Raven arrived on the twenty-third floor; there was nobody in the hallway. She hurried her steps to Aidan's room.
It was locked; to be cautious, she pressed her ears against the door to hear what was happening inside.
Sound was sealed.
Raven wondered whether she should wait outside and catch them red-handed in whatever secretive dealings they were having or should she knock and check.
'There are three people inside, with a doctor too,' Raven thought, walking to the glass end of the hall. Leaning against the transparent wall, she sat down cross-legged.
'I left my phone in the room, but then it's not like I have his number.' She looked up at the ceiling mindlessly.
There was a heavy feeling lingering in her heart, connecting it to something that was already on her.
She slipped her hands in the pockets and pulled out the enzyme cleaner.
'Why would he need it?' She thought.
