Despite being in the middle of a mountain and cut off from the rest of the jungle, this place looked no different from the rest of the domain—lush jungle with trees, bushes, and bodies of water.
There were also different kinds of magic beasts roaming the place, Alex could see them all from where he stood.
His gaze was attracted to a particular part of the crater. It was a clear pond surrounded by a field of radiant flowers with just a single tree in the vicinity. The tree wasn't tall, being only a few meters high, and its leaves were a strange colour.
They were Black Crimson, just like the chaos element! Aside from the wrongness of the colour, Alex could feel a vast amount of mana inside the tree and another strange energy that he couldn't recognise.
The area where this tree and pond were located was avoided by the surrounding creatures that lived inside the crater. For some reason, none of them wandered into the area.
