I and Billy entered into my room. She jumped straight to my bed and opened her book. I took my bag which I kept on my study table. I opened my bag to take my chemistry textbook and note. I jumped on my bed and said
"Let's get this homework done"
She opened my book and started looking at my jottings.
" You really know how to write things down. You even did the classwork" She said as she flipped the page of my note" You even did the homework, when?"
"During lunch break, I did not prepare any food for myself so I just packed snacks which I took during some classes" I said
"So let me copy your work then" She said as she grabbed her pen but I dragged my book from her and said
"You asked me to explain it to you, so let me explain it"
" Ahhhhh, okay let's start" She reacted unhappily.
I started to explain the homework to her. She really understood the topic. While the tutoring was going on Thomas appeared in the room at the back of Billy. He gave me a sign to stop time. Stopping time was part of my five different powers which was given to me when I became the guardian of the treasure. I stopped the time and Billy froze.
"What are you doing here Thomas" I said
"I was calling but apparently you were sleeping" He said angrily.
"Okay but why appear in my room, didn't you think someone will be here" I said pointing at Billy
"Sorry but what I need to say is very important" Thomas said and dragged me to where he was standing
"You need to hear this now....." He whispered but I interrupted
" Why do you have to whisper when no one can hear our conversation" I said as I pushed him away from my ear.
"I'm whispering because your enemy is closer than you think" Thomas said shoving his head to Billy's direction.
"Do you mean Billy" I asked him
" What!!Her name is Billy, I thought that was a boy's name" Thomas asked looking a bit surprised.
" I don't know, just tell me about the enemy" I said.
"While I was chilling in the cave with the phone you gave me which has really helped me. I felt a feeling in my stomach which I knew was caused because something dangerous came close to you' Thomas narrated.
" Do you know what the person looks like. I hope it's not Billy" I said
" I don't know who it was but be ready and find out he or she is up to" Thomas said,"I also overheard your dad and your friend in the living room talking about how weird you're acting. They looked really worried"
"I hope it's not about my powers" I asked
"No. Kira, is there anything wrong with you. If si, let it not affect your duties" He said also looking worried. I felt so bad because everyone that I care about thinks that something is wrong with me.
The time started to glitch and Thomas asked
" Have you been training"
" No I don't have time because of my Dad's wedding preparations"
" Please find time because the less you train, the more your powers becomes weak'
" Okay"
Before I blinked twice, Thomas dissappear from her room. I resumed the time and Billy started saying
" I understand this but I can't solve it" She said looking at the book and then she looked up and was shook, then she looked back and saw me.
"How did you get there. I don't understand what's going on" She said looking very scared.
I climbed the bed and said
" Nothing is going on, I just wanted to put some lipgloss. I stood up when you were looking at the book" I came up with a lie quickly.
"Okay, let's just continue" She said but I knew she did not believe me completely.
