. Let's leave." Madara said before vanishing with Black Zetsu in tow.
A good few minutes later, when they were about a dozen or so kilometers away from Konoha-
-the world turned white.

Onoki was sitting in his high chair while discussing matters regarding Konoha's new succession with his council when the windows suddenly filled the room with light.
'Enemy attack!?'
Onoki immediately mobilized his chakra to counter whatever was happening.
Only at that moment, he heard a roar.
***
'A' was working out in his office after a brief moment of respite from paperwork regarding Konoha's new succession when suddenly his spine tingled.
His body instantly became coated with lightning nature chakra as he activated the lightning cloak jutsu.
Immediately afterwards, the world brightened as he heard a roar.
***
Standing beside Nagato, Konan handled the finances of the organisation that the Akatsuki had grown into, giving Nagato quick reports whenever she felt his attention was necessary.
Suddenly the world turned white as she immediately fractured into papers to save herself from any harm.
'Nagato!' Conan screamed in thought.
Then the two of them heard a roar.

BBBBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-
Haruto only heard the first few moments of the thunderous explosion. The next part betrayed his hearing because he had long gone deaf because of it. His ear drums bleeding consistently because of it.
Haruto felt an incredibly hot wind rush past him, giving his skin a fresh sheen before he was thrown back into the sky along with Tsunade.
Tsunade hugged him tighter at this moment to prevent herself from being thrown off him.
Even as her skin turned red, with blisters sprouting all over her arms and legs she kept a hold on his neck and waist.
'Wha-'
Haruto looked down and all around, but all he saw was white. He only then realised he'd also gone blind.
The world started to spiral as Haruto felt panic.
They were somewhere about a couple kilometers up in the air, and Haruto's chakra was running dangerously low.
So Haruto did the only best thing he could think of at this moment.
He held Tsunade tight by swinging her around and wrapping his arms around her before cutting off his thrusters.
Haruto had already done the calculations, they were roughly two kilometers up in the air, it would take about twenty seconds for them to crash into the Earth.
If their vision returned in that time that would be best.
But if it did not, Haruto would activate his thrusters once again at about fifteen seconds with full force to slow down his fall.
'I hope you pray for me Hashirama… Tobirama… I hope you pray.' Haruto prayed.
And so Haruto fell.
Nineteen.
Haruto fell through the hot winds created by the explosion. He felt uncomfortable but his newly enhanced body managed to hold out against the heat.
Tsunade however was another story completely.
Fifteen.
The hot winds died and turned cold. The sudden difference caused cracks to appear on her skin and blood leaked out of those cracks painfully.
Tsunade felt an even more profound pain in her limbs as she clung onto Haruto. But she desperately held on despite the pain.
Haruto was the only thing saving her from certain death at this moment.
She had no chakra and without it she couldn't use Creation Rebirth Jutsu.
Ten.
Haruto found it difficult to breathe now that the winds were slamming onto their faces. He'd also lost track of which way was up as they continuously tumbled around while they fell.
To find out which way was up, Haruto let one of his limbs holding Tsunade free, the air resistance made sure it carried it up as he spun around like a headless chicken.
Five.
Haruto felt his vision go dark as it adjusted to the sudden disappearance of bright light from the explosion.
Tsunade hugged him tighter as she began to feel uncertain about Haruto's plan.
'Aren't we falling for a really long time?'
'What if he misses the timing?'
Four.
'It's been fifteen seconds right?' Haruto wondered wasting another precious second.
Three.
Haruto kicked off his thrusters while trying to angle his legs downwards.
With the sudden abrupt stop Haruto felt Tsunade bury deeper into him.
His hand that had been fumbling around suddenly snapped at the shoulder, sending a hellish pain right through him as he dug deeper into Tsunade's collar to keep himself from screaming.
They slowed but as they fell Haruto realised something.
'We're not going to make it!'
'I don't have enough chakra!'
Suddenly the thrusters sputtered, before they cut off due to lack of chakra.
