Chapter : 8 : Who Said That Only The Hero Can Have A Harem :
" Hello ! Ma.. may I sit here . "
A soft , beautiful and somewhat nervous voice came from Cian's side making him look towards the source of the sound .
When he looked up even despite knowing who it was Cian couldn't help but feel it trimmer of emotions in his heart .
And to be honest every man would feel the same if they were to be in his shoes.
In front of him was perhaps one of the most beautiful women in the entire series .
The first thing that would come to notice would be her beauty .
An innocent and naive looking cute face with sea green eyes and soft brown hair that would make many hearts flutter .
Her physique was also very eye catching with well proportioned curves that were even more attracting due to the uniform which seems to be a little tight.
In the entire series she was considered the second most beautiful woman by fan voting and all of the reasons and things that attracted attention were quite clear .
Even Cian who had a much innocent mind and a far stronger control felt his heart pounding very hard .
Well ! you can't blame him after all he was a human being in the end.
And when there was such a beauty infront , it was very difficult even for him to stop his feelings .
' No ! no ! Stop thinking like this . '
Although no matter how he tried to fucus his heart acted other wise
Fortunately he managed to keep his face cool and did not show any weird expression .
" Hmm ! Yes please do have a seat . "
" And I'll say only someone as beautiful as you deserve to sit here . " - Cian quickly gave a bright smile and said some professional sweet words .

Although it seems just giving this compliment alone had taken her quite the effort .
Cian on the other hand wanted to poke a little more into the situation .

Hearing his words the girl once again current speech as she never expected him to ask something like this .
In her confusion and embarrassment she started to get Red even more and quickly looked frantically around as if trying to hide from his gaze .

Looking at her actions Cian could not help but think to his heart .
After this both of them continued to talk to each other for sometime making small conversations and coming to know each other .
Cian at first wanted to push a little more but decided not to and let the conversation to go as normal as possible .
After all it is not correct to take things too fast .
Sometimes good relationships need to form over slow and careful actions .
Oh ! I forgot to introduce the young lady in my excitement .
My bad ! My bad !
She is ' Liora Solace - the first heroine of the story and also the first member of the hero's harem . '
Belonging to a farmers family Liora was not quite good in a warrior sense .
But on the other hand she was quite excellent when it came to magic .
Especially wind magic .
After her talents became known to the local authorities they quickly send her for the scholarship exam to enter the Academy .
And due to her excellent theoretical knowledge she passed the exam without much difficulties and then with an approval from the local governing bodies she was send to learn here .
However due to her poor background and simple and innocent nature it was very difficult for her to get into the lifestyle within the Academy .
For someone who came from such a humble background she did not know the luxurious of the noble and often got embarrassed or made some awkward mistake which then became a topic for laughter .
In the future she would also be targeted by a noble who wanted to take her .
This was nothing but one of those third rate villain who comes at the start of the story and become a stepping stone for the hero .
However due to her status as an excellent scholarship student and because she was protected by the main Hero the third rate villain failed .
This event and along with the other kindness the hero will show to her will eventually make her fall in love with him .
' And this is both a good thing to see but also a frustrating one . ' - Cian thought with a clearly annoyed face .
Because the hero - Zeal Cloudseaker was not quite smart on the head when it came to study but he was even more stupid when it came to love .
' I mean come on ! the girl was literally giving all the hints that was screaming ' she was in love with you ' and you can't even tell about it. '
' Even when she almost confessed by taking him to the tree that was a special assemble of a long lasting relationship of for the new couples , do you know what that idiot said . '
' He said that he she was really a good friend for bringing him to such a beautiful place . '
' And it was not because he understood what she wanted to say but it was because the scenery in front of him looking beautiful . '
Yes ! That's what he said .
' I Mean Freakin Hell MAN ! I know you are stupid and it is a good thing to call someone your friend but she wants you more than just a friend . '
' One of the most beautiful woman in the series wants to be your girlfriend and even after all the hints she give you can't understand it . '
' Then I am afraid their is something wrong with your head . '
Cian was really irritated by this kind of dense protagonists .
Because while a little bit of not understanding is common and it actually creates a good humour .
But being in this level of dence was bordering with idiocracy .
And also a direct slap in the face of someone like him who never had such a life .
So he decided to act .
This seat was actually going to be where the main hero and his sister was going to sit and it would be the point where they would meet Liora Solace .
Cian V Keolos was not one of those characters who would go around and actively always try to take away the girls from the hero's harem .
In fact that he felt that there was no need to do it.
However that does not mean that he will not try to get himself some good love life .
And it just that he happens to like Liora as well .
' And if she does fall in love with me what's wrong with that . '
' After all it is not a bad thing . '
Moreover in the novel the Hero had around 6 girls in his official harem and there were other girls who like him very much .

However except for that the situation remains largely the same .
There is a huge possibility the relationship between those two will continue in the future as it had in the original series because the change you have done today is not strong enough .

However if you can make her fall in love with you and not the hero then it will be considered a tier 3 change .

Seeing the explanation in front of him Cian reluctantly understood that perhaps he was too optimistic .
He really thought that just by changing the first interaction it will change the rest of the plot .
However after thinking for a while it became clear to him that it was not the case .
After all while the first impression did make a good connection between Zeal and Liora , it was the subsequent time they spend together that really formed the bond .
And obviously even without this interaction this could happen in the future .
So he will have to take care of it in the future .
However for some reasons after reading the last sentence of the system notification Cian felt that the system was acting a little weird .
' Is this stinky system trying to push me towards taking all of the hero's harem . '
After all that's what it looked like.
While this was a tempting offer he did not quite want it .
First of all as he had said before he did not hate the hero .
Secondly he did not quite like many girls in the hero's harem to the point where he would want to take them .

While he did change the plot right now and intented to have a genuine relationship with Liora it was because he really liked her not because he was only looking rewards .
And this would continue for the rest as well where love will play the more critical role than a system reward .
While he did not considered himself a saint he was not a devil either .
And just trying to make someone fall in love because you want to get a reward is something he cannot do .
And there are some other reasons as well .
' A huge number of special events in the novel happened because of the hero and his harem and these events cannot be accessed or opened up without their presence together . '
' And those events are very important and could give me more than just a single tier 3 change. '
Hence it was important that the hero does not lose his future harem completely.
So due to his own code and future benefits Cian will not go around dismantling the hero's harem .
Moreover there are many other girls who does not belong to the hero's harem .
Thinking about it a smile formed on his face .
' Maybe there is another path for someone like me after all '

It is a magical quiver that can store up to 600 arrows but never feel anything more than its original quiver weight . And when the arrows are put in the quiver it will gain a small amount of Magic that will reduce the sound after the arrow is fired by half making it more deadly .
Since the host only has a broken storage ring with him that cannot be used the quiver will be automatically teleported to your room and you can find it over there .

Seeing the rewardCian felt a happy Joy feeling rising in his chest feeling it was because of Liora that he had such a good luck .
