Their relationship could never be for the weak. He is possessive and obsessed with his fated mate. Leo on the other hand is jealous, needy and stubborn. Their relationship was considered beautifully toxic, but it works for them. At this point every girl or guy in the University knew that they were both taken. They heard the silence groans of annoyance depending on what faculty they were in. Although when the two are together they fail to recognize whatever that was not them.

Cue the heartbreak anthem and communal sobbing.
Everyone there knew his possessive temperament that no one dared made and advance, towards his handsome fated. His possessiveness raged mostly when his fated was on campus grounds, the humans at least knew to not touch what was his. With Leo's gorgeous skin bearing his marks of his love. They were both possessive enough they marked each other and that sex between two became so unbelievably addicting. They hungered for each other all the time, unless Leo was at the throws of passion, his fated denied being his boyfriend and that small fact did bother him it is just a matter of time.

"I've always liked you," May pressed on, her voice trembling just enough to betray how long she'd been rehearsing this moment. "Ever since that night at the lake. You probably don'tremember, but you stayed behind when I was cold and gave me your hoodie. You looked at me like I mattered, like I was more than just… human. I never forgot."
Jayden felt it before he thought it the dull pinch of guilt. She did matter. May was kind, fiercely loyal, and too innocent for what this world could do to people like her. But this… this wasn'tit.
"May," he said softly, his alpha aura deliberately pulled back, like a storm holding off out of mercy. "You're beautiful. And important to me. But not like that. Not ever."
Her eyes flickered, the hope dimming just slightly but not extinguishing. She was stubborn he remembered that now. It was part of what made her hard to dislike.
"I know you're with someone. But I had to say it. Just once. Just in case… you didn't know."
Jayden sighed, then did the only thing he knew wouldn't hurt her pride he stepped closer and gently wrapped her in a hug. Protective, not possessive. Comforting, not promising.
"I'm glad you told me. You deserve someone who sees that lake-night moment as the beginning of everything, not just a memory of kindness."
He didn't say Leo's name. He didn't need to. The feelings etched into his skin, carved into his being those weren't ever going to be for someone else. May nodded, biting her lip, tears fighting their way out but her pride barely winning. "Thank you. For not making me feel small."
"You never were."
And just like that, another thread from the past loosened, fluttered down, and was left behind.
"In high school I confessed to you, but you said you are years older and leaving the school we could not be together. Fate is on our side and now we can be together." What does she know about fate? "I am in the faculty of Commerce. So, um. Err. I lost my phone and got a new one, unfortunately I lost your contact line. Mmm. Can I have you contact line?"
She hung on him like a sloth would to a branch. He remembered May. Back then she looked up to him as a brother and somewhere along the way her feelings changed, so he gradually distanced himself, but it looks like she found him. The age bullshit was crap. Age does not matter to werewolves as much as it did matter to humans, but her maturity level proved to be a challenge for him.
"Ah. May. I can't. I have a jealous-."
"It does not matter, I saw you first... Besides I do not see her here."
She whinnied her voice raising an octave too high it bordered annoying, but she is his junior so being rude was barely an option. He felt a hand wrap around his waist and arm possessively. The warmth in the touch gave him a clear indication of who it was but instead of anger he smiled. He could not help the kiss he pressed on his cheek. Leo scent was a pleasurable measure of jealous, possessive energy snaked through him. Leo did all he could, but he shook in anger, although what he did next caught him of guard.
"Hi. It's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Leo, and you are?"
"M-May."
She stammered embarrassed her eyes never moving from the clutched hands. Leo went onto do something he did not expect, he kissed his lips, and he smirked at his subtle attempt to publicise to his faculty that he was taken.
"It is a pleasure to meet you May. Jay, when are done here? I am hungry."
The tiny pixie looks to be on the verge of tears when he saw one of his friends for the engineering department walk past the bin and he stopped him.
"May. This here is Louis. He can show you around our faculty then take you to yours."
"Uh. Yes. Common. Has anyone told you, you are too beautiful to cry?" -Louis
"No. *Giggle*. Thank you. Bye Jayden."
"Aye Louis. She is like a sister to me."
Leaving the threat as bare as the intent the eyes the never stopped the constant glare. Louis stopped his train of thought, feigning disinterest which made him laugh.
"What brings you here?"
"You were not waiting for me at my faculty, and you did not call, now I get why."
"So, what you telling me is, you are jealous."
He raised one eyebrow suggestively, before winking because it was so easy to tease his fated.
"No. Maybe. Maybe I do not want you to speak to pretty girls be behind my back. I will go now. Lucas is tutoring our group, and it look like my time here will be unpleasant."
"You look cute when you are jealous. Listen. The same way you are only mine; I am yours so be possessive as much as you want. Besides I love your jealousy. Now let me take you to lunch so that you can study better."
He nodded and went to the engineering's faculties cafeteria, his fated does not look impressed. It's good to see he is caught up in them; he follows his fated at a safe distance. He walked to order their food while Leo sulks alone, what would have happened if Alex didn't stop him?
"She was kinda hot though, are you sure not interested in her?"
He just sat down with the tray with their food. He like eating shawarma and fries. He ordered himself a sandwich and fries. He bought two cokes and a bottle of water for him to take to class. He laughed when he heard his question.
"Positive."
"Then would you mind if I-"
He did not bother to wait for him to complete his sentence before he started.
"Don't you dare?"
Leo shrugged chuckling.
"For now. Okay."
Although the uncertainty was a major factor in their relationship all he had to do was to keep all the uncertainties away from his fated mate.

Noah's p.o.v
After the gruelling week he received a call Friday an hour right after his last exam from his mother which he answered with both suspicion and happiness.
"Mom. Is everything alright there?"
Mom:
"No. It is a pleasure to hear your voice. If I didn't know any better, I would say you checking up on me?"
Mom:
"I had a suspicion dad was involved."
Mom:
"Mom. Mother. Worry very little I will have a date to Logan's wedding. So, mom there is no need to once more set me up with your friends: niece, daughter and or family friend they are hard to ditch."
Mom:
"Mom. Relax you will meet her soon. I have to go to the health and science faculty to fetch h-"
Mom:
His mother shout, the excitement in her voice deafening.
"Bye mom. I love you."
Mom:
"Mom. Do not mention those irrelevant factors when you meet my Alex. Please, I have never felt like this for anyone before. Please do not ruin it for me."
Mom:
"Okay. Bye mom I am driving now."
Mom:
"Love you too mom and I am a man."
Dropping the phone. He has never heard his mother that happy and to be in touch with his feelings he meant every word. Never have he ever felt this way before. Noah just wanted to treat Alex better than her stubborn ass thinks she deserves to be treated. Now all he has to do was find a way to ask his Alex to be his plus one... Easy right?
