Chapter 495 - 495: You know someone good at that?

The two of them, who had been admiring the Ender Dragon, stared wide-eyed in confusion as the door suddenly exploded open.

The people who burst in also immediately saw the Ender Dragon between Kasenhis and Hagrid.

Small, pitch-black, with a mouth full of white teeth.

"You guys came to see the dragon too?" Kasenhis asked.

Dumbledore: "....."

Sirius: "....."

Lupin: "...."

"Ah... yeah, yeah. We heard your dragon had hatched, so we came over to take a look!"

"Oh wow, so this is the little dragon. It looks great!"

"Does it have a name? How about we give it one?"

Hagrid spoke up.

"It does. It's called Ender Dragon."

"Oh, Ender."

"No. Ender Dragon."

Kasenhis looked at the people gathered around him and only felt that they were a little noisy.

But before long, Grindelwald walked over holding a copy of the Daily Prophet.

"I'm looking for Dumbledore and Kasenhis. Are they here?"

The two of them turned toward him at the same time, both looking as though they had just seen their saviour.

"What happened?"

Grindelwald handed them the Daily Prophet.

"It's nothing important. Just something interesting. Have a look."

The two took the newspaper, each grabbing one side, and started reading together.

"So the Ministry caught two thieves who robbed a Gringotts vault."

"And they're saying these two thieves have now fled to... Antarctica."

"They're currently preparing to send Aurors to Antarctica to arrest them and bring them to justice..."

"The Ministry really is losing all sense of shame," Kasenhis commented sharply.

"Indeed." Dumbledore nodded in agreement.

"So you two kind-hearted culprits aren't worried at all that innocent people might get falsely accused by the Ministry because of you?" Grindelwald teased.

"Oh, please." Dumbledore shook his head helplessly. "How could there possibly be any living people in Antarctica? Well, Mordred might be there, but there's no way the Ministry could subdue Mordred. If anything, the Aurors would be the ones getting subdued, packaged up, and thrown back to England."

Kasenhis nodded.

"Exactly. The Ministry has already sunk so low that they're claiming the criminals fled to Antarctica. I'm honestly impressed they dared to say that."

Meanwhile...

"Fuck! Have those idiots in England completely lost their minds?! What normal person robs Gringotts, then runs to Antarctica to hide afterward?! And there just happen to be two of them too!"

A man wearing a bearskin coat suddenly walked out of the snow hut, then kicked his companion, who was busy fishing for penguins while roasting a Scottish round-faced fat-headed chicken.

"So where are we going next?" his companion asked with a helpless sigh.

"We definitely can't stay in Antarctica anymore. As for the next place... how should we choose?"

The air fell silent for a moment.

Soon, they came up with a solution.

One of them used Transfiguration to create a huge world map in front of them, then pulled out a dart and sent it flying with a whoosh.

"Where?" his companion asked.

"Hmm... Eurasia... Mongolia. Öndörkhaan. Oh, I've always liked grasslands."

"Then let's leave right now."

"No, no, there's no rush. This time, I booked plane tickets."

...

"So this is Hufflepuff's Cup, the thing Voldemort turned into a Horcrux? What a waste," Grindelwald said as he looked at the golden cup Kasenhis had placed on the table.

Dumbledore, meanwhile, sat calmly in his seat beside him, the smile at the corner of his mouth refusing to disappear.

"You look pretty happy, Dumbledore," Mrs Weasley said as she brought over a plate of fruit pie and set it on the table before sitting down.

"More or less. Once we defeat Tom, we may be able to gather all the relics left behind by the four founders of Hogwarts," Dumbledore said with a smile.

"The way you say that makes it sound like you've already gathered several of them," Mrs Weasley said.

"You could say that. Headmistress Hufflepuff's Cup, Headmaster Gryffindor's sword, Headmaster Slytherin's locket. Now we're only missing Headmistress Ravenclaw's relic. I suspect that also ended up in Tom's hands," Dumbledore said with a smile.

Kasenhis, now fully in the mood to chat, spoke up.

"If Voldemort managed to collect three quarters of the founders' relics only a few years after leaving Hogwarts, then why have you been Headmaster for decades and never found even one?"

Dumbledore: "....."

"So all these years, you've basically been operating under the logic that if you actively look for them, they'll somehow gain consciousness and hide from you, but if you don't look, they'll proudly pop out one after another. What is this, socks under your bed?" Kasenhis asked, scratching his head.

"If you have that much free time, could you please help me find the Horcrux we still can't track instead of interrogating a poor old man?" Dumbledore said helplessly.

"Don't we still have another soul fragment? We can follow that trail first."

Kasenhis sat in his chair, picked up a piece of fruit, and rubbed it against his clothes.

"After we removed the dark magic from Headmistress Hufflepuff's Cup, Tom probably noticed the change, so he found a way to sever the connection between that soul fragment and the Horcrux. In short, that soul is useless now," Dumbledore said helplessly.

"We should've split up back then," Kasenhis said, equally speechless.

Then he lay there like a corpse for about ten minutes before suddenly sitting upright.

"You know, if Voldemort stored Hufflepuff's Cup directly inside a Gringotts vault, then maybe his other Horcruxes aren't with him either. In that case, could we stop relying on magic and use deduction instead? No matter how powerful Voldemort's concealment magic is, it can't stop human intelligence, right?"

Dumbledore raised his eyelids.

"You sound like you're good at that."

Kasenhis shook his head.

"Then it sounds like you know someone who is?" Dumbledore asked.

"Obviously!"

Kasenhis raised an eyebrow.
