After a grueling 5 hours of avoiding cameras and news reporters, I finally arrived home.
When I opened the door, I was greeted by a young girl with beautiful orange skin and long brown hair.
"Aphrodite."
She was holding up a bright orange egg with gray spots towards me.
Ah, it looks like she produced another one. She created eggs by combining her DNA with those of the wolves she killed, creating dire wolves × flame hornet chimeras.
She usually brings these eggs to me so that I can acknowledge them.
"Good... job," I said, patting her on the head.
She nodded in satisfaction before rushing back to Lily, who had been the one nursing the eggs since thw queen couldn't bother with them herself.
Lily's eyes sparkled as she accepted the egg and placed it with the others in the small nursery she created. The nursery was basically a small basket made with small tree roots and strange beautiful flowers.
