"Based on the examination results, apart from the very low activity of Mr. Tony Stark's brain nerves, all of his other physical indicators are normal."
The specially hired doctor walked out of the consultation room holding the diagnostic report and spoke to Kai and the others.
Hearing the doctor's diagnosis, Steve Rogers frowned and asked, "Doctor Scott, what do you mean by 'brain nerves are not active'? Is it because Tony is in a coma?"
Handing the diagnostic report to Steve, Doctor Scott explained, "Generally speaking, whether a person is in a vegetative state or a coma,
the brain will have varying degrees of activity and excitability. But according to this electroencephalogram, Mr. Tony Stark's brain nerves are almost in a straight line."
"Brain dead?" Natasha asked with her arms crossed and a solemn expression. "Are you saying Tony has been diagnosed as brain dead?"
"The EEG results are very similar, but this is not brain death in the traditional medical sense." Doctor Scott explained the medical definition of brain death and Tony Stark's current brain wave state to the Avengers.

The Secretary of State gave orders to his subordinate, then waved him out. After the man left, the Secretary of State opened a drawer and took out the "Super Hero Registration Act."
Samuel Stern had prepared this for him. If the bill passed, he might even have a chance to run for President.

Kai smiled and patted Wanda's hand. "The Orb of Ahtorik can only allow one person to travel to the Hell Dimension to find Tony's soul. And among the Avengers, I am the strongest and the fastest, so it's more convenient for me to go!"
He leaned back and spread his hands. "Although it's troublesome, Tony is my boss after all. If his soul can't come back, who will pay me?"

Inside the collapsed Stark Tower, Tony Stark's soul sat by a bonfire. "Damn it, Banner, this damned place reminds me of being attacked and kidnapped, then taken to a cave in the Middle East desert."
"Hulk!" The six-headed massive green body roared.
"Alright, alright, my bad!" Tony raised both hands.
"I've been wandering here for almost seven days, and I didn't expect to meet you here, buddy. Seeing you gives me some comfort.
Although you're not the Banner… Hulk from my world, and I don't know what you've been through to grow six heads.
But being able to meet someone familiar in a strange place is a small comfort."
After listening, one of Hulk's heads spoke. "Hulk's world was destroyed. Countless evil thoughts turned into monsters and destroyed Hulk's world. So Hulk must stay here and not let the Below-All-Things out."
Tony asked curiously about the Below-All-Things.
Hulk explained its origin and how it wanted to parasitize his body. "Hulk is staying here to guard the dimensional gate. Not letting it open!"
"So, after I find you, will you give me a raise?"
Countless light particles condensed, and a light yellow pinstriped suit appeared. Tony instantly stood up in excitement.
"Roar!" Hulk clenched his fists.
"Hey, calm down, big guy. He's my friend, not our enemy!" Tony stopped Hulk.
Kai was also surprised to see the six-headed Hulk. "Thank God, Kai, how did you find this place?"
"It's a long story. I'll tell you in detail after I take you back." Kai took out the Orb of Ahtorik.
The bottom had already started turning red. "Before this orb turns completely red, I must take you back, otherwise your soul will remain here forever!"
"How do we get back?"
"The dimensional gate!" Kai pointed to the green glowing beam on the cliff. "Throw this Orb of Ahtorik into the dimensional gate, and it will teleport us back to Earth."
Hulk refused to leave. "Hulk isn't going… Hulk wants to guard the dimensional gate! This is Hulk's responsibility. Hulk will send you away!"
The journey to the gate was filled with monsters formed from evil thoughts.
Kai's dazzling flashes pierced through them while Hulk tore others apart. When they reached the gate, countless monsters blocked the way.
"So terrifying…" Kai flew into the air, crossed his hands, and condensed countless photons. "Finally, I can attack without any restraint, completely letting loose. Yasakani no Magatama!"
Deafening explosions filled the air. Kai gripped the Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi and charged into the horde like a flash of light.
Every swing tore monsters apart. His light-powered kick pierced through the horde.

Hulk roared and smashed monsters with his fists. When the dust settled, only shattered monster bodies remained.
A red monster charged at them. Kai flashed in front of it and cut it cleanly in half with the Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi.
"Let's go, time is running out!" More than half the orb had turned red. They reached the dimensional gate.
Hulk stepped back. "Friends, goodbye."
Avengers Base.
Three days later, Hill informed the team that the Secretary of State was pushing the Super Hero Registration Act.
Natasha and Steve discussed the implications while worrying about Kai and Tony. Pepper had been staying by Tony's body and was barely eating.
Suddenly, Falcon Sam burst in. "Kai is back, and Tony has woken up!"
Everyone rushed to the infirmary. Kai was surprised it had been three days in their time — to him it felt like only a few hours due to different dimensional time flow.
He smiled as he watched Tony awkwardly comforting a crying Pepper and made a ring-wearing gesture. Tony rolled his eyes but didn't take out the ring.
The next day in the Avengers conference room, after hearing about the Registration Act, Kai peeled an orange and said, "So troublesome. I hate it when people tell me what to do!"
He handed half to Wanda and stood up. "If there's nothing else, I'll go back first. If those congressmen really pass this act and plan to issue a warrant for arrest if we don't sign, then let them issue it. Hmm… maybe I can issue a counter-warrant."
He took Wanda and left.
Natasha shrugged at Steve. "I told you, with Kai's personality, he would absolutely not agree to sign this Super Hero Registration Act.
And if he's pushed too hard, he might just go directly to Congress and twist off those people's heads!"
Steve replied firmly, "Anyway, I won't sign it either. Only with enough unity and trust can we defeat one powerful enemy after another!"
