Hope this note finds you in good health. I don't usually reincarnate people myself but you died with a TV. Finally, it seems like my chance to get some quality entertainment without the other Gods costing me an arm and a leg just to spectate. 'Seal me? What do you mean it will be alright now with so little information? The lazy tone of the note was definitely off-putting, but I looked at the other gifts of the starter pack, and my annoyance at the note faded a bit.

Maybe I Could enhance My metamorphmagus magic I had a slight bloodline ability similar to Harry potter only enough to do partial transformations like changing my eye color or making my fingernails grow at most controlling my hair to grow out faster then it would have grown naturally, but if I could get to the level of full transformations that would be pretty cool, The Playbook I can tell The God Tv is a man of Culture, Elemental Magic is pretty nice I don't know of any wizards that can do wandless elemental magic except Bloodline abilities that can use wandless magic in that way are The Uagadou graduates, the Homo Magi, the most powerful Wizards/witches and Sorcerors. Abjuration Magic, the magical art of making physical and magical shields and wards, that will come in handy, but what is the luck of the damned?' I think. I try to click on it.

Luck of the Damned: Drains the Luck through tactile Contact from others, maintaining contact determines how much the luck user drains. When using the luck of others, the user's luck will be incredible enough that any task is achievable, and the user is able to direct that luck into tasks such as flipping a quarter on the side the user wants every time if the user means to
The maximum amount the user can draw from a single person in a day is 5 minutes. The user would need to maintain constant contact with the victim during skill activation host can store the luck to use at later moments, but only up to a day. The maximum amount of luck the user can hold is a day.
The activation lasts between 1 second and 5 minutes, each second the ability is active it accounts for 4.8 minutes of luck for the user but be warned the more luck you draw from a Victim the less likely they will live through it, whatever luck the user drains during the ability is the same amount of time victim will endure a state of misfortune that gets progressively worse and pushed to the extreme can border on the mythical even the luckiest man alive would die inside of a day with no luck most people will only survive 3 hours of misfortune and only an hour before receiving serious injury.

Just seeing her now, I can see the Apparent differences from the Bellatrix of the Harry Potter world. First off, the average Witches and wizards are gifted with incredibly long lifespans, usually at least 2 times longer than Muggles, and my mother was far from an average witch. In the movies, she is beautiful, but she is a bit older, maybe because of her time in Azkaban. My mother looks barely older than 25. She kind of looks like the actress who plays Sif in Avengers, except for this distinct aura of mystery, plus her skin is a bit paler and she dresses in a more gothic style. I nod to her, and her smile slips a little.
"What's wrong, Ronan? A nightmare? I told you, you need to practice your Occlumency, and you will never have to worry about another one again," She chides in a strict but caring tone. As soon as my eyes left the screen, it vanished.
"I know, Mom, I'll try harder," I say to her. She makes a big show of looking shocked at my words since even at 8, I'm not the type to admit when I am wrong.
"Who are you and what have you done with my son, you contemptible little demon," She says as she playfully shakes me as if I'm possessed and then pushes me back on the bed, tickling me.
"I shall save him from your wicked grasp," she says as she tickles me. We laughed a little bit. Then she pulls me up and says, "You'd better get dressed and apply your charms, and if I find your Black Ancestor wand unattended in the bathroom again, you will have to settle for using Wandless subjects until Hogwarts." I nod at her statement vigorously, and she hands me the mahogany wand back, the memory flashing in my mind of our trip to The Black Vault.
As it touches my hand, I feel a thumb of vibration. The wand feels even better than before from my memories awakened, maybe because I am more me now. Maybe having my Past life memories made my magic even stronger.
"Hurry up, you've had that wand for months, you should be used to your magic connecting to a wand by now," my mother says with a frown and raised eyebrow.
To not make her too suspicious, I rush out of the room to the restroom so it seems I'm following her orders. As I walk to the lavatory, I see Kreacher, the Black Family House Elf.
"Good morning, Young Master Reny, sir, you'se be needing anything, sir?" He asked me in a respectful tone.
"No, thank you, Kreature," I say to him.
"No Need for youse to be thanking me, sirs Young master Reny Kreacher is just happiess to serve the honorable house blackies, sir." Kreacher turned away and went back to his work.
As soon I got into the bathroom I looked at the face in the mirror, The face I'd seen in my memories, Handsome I looked kind of like My Mother maybe but my features were sharper than used expect on a 8 year old though if you wrote details on a piece of peper they would definitely match my mother predominantly european features the shape of our eyes and nose with dark hair.
My eyes, though, were this iridescent collage of colors, almost as if someone had stuffed a galaxy in my eyeballs In the past I didn't know if it was part of my metamorphmagus abilities or maybe from my father It took me months to work up the courage to ask my mother as any mention of him would send my mother into a spiral but even if I didn't use my ability they naturally were like this these my mother did admit that I got my eyes from my father.
'System, please give me the Bloodline purifier' I ask the system. A small vial appeared in my tiny hand. The green goop looked intimidating from the side, as if all the vial needed was a skull and crossbones.
'In for a penny, in for a pound,' I think as I chug the contents down. It Barely Passes my throat before pain envelopes me. I can feel my magic rushing around me. It does three or four cycles through my body, but just as quickly as it started, it stops.

Magic is a tier SSS-tier ability for its potential but very few can raise it to its full level.
Kryptonian is an SS-tier ability for its potential.
Weather manipulation S-tier, if you can reach full mastery,
Wolverine-type regeneration would be an example of an A-tier ability
Lazer Vision would be a B-tier Ability
Standard Super Soldier's physique would be a C-class Ability
D class is abilities that wouldn't qualify as a superpower, such as an acute sense of smell or slightly better memory.

The TV god did say someone tried to interfere with my Reincarnation, maybe they weren't as unsuccessful as first thought. Fuck it, that's a problem for future me to deal with.'
I still want to see the Relationship Meter portion of my system though I wish I had attribute points like those other systems, just adding a point and you instantly smarter and stronger has more magic but with this, I will have to work hard to gain mastery though not as hard as other would I guess every time I see those percentages go up I would know I was on the right track to mastery.
