"Jared Quinn, I want to hold her," Melody Thorne said coquettishly. "I haven't held her yet."
"You're hurt, be good, wait a couple of days before holding her."
"No, then can you lift her onto my bed? I want to be closer."
"Okay," Jared gently brought the little one out, carefully handling her as if she were a precious treasure, moving slowly and nervously.
Melody Thorne watched, wanting to laugh.
Little Chianna was placed on the bed, moved her small hand and continued sleeping.
"So cute," Melody Thorne stared at her curiously, so small and soft, her nose like Jared's, her little mouth like Melody's.
Little Chianna's mouth moved twice and suddenly began to cry loudly.
"What... what's wrong?" Melody Thorne was at a loss, looking at little Chianna.
"She might be hungry," Jared took a cup, poured some warm water, and brought it to little Chianna's mouth. She immediately began sucking.
"Why is she only drinking water?" Melody Thorne really knew nothing.
