Could science be used to analyze the composition of bloodline limits?
Ice Release, Lava Release, Wood Release — all of these were products of different ratios of elemental fusion. But not everyone could fuse the same bloodline limit using the same ratio.
Could science provide an answer to why?
Then there were innate bloodline limits like the Sharingan and Byakugan — how had they come into existence?

They would never permit this.
Jutsu and chakra? Manageable — that depended on aptitude. As long as people weren't learning their clan's techniques, no one would interfere.
But bloodline limits? They would never allow those to be spread.
If among shinobi a large portion might choose to support Madara and Hashirama — then those families with bloodline limits, including the Senju and Madara's own Uchiha, would never agree.
Su Yunqing herself, if she were a member of the Uchiha or Senju clan, would never agree.
Unless she possessed a trash-tier bloodline limit — one making no difference whatsoever whether she had it or not.
But nothing was absolute.
Given Hashirama and Madara's prestige within their clans, it wasn't impossible some would support them.
Well… if they could understand precisely how grand a thing Hashirama and Madara were trying to accomplish.
