Chapter 7 - The Cycle Repeats

Nightfall.

In the dream world:

Dani's Dream Room

That night, Lilith sat in Dani's room, her expression desperate. "You have to let me go. Don't let them reunite."

Dani frowned. "Reunite? What do you mean?"

Lilith wiped her tears. "The cycle is repeating. I have to stop it. Please."

Dani softened. "Hey, calm down. Don't cry. I'll bring you some food."

Lilith shook her head. "I don't need food to survive in this dream."

Dani shrugged. "Then watch me eat."

He began eating in front of her, and Lilith's stomach growled loudly.

Dani chuckled and tossed her a can of soda.

Lilith opened it hesitantly. "What is this? Poison? It's burning my mouth!"

Dani laughed. "It's a carbonated drink. You've never tried one?"

Lilith took another sip, her eyes widening. "I've seen humans drink this, but it's my first time trying it. It's… good."

Dani smirked. "Then try this out…"

At Steve's House

Steve's mother greeted them at the door. "Vega, is that you? Or should I call you Magi?"

Steve smiled. "Yeah, it's Magi. Magi is Vega, and we're in love."

His mother grinned. "Why are you standing there? Come in!"

Magi hesitated. "I'm sorry. I should've told you earlier."

Steve's mother waved her hand. "I had my suspicions."

They enjoyed dinner together, talking late into the night.

Months Later in Steve's world but hours in Dani's world

In Dani's room, Lilith sat quietly, her demeanour calmer. "What would you do if someone stole something more precious than your life?"

Dani thought for a moment. "I'd ask for it back or call the cops."

Lilith pressed further. "What if neither worked?"

Dani shrugged. "I'd force them to give it back."

Lilith's voice softened. "And if that didn't work?"

Dani sighed. "I'd fight for it. But Lilith, if they need it more than me, or if it belongs with them, I'd let them have it."

Lilith's eyes filled with tears. "What if it's a person?"

Dani's voice was gentle. "Lilith, how can you be happy if the person you love is forced to be with you?"

Lilith broke down. "But…"

Dani placed a hand on her shoulder. "There's someone out there who'll feel the same way about you."

Lilith laughed bitterly. "Me? I was known for being brutal in the past, but I'm tired of it."

Dani smiled. "So what?"

Lilith's voice hardened. "No, Dani. I'm going to fight for what's mine."

On the other side,

Steve and Magi were walking through the street.

Steve smiled softly. "Come with me. I want to show you something."

Magi followed him to a rooftop, where the moon shone in its full glory, and the stars twinkled above. The red light from a neon signboard illuminated the scene, casting a warm glow.

Steve knelt down and pulled out a ring. His voice trembled with emotion. "Will you marry me?"

Steve thought to himself, I wish time could freeze for eternity. I just want to keep looking into her blue, twinkling eyes.

Magi's face was half-lit by the red glow of the signboard and half by the blueish light of the moon. Tears welled up in her eyes as she extended her hand. "Yes."

Steve stood up, and they kissed, their hearts beating as one. The Moon watched, her light shimmering with tears. "My girl has won his heart."

The little stars twinkled joyfully, their light dancing in celebration.

They sat together, enjoying the night sky.

Magi leaned her head on Steve's shoulder. "What if this is a dream?"

Steve smiled, his voice soft but firm. "Then I wish I never wake up."

Magi looked up at him. "What if you do wake up?"

Steve's eyes were filled with determination. "Then we'll start over as strangers. I can relive these moments all over again. This feeling… it will never fade."

Magi pointed to the sky. "Look, there's a shooting star. Make a wish."

Steve closed his eyes. "I wish this is reality."

Magi whispered, her voice trembling. "I wish we both remember this feeling for eternity."

Lilith stood by the window, gazing at the sky. A shooting star streaked across the night, and she whispered softly, "It's repeating. I wish to find my love."

Months later in the dream, Steve and Vega got married. Their love was a beacon of hope, shining brighter than the stars above.

Months later:

One night, they lay in bed, and Vega snuggled close to Steve.

Vega hesitated, then whispered, "Steve, I need to tell you something."

Steve turned to her, his eyes filled with curiosity. "What is it?"

Vega's voice was soft but filled with joy. "I'm pregnant."

Steve's face lit up with pure happiness. "I'm going to be a dad!"

Vega nodded, tears of joy streaming down her face.

In Dani's room, Lilith sat quietly, her expression calm but distant.

Dani entered, his tone gentle. "They're married."

Lilith's eyes widened. "It's only been four days."

Dani sighed. "Time moves faster in this room. I made it that way."

Lilith's voice was soft but firm. "Then why are you keeping me here? Let me go everything is over."

Dani nodded. "Unlock her."

Lilith left the room, her heart heavy but her resolve unshaken.

The next day, Steve and Vega walked through the street, hand in hand.

Lilith appeared, her eyes cold and determined. She walked slowly to a parked car, entered it, and started the engine.

Dani sensed the danger and ran toward the car, but it was too late.

Lilith drove the car at full speed toward Vega.

Steve turned, his eyes wide with horror, as the car struck Vega.

Magi collapsed onto the road; her dress soaked in blood. The crimson pool spread beneath her, staining the pavement. Blood trickled from her nose and ears, her once-vibrant blue eyes now pale and clouded. She looked at Steve, her lips trembling as she managed a faint smile. Then, her eyes closed.

Steve's voice shattered the silence, raw and desperate. "Open your eyes, baby! Please, please!"

But she didn't respond.

Steve's heart shattered as he cradled her lifeless body, his sobs echoing in the empty street. "Why? Why did this happen?

"No..." Steve's scream echoed into the void as he woke up from his deep sleep, tears streaming down his face. The only thing he remembered was a car crash.

[For the Nerds: If a celestial being dies in a dream, they die in real life. Lilith destroyed the dream, but she survived because she fled to Dani's dream, where his influence protected her. Dani remembers everything because he was in a lucid dream.]

Dani's Dream Continues:

Even though Steve's dream had ended, Dani's dream was still ongoing. While the accident was happening, Steve woke up, cutting the link between their dreams. But Dani's dream persisted.

In his dream:

Lilith approached Dani, her face streaked with tears.

Dani's voice was filled with rage. "What have you done, you bitch?"

Lilith sobbed. "I'm sorry."

Dani shouted, his anger boiling over. "You tried to kill a pregnant woman! That crosses the line. I thought you'd changed."

Lilith's voice trembled. "I didn't know she was pregnant."

Dani's eyes blazed. "So what? You think you can just kill people like that?"

Lilith reached out, trying to hold his hand. "She's not a person. She's a—"

Dani pushed her away, his voice breaking. "I know, damn it! She's a star. That's why I'm so angry. If you kill her in a dream, she dies in real life!"

Lilith wiped her tears and looked into Dani's eyes. "Then kill me."

Dani froze. "What?"

Lilith's voice was steady but filled with pain. "I've never seen Steve cry like that in my entire existence. I'm the reason he's suffering. I was trying to hurt him."

Dani's anger flared again. "So it's all about Steve? It's always about Steve!"

Lilith was taken aback. "What do you mean?"

Dani's eyes glistened with tears. "I've been here, looking after you for days. I… I loved you, Lilith."

Lilith's breath hitched. "What?"

Dani's voice cracked. "I've never felt like this before in my life. And here you are, chasing after someone who hates you."

Lilith whispered, "you don't know me"

Dani took a deep breath. "Then tell me who are you?"

Lilith nodded, her voice trembling. "Okay."

Lilith began, her voice heavy with sorrow.

"It was around 10,000 BC. Humans weren't civilized like they are today. I lived in a small village of about 200 people, including children. Our village was nestled in a valley beside a mountain. We survived by hunting in that mountain.

I was the only daughter of the village chief. We were fierce warriors, known for our brutality. I was raised to be cruel and heartless, like a monster. From the age of three, I was trained to hunt and kill.

When I was about seven, I found a little lamb. It was so cute. I saved it and kept it as my own. I even named it Fray. I loved it so much. We used to play together on the mountain after my hunts.

But one day…

My father, the village chief, was furious. 'What is this?' he demanded.

I explained, 'Father, I was raising it for food. I heard we can get milk from them.'

He slapped me across the face. 'We are hunters! We are fierce! We don't raise weak animals like cowards who plant trees and grow food. We only raise animals that can hunt!'

I looked down, defeated. 'Yes, Father.'

He shouted , 'Bring that little prey to me.'

I brought Fray to him. The lamb was happy, jumping around me, wanting to play like it always did.

But my father grabbed it by the neck. Fray cried helplessly, its eyes pleading with me. I was powerless. I closed my eyes, tears streaming down my face.

My father sneered, 'Oh, are you sad for this weakling?'

He loosened his grip slightly. 'Come here. Kill it.'

My heart ached, but I couldn't defy my father. I stepped forward.

Fray was still happy to see me, but it couldn't move because of my father's grip.

'Kill it,' he ordered.

I pulled out my knife.

He snapped, 'What are you doing with a knife? Choke it! Grab its neck and squeeze!'

I pleaded, 'Father, please. I can't do it.'

His voice turned cold. 'Do it, or I'll burn your mother alive.'

My mother was just one of his many women. He'd slept with almost every woman in the village. Yes, he was a monster.

I bit my lip so hard that blood trickled down my chin. I gently grabbed Fray's neck.

Fray looked at me, still trusting, still smiling.

I couldn't bear to look. I closed my eyes.

My father shouted, 'Open your eyes and watch your pet take its last breath!'

I bit my lip harder, blood flowing freely now.

The little lamb looked at me, crying for help.

I choked it to death, watching as it took its last breath."

I couldn't sleep for years thinking that.

Lilith's tears fell freely. "I became what my father wanted—a monster. But I'm tired of it, Dani. I'm so tired."

Dani reached out, gently wiping her tears. "You are who you choose to be now not your past."

Years passed, and I became a monster without a heart. I was the best at hunting, ruling over others with fear. It was a world of kill or be killed.

When I was 15, during a harsh winter, we couldn't find any animals to hunt. The village was starving.

My father, the village chief, made a decision.

"We're going to take over the other villages," he declared. "They have food from their crops and animals."

I hesitated. "But Father, we don't kill among ourselves, right?"

He sneered. "They're weaklings. We only acknowledge the strong."

I prepared ropes for the attack.

Father raised an eyebrow. "Why do you need ropes?"

I smirked. "I have a better idea. Let's take them as slaves and make them work for us but only half."

Father nodded, impressed. "The weak work under the strong. But why only half?"

I grinned. "I need to test my new killing techniques on the rest."

Father laughed. "That's my girl."

We attacked the neighbouring village, slaughtering many. I danced through the chaos, my sword cutting down dozens. I revelled in each kill.

But one boy stood out. He fought back fiercely, his strength unmatched. My heart skipped a beat—I was a teenager, after all.

We clashed in a brutal fight. He managed to wound me on the face, but my father distracted him by capturing his mother. I defeated him.

Father ordered, "Finish him, sweetheart."

I shook my head. "No, I'm taking him as my slave. I want to show him what hell is."

The boy spat, "I'll never submit!"

Father smirked. "Then I'll rape your mother right here and pass her to all the men. You'll watch her die in agony. Or… you can be my daughter's slave, and I'll set your mother free."

The boy's eyes filled with tears. "No! Don't touch her! I'll be your slave. I promise—we never go back on our word."

Father nodded. "Good." Then, in one swift motion, he beheaded the boy's mother.

The boy screamed, "No! Mother!"

Father shrugged. "I set her free from her pathetic life, as promised."

 Month later,

the boy worked in the fields all morning and acted as bait during hunts. He spoke little, obedient as a loyal dog.

I beat him night if he look at other girls even if they were shadows of girls, but secretly, my feelings for him grew. I couldn't act on them—not until I became village chief. Until then, I showed no mercy.

Every evening, on the way back, I kicked him into a pond. To others, it seemed like torture, but I was helping him clean up.

One of my friends remarked, "I wish I had a slave I could do anything with."

Another laughed. "My dad had one, but the idiot made eye contact with him. So, my dad used him as target practice with a slingshot. Poor thing died busting his eyeballs."

They all laughed.

One day, while hunting.

A tiger lunged at me. There was no time to react, but the slave boy pushed me out of the way, saving my life. The others killed the tiger, but they were furious.

"How dare you push her!" one of my friends shouted, beating the boy with the flat of his sword.

I stepped in, my voice icy. "Stop! How dare you touch my slave!"

He stammered, "But he—"

I cut him off. "He's mine. I'll punish him."

I whipped the boy until he bled, leaving no doubt about his punishment.

In my mind, I seethed. "How dare they touch my boy."

On the way back, I deliberately pushed a rock onto the boy who beat my precious slave, killing him instantly.

from that day I didn't get any heart on my door step. He was the one how giving me heats of his hunt.

in our tradition if you give heart of you kill which mean you are giving your heart itself it is represent loyalty and love.

Later, one of my friends said, "Lilith, I think he was in love with you. He only talked about you, and he was the one leaving the hearts of the beasts he killed on your doorstep."

I replied coldly, "He's dead."

That night, at midnight, I called the slave boy to my hut. I asked, "Does it hurt?"

I get sadder and hangrier seeing the red bloody line all over his body on the him.

He shook his head.

I was about to apologize when my father interrupted.

"Lilith, come out! A god has descended!"

I rushed outside. "Who is it?"

It was the first time I saw Vega. She was extraordinary, radiating power. She was a star, a princess of the galaxy.

Father saw her powers and bowed:" What can I do to make you happy and apologise for attacking you first?"

She was bad news back then; there were so many dead bodies lying down.

Vega pointed at the slave boy. "I need him."

Father commanded, "Lilith, give him to her."

I shouted, "Let me fight her! If I win, she can't take him."

I was overconfident. Vega defeated me in a single move.

She turned to the slave boy. "Come with me."

The boy hesitated. "I need orders from my master."

My eyes were wet with tears, but I yelled, "Who cares about a stupid slave? Go and be her meal!"

The boy nodded. "Yes, master."

As he walked toward Vega, she smiled softly. "Do you remember me? I'm Vega. I was the voice in your head."

The boy looked up at her, his eyes filled with recognition. She took his hand, and they flew into the sky.

I thought Vega would kill him, but they were in love long before.

Who am I? I thought. Just a mad girl trying to claim a boy whose heart was never mine.

That boy was Steve.

I left the village after that. Later, I was given a chance to see Steve and Vega again by the galaxy emperor.

He was not happy with his daughter's selection from all the royal celestial beings she chose Steve. Which will down grade their legacy so he gives me a job and power.

My mission was to kill Steve, but I was there to kill Vega. I had a weapon that could kill even celestial beings.

When I pulled out my weapon and stabbed at Vega, Steve stepped in front of her, taking the blow.

I cried, "Why? Why did you leave me?"

Steve whispered, "I'm sorry, but Vega is the one I love."

He turned to dust. Vega knelt beside him, weeping.

I screamed, "It's because of you!"

I stabbed Vega repeatedly, consumed by rage. Then, I was killed, too. I had lost my will to live.

We were all reincarnated, but I was late again. I was the only one who remembered the past.

I reincarnated as a dark celestial begin.

Dani listened, his eyes never leaving Lilith's. "It's okay now. You have me. Do you remember me? When you told me about your past, I remembered something too."

Lilith's tears flowed freely. "You're the one I killed, aren't you?"

Dani nodded. "Yes."

Lilith, "I can read you mind"

Dani, "then read my mind."

Lilith could feel and the felling and emotion the pain and the past and present of Dani.

Lilith tear up by the things Dani have done in the past life for her," I am sorry I never understood you."

Dani, "what do you see?"

They kissed, falling onto the bed and holding each other tightly.

As Dani woke up from his dream, he remembered all of it.

The little stars whispered, "Mom, is that true?"

The Moon sighed. "In the past life I have warned her but She didn't listen to me that night. But there's more to the story."

[ For the nerds: Lilith is now inside Dani's mind because she fled to his dream when Steve's dream collapsed.

Each galaxy has its emperor and queen, and every billion years, a chosen heir is born.

In her previous life, Vega was the chosen one. After being born, stars travel to different systems, like the solar system, to learn how things work. Vega came to Earth for that purpose and fell in love with the slave boy (Steve).

Vega had the power to transform into any creature, speak any language, and command nature itself in her previous life.]

The Moon's Tale:

The Moon continued, her voice soft and nostalgic.

"It was so many centuries ago. The great emperor of the Milky Way was waiting for an heir. Then, one day, a blue star was born in the depths of the bright clouds in the Queen Nebula.

She was bright and beautiful, her light radiating like a sapphire. But her life was in constant danger. Many would do anything to steal her core, for she held the powers of a queen. The emperor and queen never let her out of their sight. Yet, to her, the palace at the center of the galaxy—guarded by black holes—felt more like a prison. She had everything but freedom.

She would try to escape constantly, but every time, she failed.

Her mother, the queen, decided after seeing her daughter's longing. Secretly, she sent the princess to me, the Moon, to learn about the galaxy in disguise as a regular star.

She was a good girl, though sometimes naughty. She loved peeking into human dreams. She was the one who first discovered how to see dreams, and she bestowed me with the power to see and influence them.

The little stars chimed in, 'Then some of us can see dreams too?'

The Moon nodded. 'Yes, the stars who are near me can also see dreams.'

She was a fast learner.

But one day, I saw her crying. It became a regular occurrence.

I asked her about the dreams she was watching, and she showed me him.

It was a time when humans roamed the wild, wearing animal skins and wielding barely crafted iron weapons. Villages dotted the world, each with its own culture—some beautiful, others horrifying.

There was a boy in a small village. He was hardworking, with two younger sisters and a mother. His father had passed away. They were farmers, tending to many cattle and sheep. He was a shepherd, caring for his flock with love.

One day, his naughty little sheep ran away.

after months He found it to another village.

He was hiding in a bush as he watched his beloved lamb die, unable to breathe. Tears streamed down his face like an endless spring.

That was the first time I saw him—Steve, the slave boy.

His sheep were like family to him. After its death, he was haunted by nightmares.

The princess, who could see both night and day, developed sympathy for him. I don't know why, but out of all the brutal things happening across Earth, she saw something special in him. Perhaps it was just a teenager's first crush.

She became completely enamoured with him. Over the years, she began talking to him in his dreams.

But then, on a winter night, tragedy struck. His mother died in front of him, and he was enslaved.

The princess tried to descend to save him, but I stopped her. "We celestial beings do not interfere in human matters. You are a princess—act like one. If you reveal yourself, your disguise will be uncovered, and I won't be able to protect you. Forget about him. This is for your good. You and he cannot be together. Please, understand."

She stood there, tears streaming down her face. But they continued to talk through dreams.

She was madly in love with him. One day, she descended in a blaze of blue light, escaping my sight.

Dressed in a flowing blue gown, she appeared in the sky, her light glowing softly. She floated down, her feet touching the ground, causing the earth to glow blue beneath her.

Some of the villagers tried to attack her, but a single glare from her deep blue sapphire eyes made them bleed to death. They died in agony, their eyes streaming with blood.

She killed them as mercilessly as they had killed the lamb."

Then, everyone saw her as a god. They let Steve go with her.

I thought she would kill Lilith, but she spared her because, in her own twisted way, Lilith had been kind to Steve.

Magi held Steve's hand, and the wounds on his body healed. He began to glow with a soft blue light, like the Moon glowing under the sun's rays.

Magi's tears fell as she whispered, "I'm sorry I was late."

Steve simply smiled, his eyes locked on hers. They hugged, floating into the sky together.

Magi burned Lilith's father's hut in blue flames, and Lilith's heart shattered into countless pieces. Hatred and revenge grew within her, spreading like wildfire.

After that, Lilith left the village, killing everything and everyone in her path.

Meanwhile, Magi shared some of her power with Steve, transforming him into a celestial being—an orange star brighter than the sun.

But trouble was brewing. The emperor of the Milky Way had already promised Magi's hand in marriage to Zyron Andronis, the prince of the Andromeda Galaxy.

Zyron had been dreaming of Magi for years, only to discover she had chosen someone else. He thought, "She's young. Little kids make mistakes. Steve should know his place. Maybe he's manipulating her. I have to end him."

Zyron knew the perfect person for the job: Lilith.

No one in the galaxy dared to kill a celestial being, but Lilith would. The Emperor and Zyron spoke to her in her mind, commanding her to kill Steve. He transformed Lilith into a black star, capable of draining and killing other stars, and gave her a celestial-killing weapon.

Lilith planned to kill Magi and take Steve back to Earth.

Magi and Steve were hiding from the emperor, but Zyron discovered their location and sent Lilith after them.

Lilith tried to backstab Magi with her massive sword, but Steve stepped in the way, taking the blow. He died instantly, and Magi was killed by Lilith shortly after.

Lilith was imprisoned for centuries in the depths of darkness, where not a single ray of light reached. She wasn't executed because of Zyron's influence.

That's all I know. Zyron must have helped her escape and sent her to Steve now. Lilith tried to reclaim what she had lost in her previous life but was too late. Instead, she found someone who loved her more.

Morning came, and Steve forgot everything. But Dani remembered it all.

Steve's mother rushed into his room. "Where's Magi?"

Steve frowned. "Who?"

His mother hesitated. "Nothing." Was it really a dream? But a star becoming human… that can only be a dream.

On their way to the company, Dani asked, "Hey, is Magi right?"

Steve shouted in anger, "Who the hell is this Magi? Today, my mom asked about her, and now you're bringing her up. And I've been having these realistic nightmares!"

Dani sighed. "I'm sorry. Just take some rest, okay? Forget about it."

Dani thought to himself, Where is this going? What happened to Magi?

Night fell, and the entire galaxy waited for Steve's dream. The sky was bright with stars, all gathered to witness what would happen next.

Night Climbs Over the Sky

The whole galaxy was waiting for his dream. The night sky was bright, filled with the presence of countless stars, their light shimmering with anticipation. It was Friday night, and the air was thick with tension and longing.

Dani lay in his bed, his body tense, his mind racing with thoughts of Lilith. He switched off the light, his eyes slowly closing under the weight of exhaustion. His last conscious thought was of her—her smile, her pain, her presence that lingered in his heart.

Steve's mother sat by her bed, clutching a picture of her late husband. Her fingers traced the edges of the frame, her heart heavy with memories of the happy life they had shared before cancer took him away. Tears welled up in her eyes, and she whispered softly, "I miss you." Her wet eyes closed in pain as she drifted into sleep.

Steve, on the other hand, felt restless. He sensed that something significant was happening, but he was the only one left out of the loop. Frustrated, he closed his eyes tightly, forcing himself to sleep, hoping that answers would come in his dreams.

As they all fell into a deep sleep, a new dream began to bloom in their minds.

In Dani's Room

Dani found himself standing in a familiar space, his heart pounding. "Lilith, is this a dream?" he asked, his voice trembling with a mix of hope and fear.

Lilith turned to him, her expression calm but tinged with sadness. "This isn't a loose dream for you. That means Steve's must be a loose dream."

Dani reached out, gripping her hands tightly. "I don't care. As long as I'm with you, nothing else matters."

A crack appeared between them, a rift in the dream that began to pull them apart. Dani's voice broke as he called out, "Lilith, no!" But the crack widened, separating them and sending them to different places.

At this point everybody's dream collides.

Steve is having a Lucid dream but he is not aware of it.

Meanwhile, On the other side of the Dream

Magi walked through an empty street, her steps slow and deliberate. The little stars above danced in joy, their tiny lights flickering with excitement. "Magi is alive! Magi is alive!" they cheered.

The Moon watched from above, her voice soft and filled with relief. "Perhaps it's because Steve returned to reality before Magi died, so the dream reset her. Either way, I'm happy for her."

A little star piped up, its voice small and curious. "What about the baby?"

The Moon's light dimmed slightly. "The baby is gone."

The Galactic Castle

Magi is unclear with the memories because of the accident.

A bright light appeared in front of Magi, illuminating the grand Galactic Castle. She stood at the bottom of the castle stairs, her heart heavy with uncertainty. Her mother, the queen, descended the steps, her expression warm but firm.

"I was waiting for you." the queen asked, her voice gentle but laced with concern. She took Magi's hand, her touch reassuring. "Come, everyone is waiting—including your father."

Magi allowed herself to be led inside, her mind racing. The maids dressed her in a beautiful blue gown, its fabric shimmering like the night sky. A crown adorned with a blue gem was placed gently on her head.

Her mother stepped back, her eyes filled with pride. "You look like an angel from the heavens."

Magi forced a small, awkward smile, her heart sinking. She followed her mother to the throne room, where her father, the emperor of the galaxy, sat with an air of authority.

The emperor's voice boomed, his tone firm but not unkind. "I hope you are ready for your wedding."

Magi snaped from it, realized what is happening.

Magi's eyes widened in shock. "Wedding? With whom?"

Her mother smiled, though her eyes held a hint of sadness. "With Zyron, my dear."

Magi's heart clenched. "I'm not ready for this," she whispered, her voice trembling with emotion.

Mother's Comfort

Mother smiled gently, placing a hand on Magi's shoulder. "Hey, it's okay. Nobody is ever ready. There's no such thing as a perfect time, you know."

Magi shook her head, her voice trembling. "It's not like that."

Father stared at her, his eyes burning with anger. "you will marry him today."

Zyron entered the room, dressed in a golden outfit that made him look radiant. The emperor of the Andromeda Galaxy was also present, accompanied by the queen and her maids. The party began, with the main wedding ceremony set for midnight, when all the starlight would dim, and only the glow of the groom would illuminate the night.

While the party was in full swing, Magi stood on the balcony, gazing up at the stars. Her heart was heavy, her thoughts far away.

Zyron approached her, holding a glass of wine. "Why don't you join the party?" he asked, his voice soft but tinged with concern.

Magi hesitated; her eyes filled with guilt. "Zyron, I… I know you like me, and…"

Zyron smiled faintly. "Of course, I like you."

Magi took a deep breath, her voice barely above a whisper. "But I'm in love with someone else."

Those words hit Zyron harder than Magi could have imagined. He hid his sadness behind a calm expression. "I'm okay with it. I never asked you how you felt. I'm the one in the wrong."

Magi's eyes softened. "Thank you for understanding."

Zyron nodded, his voice steady. "Yeah, but it'll be hard to get out of here."

Magi sighed. "I know."

Zyron's lips curved into a small smile. "I'll help. I can lend you my star house."

Magi blinked in surprise. "Star horse?, That rare the horse that can create and run through light"

Zyron chuckled," ya, that's right"

Magi raised an eyebrow. "How will you bring it here?"

Zyron grinned. "it is always with me." He called for the star house, and it appeared, flying gracefully through the sky. It was a sleek, white, riding on beams of light.

Zyron gestured toward it. "Now, go."

Magi's eyes filled with gratitude. "I'll remember this my whole life."

With that, Magi left in search of Steve.

Zyron watched her go, a bittersweet smile on his face. "There she goes, with my favorite horse." He took a sip from his glass, turning back toward the party. The emperor glanced at him, his eyes questioning if everything was okay. Zyron forced a smile, raising his glass to show that all was fine. But inside, he was holding back tears.

After some time, the emperor realized that magi was missing. His voice boomed with authority. "Find her and bring her to me!"

The Other Side of the Dream

It was night in the dream, and a huge moon hung in the sky. Magi stepped down from the horse and walked through the empty streets. She saw Steve standing on a quiet road, flanked by tall buildings and illuminated by orange streetlights. The bright blue moon loomed in the background.

Magi's eyes widened, tears of joy streaming down her face. She ran to him and hugged him tightly, but Steve seemed out of it.

Magi pulled back, her voice filled with concern. "What happened to you?"

Steve grinned, his words slightly slurred. "I ate some golden mushrooms. Now, everything I touch turns to gold."

A Few Hours Earlier

Steve had started his dream in a grassland, where a man was grazing sheep with his young son. The man looked like he was from the Stone Age.

The man smiled kindly. "Are you lost, child?"

Steve frowned. "I've seen you somewhere."

The man shook his head. "I haven't seen you, but something tells me you're very familiar."

Steve looked around. "What is this place?"

The man gestured to the fields. "We're near my village. I used to graze my sheep here."

Steve hesitated. "Can I stay here for some time? There are things I'm not understanding."

The man pointed to a rock. "Come, sit here, child. I'll stay with you until you find your answers."

Steve smiled gratefully. "Thank you."

Steve took a deep breath, his voice heavy with emotion. "What would you do if something important happened to you, but you're the only one who doesn't remember it?"

The man smiled gently. "That's a tough one. Make a new memory—one that's better than the one you forgot. Make it so good that everyone forgets the old one."

Steve sighed. "That's not easy."

The man nodded. "Nothing is easy until you try it."

Steve's voice softened. "I wish my father was here."

The man's eyes filled with sadness. "Me too."

Steve looked at him curiously. "What happened to him?"

The man's voice trembled slightly. "he lost his life saving mine. I'm sure he'd give you a better answer than me, but I can still hear his voice in my heart."

Steve frowned. "In your heart?"

The man smiled. "Yes, just try it."

Steve closed his eyes, focusing. "All I can hear is your voice."

The man encouraged him. "Try once more."

Steve closed his eyes again, listening intently. A familiar voice echoed in his mind. "I'm right in front of you, son."

Steve's eyes snapped open. "Dad?"

The man in front of him transformed, his clothes shifting into the ones Steve remembered his father wearing.

Steve's voice broke. "It was you all this time."

His father smiled warmly. "I've missed you, son."

Steve hugged him tightly, tears streaming down his face. "I've missed you too, Dad."

They talked for a while, sharing memories and laughter. Finally, his father said, "It's time for me to leave."

The young Steve brought some golden mushrooms to him.

Steve looked at them, confused. "What is this?"

The young Steve grinned. "Just eat it."

Steve ate the mushrooms, and his father's eyes filled with tears. "Goodbye, son."

Everything faded to nothing, for Steve.

The fog erased the grassland to the a city.

Magi shook Steve's face gently; her voice filled with urgency. "Steve what happened to you,"

Steve was like he is drunk.

Suddenly, celestial guards appeared out of nowhere, sliding on beams of light and charging toward them with spears. Magi pushed Steve into the car that was lying nearby and drove away, the guards were riding the light from their feet like a skate board. The city around them slowly transformed into a grassland, with sheep and villages visible on the sides.

Steve mumbled in his sleep, his words slurred. "My home… my sheep… Mom…"

Magi glanced at him, her heart aching. "He's remembering things from his past life."

As they travelled, they saw glimpses of their past lives—the winter attack, Steve's tears as he watched his mother die, and his life as a slave. Slowly, Steve began to regain his senses.

On the other side,

Lilith was reliving her past. She was in the body of her old self, forced to relive the day she had to kill the lamb. But Lilith wasn't in control—it was her old self.

Lilith screamed in her mind, tears streaming down her face. "Stop! Please, let it live!"

But she couldn't stop her old self. The dream then brought her to the moment she killed Dani. Her hands trembled with resistance, her tears flowing uncontrollably, but she couldn't stop. She looked at his lifeless body, her voice breaking. "I'm sorry… I'm sorry… "

The dream forced her to relive killing Steve and Magi as well. After that, her eyes became lifeless, as if she had crossed the limit of what her mind could endure.

Dani, too, was reliving his past. He was in the body of his old self, desperately trying to get Lilith's attention. He trained every day, hunting the toughest animals and gifting their hearts to her, only to receive a simple cold smile in return.

He was afraid to confess his feelings, thinking, "I'm weak. I'm weak by heart, but she's brave and stronger than me in every way."

Then the slave boy entered the picture, stealing the attention Dani craved. His hatred for the boy grew like wildfire. Dani tried his best to prove he was better, but the day he tried to save Lilith from the tiger, the slave boy got in the way.

Later, Dani lay dying under a huge rock, his thoughts filled with regret. "I wish I was like you, Lilith. That's what I liked about you—you did what you wanted. I wish I could have been with you. I regret not saying, 'I'm here for you. I love you.'"

Steve's mother was also in the dream. She stood outside a hospital room, staring at her dying husband and holding little Steve's hand.

Steve looked up at her, his voice innocent. "When will Dad come back home?"

She forced a smile, hiding her tears. "Soon."

Memories of happier times flashed before her eyes. When the doctor came to inform her of her husband's death, she broke down, crying on the floor.

When she opened her eyes, she was in a grassland, her husband standing before her in animal skins.

She gasped. "Is that you, Eldon?"

He smiled. "It's me, Lenora."

Lenora frowned. "Why are you in that weird outfit?"

Then it hit her. "Wait… these memories… is this my past life?"

Eldon looked at Lenora, his eyes filled with confusion. "Why are you in that dress? I've never seen anything like that."

Lenora reached out, touching Eldon's face gently. As her fingers brushed his skin, Eldon's mind flooded with memories of everything that had happened and would happen.

Eldon's voice trembled. "Lenora, I'm sorry I left you alone."

Lenora smiled softly. "And here you are."

Eldon sighed, his expression heavy with regret. "I've seen our son from my next life. I'm a cursed soul in both lives. I died and left you alone in both life."

Lenora nodded, her voice steady. "I know."

She stared into his eyes, her gaze lingering for minutes. Finally, she whispered, "Let me see those living eyes, filled with life. Can I stay like this for some time?"

Eldon held her wrist gently. "You can stare at them all you want, but it won't change the fact that I'm dead. Now, our son needs you."

Lenora's voice broke. "But…"

Eldon's tone softened. "I am with you in your heart. Just find me there."

Tears filled Lenora's eyes as she struggled to hold back her emotions.

Suddenly, another voice interrupted. "Honey… why is that girl here, and why are you hugging her? Are you cheating on me?"

Lenora from the past life appeared, her hands on her hips, glaring at Eldon.

Lenora (present) stepped back, her voice firm. "Then I'm going. You have some explaining to do to your wife."

Eldon panicked, waving his hands. "Honey, This is a misunderstanding. She's you!"

Dani and Lilith found themselves together in the city. Lilith sat on the ground, tears streaming down her face. "What have I done?"

Dani knelt beside her, his voice gentle. "What happened to you?"

Lilith shook her head, her voice trembling. "You have to stay away from me. Even my existence may cause misfortune."

Dani sat down next to her, his tone calm but firm. "Hey, look at me. You are who you become, not the one from the past."

Lilith's voice cracked. "What I've done to you is unforgettable. The pain you feel… why are you hiding it? Hit me until your anger runs out."

Dani's eyes softened. "Lilith, I'm in pain, but not because of what you've done to me. I'm disappointed in myself that I couldn't save you back then. And my heart aches seeing you like this."

Lilith leaned her head on his shoulder, exhausted. She fell asleep almost instantly, her breathing uneven. "I'm sorry, Dani," she murmured before drifting off.

Dani held her gently, laying her head in his lap. He brushed her silky, long black hair, his touch tender. She hiccupped softly, the aftermath of her tears. Dani remembered when they were little—she had just learned to walk and got hurt. He had torn his clothes to bandage her wound, and she had the same expression then as she did now.

Time passed, and Lilith woke up with her head resting on his lap.

Dani looked down, his voice soft. "Are you okay now?"

Lilith's voice was barely a whisper. "Did your heart hurt when I cried?"

Dani smiled faintly. "More than the rock you pushed on me."

Lilith started to speak. "I'm sor—"

Dani didn't let her finish. He kissed her gently, his voice warm. "If you ever want to say sorry, just kiss me. Then I'll know you mean it."

Lilith kissed him back, her emotions pouring into the moment.

After a while, they found themselves in a scene where Lilith's father was ordering her to bring the lamb. He tried to catch it, but present-day Lilith stepped in, grabbing her father's hand.

Lilith's voice was firm. "No, Father. Your way is wrong."

Her father snarled, "Get out of my way, you brat!" He threw her aside and tried to catch the lamb again.

Suddenly, they heard the sound of a horn. A car was speeding toward them. It was Magi, driving at full speed. She shouted, "Die, you son of a bitch!" as she hit Lilith's father.

Magi opened the car door, her voice urgent. "Get in, you two!"

Lilith hesitated; her voice filled with regret. "Magi, I know you….hah…. I'm sorry."

Magi smiled faintly. "Lilith, we're together now. I have some idea what happened to you."

Lilith's eyes softened. "Will you forgive me"

Magi nodded. "That all in the past now Get in."

They both smiled, looking at each other.

Steve turned to Dani, a small smile on his face. "You two are together now."

Dani looked at Steve, his voice soft but sincere. "I'm sorry about the past life."

Lilith's eyes filled with tears. "I'm sorry too. I know sorry doesn't fix anything. You must hate me."

Steve shook his head, his tone gentle. "I don't hate you. Even when I was your slave, I knew you had a kind heart. I won't hold anything against you."

Magi smiled faintly. "How about we forget the past? And escape from them first."

Dani's eyes widened as he noticed figures approaching. "Who the hell are those guys following us?"

Magi and Lilith exchanged a knowing glance, their smiles bittersweet. "Celestial guards," they said in unison.

Steve frowned, clutching his head. "Magi? Is she the Magi you're talking about?"

Dani sighed. "You won't remember her."

Lilith added, her voice tinged with concern, "There's an error in his bridge and the flow of information."

Steve groaned, his voice strained. "It hurts when I think about Magi. Who is she?"

Lilith glanced outside, her expression hardening. "Slow down. I have something to do."

Magi's eyes narrowed as she spotted a black tiger sneaking behind Lilith. "I see it."

Dani and Lilith jumped out of the car, running toward the tiger. It was black, its eyes glowing with malice.

Dani's voice was tense. "This tiger is made of negative emotions. I can sense it."

Lilith nodded. "I'm a dream breaker. I'm full of negative emotions."

Dani shook his head. "No, I don't think so."

Lilith's voice was firm. "We have to kill it."

Dani's eyes softened. "Our last hunt. This time, I'll protect you."

They fought the tiger together, their movements synchronized. In the end,

they killed the tiger.

Dani gifted the tiger's heart to Lilith, a symbol of their bond.

Magi's eyes filled with tears as she thought about Steve not remembering her. Her tears reflected the blue glow of the moon, shimmering like stars.

They passed through scenes from their past lives, but even after seeing her descent from the past, Steve couldn't remember Magi.

The car flew into the sky, soaring close to the moon. The celestial guards were left behind, unable to follow.

A massive orange meteor hurtled toward the city, its light blinding.

Lilith's voice was urgent. "It's him. I can sense him. Zyron."

Dani frowned. "Who is he?"

Lilith explained quickly. "The one who sent me here. He gave me the star-killing weapon. That fireball approaching us is the weapon. If I or Magi touch it, we're done."

Dani's voice was desperate. "How can we stop it?"

Suddenly, Steve's mother appeared, her voice strong. "It's a loose dream for me."

Dani's eyes widened. "Auntie!"

Steve's mother used her willpower to manipulate the dream, creating blue flames to block the weapon. The weapon slowed down, but she strained under the pressure.

Steve shouted, his voice filled with panic. "Mom, why are you here?"

Magi saw a hologram of their past: "the princess and the slave boy kissing as she gave him her heart. He began to glow crimson."

The car crashed in to the rock they jump from the car.

Magi and Steve in the midair close to the weapon and the blue flames.

Magi kissed Steve in midair, floating between the crimson weapon and the blue flames. They looked just like in the past. As Vega in the blue side and he is in the crimson side flowing in the air."

Slowly, Steve began to remember everything.

Steve's mother cried out, her voice breaking. "I can't hold it any longer!"

Lilith tried to help with her remaining power, but the crimson fire consumed Steve and Magi.

Steve's mother's heart stopped for a few seconds. "Steve…"

Lilith's voice was filled with despair. "Even if that weapon touches someone, it can kill them."

Eldon's voice cut through the chaos. "No… they're going to overcome it."

Lilith and Dani turned to him, confused. "Who are you?"

Eldon smiled faintly. "His father, I guess, in the previous life."

A blue and crimson light glowed within the massive ball of fire. It grew stronger and brighter, destroying the weapon and sending a shockwave that shook the entire world.

Steve and Vega (Magi) glowed like stars, their light overwhelming the weapon's power. The pressure was immense.

Lilith collapsed, her body unable to withstand the pure positivity of their light. Dani held her tightly, his voice desperate. "No, no! Don't leave me."

The lamb, Fray, approached Lilith, nudging her hand and tugging at her clothes as if urging her to play.

The light grew brighter and brighter, waking them all up.

Eldon's voice echoed softly. "Goodbye, everyone."

In the Real World:

A golden light appeared above Steve, and the light took the form of a girl. It was theStar who had fallen in his dream. Her face was close to his, just as it had been when she kissed him midair. She gently fell on top of him.

Steve's mother woke up, her eyes lingering on Eldon's picture by her bed. She smiled softly, her heart filled with warmth. She rushed to Steve's room, her voice filled with hope. "You remember her, right?"

Steve nodded, his voice soft but certain. "Yes, she's, my wife magi. I don't remember every incident from the dream, but I know we were married. It's all a bit fuzzy."

Magi smiled, her eyes glistening with tears. "It's fuzzy for me too, but I know this feeling. I know you. I just miss the details."

Steve reached out, taking her hand. "We can go through it all again and enjoy it like it's the first time—and make it even better."

Magi chuckled, her voice warm. "I've heard this from you before."

Steve grinned. "Yeah, it's all coming back to me, bit by bit."

His mother smiled, her heart swelling with joy. "I'm so happy for you two."

Dani searched his entire house for Lilith but couldn't find her. Frustrated, he stepped outside his face down thinking the worst.

where he saw the lamb, Fray, looking at him.

Dani's eyes welled up, his voice trembling. "Hey, Fray… do you know where Lilith is?"

Fray tugged at his clothes, pulling him toward the park. There, Lilith stood next to a sandcastle, her expression soft and hopeful.

Lilith smiled shyly. "I'm looking for my king. Can you be my king?"

Dani's heart swelled with emotion. He ran to her, pulling her into a tight embrace. They kissed under the moonlight, the stars above twinkling with joy. The sky itself seemed to weep with happiness, the clouds raining down gentle tears of celebration.

Dani and Lilith stood in the rain, their lips locked in a tender kiss. Nearby, Steve and Magi held hands, their wedding rings glinting in the soft light. The sun peeked through the clouds, barely visible, and the moon smiled back, her light gentle and warm.

In the Andromeda Galaxy

At the centre of the Andromeda Galaxy, the emperor turned to his son, Zyron. "What are you doing, son?"

Zyron smiled faintly. "Helping out some old friends."

The emperor raised an eyebrow. "It's their luck. If they hadn't blasted that positive beam of light, they all would have died."

Zyron nodded, his voice calm. "I had a feeling they'd figure it out."

The emperor sighed. "Then come. Your wife will get angry."

Zyron chuckled, rubbing the back of his neck. "Oh, I forgot about her. I'm coming."

[The star-killing weapon has the power to bring back life and turn fantasy into reality. However, it comes with many conditions. The weapon was filled with negativity, so one must overpower it with positivity. Lilith was not destroyed because she had positivity within her too. Zyron married a girl he loved and now has a baby. He intended to make things right after what he destroyed in the past. Most of this was his plan, and the Moon had a hand in it too.]

The Moon watched from above, her light soft and serene. The little stars gathered around her, their tiny lights flickering with curiosity.

Little stars: "So, you knew about it all along?"

The Moon smiled gently. "Not just me. Zyron too. He's the one who planned all this. He regretted what he had done and tried to repair what he had broken."

Little stars: "Then, is this the end?"

The Moon's voice was warm and reassuring. "Every end is a new beginning."

The end.
