"Open up! Tony Stark!"
A group of terrorists who came to investigate kicked open the locked door and shouted curses.
Tony asked curiously, "Ethan, what are they saying? I only hear them calling our names!"
Ethan shook his head. "They're speaking Hungarian. I don't understand it either!"
Rimuru said, "The Hungarian guy is shouting that he wants to know where Stark is, who I am, and why I'm here. He's threatening to kill us if we don't tell the truth."
"You understand Hungarian too?"
Tony and Ethan were both shocked. They had no idea there were so many multilingual people in the world. Ethan himself knew Arabic, Russian, English, Persian, Dari, and several other languages.
But to Tony and Ethan, Rimuru looked far too young.
Since they had been speaking English earlier, they naturally assumed it was Rimuru's native language.
They never expected Rimuru could also understand Hungarian. Just how many languages did she know?!
Rimuru simply smiled without explaining.
Of course, he didn't actually "speak" Hungarian—but he could understand English, Hungarian, Russian, and every other language.
The reason was simple: his unique skill, "Magic Sense."
Magic Sense not only detects subtle magical fluctuations across a 360-degree field, it also converts sound waves and light waves into understandable information.
Language, at its core, is just sound carrying intent. Through magical perception, it is automatically translated into meaning.
In short, Rimuru could understand every language in the world—even the language of animals.
Boom!
As the heavy iron door opened, Tony's trap was triggered. Two terrorists were instantly killed.
Now fully suited in his armor, Tony stood confidently with a satisfied smile.
"Ethan, Rimuru—stay behind me. Now it's my turn to shine!"
Although the Mark suit was rough and bulky, its overwhelming strength and bulletproof armor made the terrorists feel like they were facing a demon. They hesitated before even fighting.
Tony didn't waste time. With a few punches, he knocked down everyone who rushed in.
Rimuru and Ethan watched with shining eyes.
They both suddenly wanted a mech of their own.
Even though Rimuru already had many abilities, he still longed for a steel suit like this.
Because mech armor isn't about power.
It's about romance.
Mechs are every man's dream.
In fact, with Rimuru's abilities, he could easily replicate the armor—just by absorbing it and letting the Great Sage analyze it.
But he couldn't do that without Tony's permission. It would be considered theft and damage their relationship.
The Iron Man suit was Tony's lifeline. Only his close friend Colonel Rhodes had ever used it.
Even under military pressure and life-or-death circumstances, Tony had still been extremely cautious about sharing it.
Bang!
Tony knocked down another enemy cleanly.
He grinned at Rimuru. "So, little Rimuru? Tony Uncle is pretty cool, right? You're starting to like me, aren't you?"
Rimuru rolled his eyes.
What kind of logic is that—just knocking down a few humans makes him act like this?
Disgusting.
At that moment, Ethan suddenly shouted, "Tony! Behind you!"
Without even turning around, Tony struck backward with an elbow and took down another terrorist instantly.
But because he was trying to show off, he accidentally overpowered himself—
His arm slammed straight into the rock wall.
Once. Twice. Three times.
It wouldn't come out.
The worst part? He was still pretending to be cool while stuck.
Tony Stark had completely failed to show off.
Rimuru and Ethan could only laugh helplessly.
Tony finally pulled his arm free and awkwardly said, "That doesn't count. Forget it."
"Wow, this gun is amazing!"
While Tony fought at the front, Rimuru quietly absorbed weapons into his stomach—nearly a dozen high-grade Stark Industries firearms in total.
If he wanted, he could even analyze them and learn gun mechanics… but he chose not to.
At the cave entrance, Tony launched a small missile and eliminated the bald terrorist leader.
Seeing the light outside, all three of them felt excited.
Tony especially—after three months of captivity, freedom was finally near.
"Rimuru, Ethan, everything is going according to plan. Wait for my signal outside."
"Got it!"
Ethan agreed immediately, and Rimuru didn't object either.
At his current strength, no one here could threaten him.
But inside the cave…
Rimuru picked up a rifle and walked toward the unconscious bald leader.
He knew from the story—this man wasn't dead yet.
Ethan immediately stopped him.
"Rimuru, what are you doing?!"
Rimuru said coldly, "He's the culprit. And he's not dead. We can't just let him go."
Ethan looked at him seriously.
"You're still young. You should live in the sunlight. Don't let hatred take over you."
Rimuru hesitated.
He didn't exactly oppose killing—after all, he had been fighting monsters—but killing humans was different.
"Can't we just let him go? That would be too easy for him."
Ethan took the gun.
"Let me handle this."
Bang!
A single gunshot ended the bald man's life in his sleep.
Outside, the battle suddenly escalated again.
Heavy machine gun fire rained down on Tony's armor, damaging key parts of the suit.
Ethan, anxious, grabbed a gun.
"Rimuru, stay here. I'll help Tony."
He ran out into the battlefield, trying to draw fire.
"Wait—if you go out like that, you'll be a target!"
But Ethan didn't stop.
He was a good man.
Rimuru clenched his fist.
He couldn't just watch someone like Ethan die.
"Great Sage, calculate the best strategy to defeat the enemies!"
A voice responded instantly.
"Yes."
Rimuru's eyes slowly turned red.
The battle was no longer something Tony could handle alone.
And now—
It was Rimuru's turn to intervene.
