BANG!!!
Immediately, a bullet was fired. Even in the vacuum of space, magic can still be cast. Solomon looked out quickly to see how such was possible, noticing a hefty beam that was able to cut through a small piece of their outer frame. Nothing that can't be fixed, however such trajectory became larger when seeing how the bullet was amplified. Energy left behind that made up a cylinder to act as a drill, empowering its abilities over time. Most likely, not only with the radiation made by the Sun and other stars across the galaxies where they can reach, but a 'Dark Energy' that influences it further. Empty space that held a baseline alongside the pressure, effectively concentrating it and making it exponential in the process. In other words: The very essence of space itself is a conductor. With how intrinsic the Conversion of Energy is from one's body to their spells, anything in excess that can be taken, will be under the pressure and baseline.
In other words: If one has methods to survive the dark cold of space, they will be heavily rewarded with energy beyond what humanity could normally achieve, their magic pressured and fired with the strength equivalent of a supernova. Had their materials be any lesser, a normal spell would immediately destroy their ship and leave them for dead.
To test this theory, Solomon would snap his fingers to catch Stolas' attention. "Yo! We got damage in the leftmost hull! See if you can make a star over it so Shady can patch it up." He'd direct. Stolas was quick to unbuckle himself and eject towards the damage, watching as it was being peppered with bullets, slowly cutting into the steel the longer they remained. He was, at first, curious what to do, as if he tried to get out, he'd make himself a living target for every person available, as he could see the other participants going at the same pace, albeit some faster than others. That was when he came up with an idea and create Zodiac Man, watching as the stars around him shone brighter than normal, as well as having stronger heat in the process. He'd try to separate himself from the 'suit' and let it be flung towards the carvings, directing it as if he was using a Constellation to puppet around and cast a shadow over.
The shots changed course, now aiming towards the Zodiac Man itself, as Stolas would try to let it raise its arms and block the shots, seeing them curving and even rip through a few, severing a limb off in the process. Solomon was quick to let Shady intervene, taking his Codex Gigas and casting Light of Sinai over it, a barrier to block it off and deflect the bullets. The Shadow was able to see who was doing the shooting, seeing the obvious answer...
"Orange Shot...!!"
Bronx was firing bullet after bullet, the Citrus acting as an acid to melt down the ship and expose more of its vulnerabilities. Even when faced against the barrier, It was dissolving the magic slowly, seeing it mingle with Lemon Shot to try and phase through the barrier itself, forced to be absorbed by Shady when it connects. The children were getting worried to see if there was a way to fix it, before Adel would throw himself directly into the ongoing shootout, carrying over any excess materials they had for the ship with the Artifact. As he'd begin to patch away such holes, he could feel his body already being damaged by the void, forcing to dig his feet into the wreckage to prevent himself from being flung out, with Shady acting as a net while they took cover. He was quick in patching up as much as possible, slowly noticing over the next ship that would try to take potshots.
"THERE HE IS! THE SPY THAT KNOWS OUR PLANS! TAKE AIM, FIRE AT THE HULL!" Callkin's orders came like a tidal wave, as the Army began to take their position, throwing caution at the wind and letting themselves be thrown out, tethering themselves to the ship's sides as they took their weapons. Even as they were being instantly froze over, the barrels and visors remained unaffected. It was as if the cold was acting as their armor, adapting to their situation and using the void to empower their shots. A flood of bullets came, albeit slow and easy to read. A proper look at the empty space slowly kicking up their speed and reaching to the other side, with Adel panicking as he realized this may end up letting a few stray shots inside. As the Serpent was trying to rush his rebuilding, sweating bullets in the process, Shady was more focused. He'd time himself so that when the next Orange Shot came down, he'd absorb and redirect the bullets directly onto Ballista's, letting himself act as the void temporarily.
He'd have to dip himself down and let it be eaten up by the vast vacuum, but such would let him get a proper experience, almost acting as a stimulant to his energy readings, struggling to keep himself from going all over the place as it feeds into his being. If he wasn't careful, he could just as easily ruin his plans by accidentally crushing the bullet under the darkness. He'd keep himself as restrained as possible, catching the first of many and shooting back, immediately aiming for the glass and upper sides of the ship they were piloting. He'd curve the bullet as well to let it act as a spiral, sucking in a few extra bullets and letting them dissolve under it, taken in as extra damage upon impact.
BANG!!!
Direct Hit. Right at the glass where they can see through. Even though the glass tanked the shot, the citrus made quick work to dissolve away and destroy the frame and anything outside, leaving them out of the competition. Callkins was quick on sending his troops to cover it, but with them drifting back, it's one less enemy team they have to contend with.
