Chapter 12 - Chapter 12: The Speed is 60 mph!

"You… can't you ride the horse more steadily?!" Waver, feeling like he was about to get a concussion from the shock, could only lean on Alexander's shoulder as if exhausted.

"Ah, next time for sure, next time for sure!"

Upon hearing this, Waver almost rolled his eyes and fell off the horse. "There's a next time?!"

Just as he was about to gag, he suddenly noticed that the Servant opposite… seemed to be dressed exactly like his own Servant?

To be honest, he had wanted to complain from the very beginning. First, he summoned a bizarre English-descended cigar man who wore a suit but claimed to be Kongming, and now he encountered a Servant dressed exactly like his other Servant?

It made Waver almost suspect that during the summoning of Servants for this Holy Grail War, the clothes were uniformly distributed.

Adult males wear suits, and females and shota wear identical ancient Greek miniskirts, right?

Although he knew this was impossible, the current situation made him involuntarily think in that direction. Now, he regretted more and more having sent his teacher's package and come to Fuyuki to participate in the Holy Grail War.

Heaven help him, he even borrowed the travel expenses to come to Fuyuki, Japan, from a classmate. Thinking about this, Waver felt even more sorrowful.

"You… you are…" Looking at Alexander, who was riding the horse and casually dealing with Waver, the crimson-clad female Servant was instantly stunned. It wasn't obvious before, but now she completely felt an extremely familiar aura from this Servant in front of her.

In fact, she didn't even need to sense the aura; just Alexander's outfit, which was almost identical to her own, was enough for her to confirm the identity of the person in front of her, not to mention he was riding Bucephalus, the famous warhorse of Alexander.

Without a doubt, the person riding Bucephalus and landing in front of her at this moment was definitely her monarch, Alexander the Great.

Even though she had never seen Alexander in his youth, and Alexander in his youth and Alexander in his prime were completely different people, she could still confidently determine that the person in front of her was definitely Alexander.

Her true name was Hephaestion, and she could be said to be Alexander's most trusted confidante. No one understood Alexander better than her!

If anyone understood him better than her, then they should just be killed.

However… although it was a bit disrespectful, she always felt that the current Alexander… was strangely adorable.

"Ah, my apologies, I've been ignoring you since just now." After reluctantly comforting the wildly complaining Waver, Alexander heard Hephaestion's surprised words, and then turned to her and said, "Were you just asking for my name?"

"Listen well, I am the son of Zeus, Maki… Mmm mmm mmm…" Alexander Domineeringally drew his sword and began to loudly declare his identity.

However, before he could finish, Waver immediately reacted, quickly straightened up, and covered Alexander's mouth with both hands. "Idiot, why are you revealing your identity?!"

"This is war, isn't it honorable to declare one's true name in war?" Gently prying open Waver's hands, Alexander looked back at Waver with a strange expression. He suddenly felt that his Master might be a bit too timid.

When he heard Kongming say that the Master also had to go to battle with him, he was quite happy to have such a brave Master, but now it seemed… he was somewhat brave yet timid.

"Do you think you're a samurai from the Sengoku period? Declaring your name and having a one-on-one duel before the lines, right?" As he spoke, Waver couldn't help but cover his face in helplessness.

He was now almost numb from being messed with by his Servants.

First, Alexander suddenly wanted to run out and fight, then Kongming tricked Alexander into saying he also had to go, and then he threw himself out the window!

That would be fine, but the most outrageous thing was that now that it was actually time to fight, Alexander was thinking of revealing his true name!

If it were someone with a weaker mentality, they might just give up at this point.

"You see, my Master doesn't seem to want me to reveal my true name, so it looks like we'll have to fight without knowing each other's true names. What a pity." With that, Alexander pushed off Bucephalus's back with one hand and leaped into the air, landing steadily ten meters in front of Hephaestion.

He held his sword in his right hand, adopting a battle stance. "By the way, your attire is almost identical to mine. Could it be that you are also a Greek Heroic Spirit?"

"Something like that," Hephaestion said, once again preparing for battle, though this time her expression was hesitant. She wondered if she really had to fight her monarch. Wasn't that a bit too disrespectful?

She had been sent by her current Master to attack Alexander, under the pretext that 'someone was even more arrogant and provocative than himself.'

If she didn't fight, that idiotic Master would definitely use a Command Seal to force her to continue. After all, that foolish Master had actually come up with such an absurd and terrible idea—one that made Hephaestion's scalp tingle—of having her constantly release hostility to find and eliminate enemies.

However, the person opposite her was the monarch she had served in life, and also the person she respected the most. She couldn't really fight him, could she?

"My goodness… so fast! What kind of speed is this?!" Feeling Tom's lightning-fast speed, Haku almost doubted if he even had any weight, as Tom carried him, soaring like he was flying.

Looking down, Haku realized that Tom had already put on roller skates at some point, and incredibly, there were rocket thrusters on the back of the roller skates!

The most outrageous part was that these rocket thrusters had no place to store energy, releasing energy out of thin air, which directly violated the law of conservation of mass!

At this moment, Tom was wearing these roller skates, carrying Haku, and effortlessly sprinting up the mountain road towards Fuyuki City.

If Haku wasn't mistaken, their speed at this moment had to be at least 60 mph!

Even when cornering, Tom didn't slow down at all, instead charging forward at full speed, as if inertia didn't exist for him.

Feeling the sensation of Tom speeding through such winding mountain roads, Haku felt his legs almost turn to jelly. "So… so fast… such a fast car!!!"
