Chapter 5 - Episode 5

POV : Leah

Leah stood frozen, shock rooting her to the spot. Her heart pounded wildly against her chest as the reality of what she had just seen on the TV sank in.

What is going on?

She began to pace the room, her thoughts racing faster than her steps. How…? Who is he?

"Leah?" Sarah's voice cut through her spiraling thoughts as she walked in, holding a cup. "Here's your coffee. And please sit down and tell me what's going on. Why did you even wanna sleep over at my place?"

Before Leah could respond, Sarah suddenly gasped, her eyes widening in disbelief.

"Oh my God Tae?!"

Leah froze again. Fear crept into her veins.

A celebrity? His name his Taejun she ask no one in particular just she and mind

Did I really just sleep with a celebrity?

Her mind felt like it was about to explode, but the words refused to come out. She couldn't say anything.

"I told you!" Sarah squealed, completely overwhelmed. "They're so cute together! Are you okay?" she asked, turning to Leah with concern.

Leah forced a small nod. "Yes… just a bit tired."

"Okay, let's go back to sleep," Sarah said gently.

Leah lay down on the bed, staring at the ceiling, her mind refusing to rest.

So that's why he kept his face covered when he was leaving… so no one would recognize him.

Her breath hitched.

Oh my God… I never knew who he was until now… the man who took my virginity…

She turned to her side, clutching the sheets.

Or maybe… it's not him. Maybe they just look alike…

God, please help me… who is this man I just slept with?

Sleep never came.

All night, his face lingered in her mind… the way he looked at her before he left… the way he held her…

Leah shut her eyes tightly.

Oh God… am I going insane?

The next morning, the apartment was unusually quiet—except for the low rhythm of Sungjae's voice as he rehearsed his rap in the living room.

Jaemin lounged on the couch, half-listening, scrolling through his phone.

Then—

The door creaked open.

Taejun stepped out.

Both of them froze.

His appearance alone was enough to send a chill through the room—dark circles hung heavily under his eyes, his hair slightly disheveled, and his expression… distant. Like he hadn't slept at all.

Sungjae stopped mid-line. "Bro… what's wrong with you?"

Jaemin slowly sat up, frowning. "Where were you last night? And why do you look like this?"

Taejun didn't answer immediately. He just stood there, breathing unevenly, like he was fighting something inside his head.

Then finally—

"Can you… take me to the hospital?"

The words came out low. Almost broken.

Both of them turned fully toward him now, confusion and concern flashing across their faces.

"What?" Sungjae stepped closer. "What happened? Are you okay?"

Jaemin's voice grew sharper. "Taejun, talk to us."

But Taejun shook his head slightly, his hands tightening into fists.

"Just… take me to the hospital," he said again, his voice cracking this time. "Please."

They exchanged a quick glance before rushing to him.

"Okay, okay… we've got you," Sungjae said, placing a hand on his shoulder.

Jaemin studied his face carefully. "What do you need at the hospital?"

Taejun swallowed hard, his eyes flickering with something close to fear.

"I need memory erase," he said quietly.

They both went still.

"I need it… yesterday." His voice trembled now, like he was barely holding himself together. "I need that memory out of my head…"

Jaemin frowned deeply. "What memory?"

Taejun looked away, his jaw tightening as if the thought alone hurt.

"…I can't keep it," he whispered, almost like he was on the verge of tears.

Sungjae and Jaemin stood there, completely confused… and now, seriously worried.

What the hell happened last night?
