These two pets are such a headache—especially the canned food.

Upon hearing Morris's words, the canned food immediately wilted and let out two whimpers.

To be honest, it didn't do anything to provoke that bird of prey.

It was just that the other person was dozing off in a low tree by the river when, on a whim, they dragged it and the branch into the river.

Isn't this a perfect opportunity to take a shower?

Although the river water is a bit cold, we are all undead creatures and we are not afraid of the cold, so why are we so angry?

Of course, Morris was unaware of these details.

Based solely on his experience, he concluded that it was most likely the canned food that caused the problem first.

Just as he was about to give a few more words of advice, Fireworks suddenly turned its head toward the direction from which Maurice had come and let out a short cry.

Upon hearing this, the canned food immediately stopped whimpering, arched its back, its fur bristled slightly, and turned in the same direction.

This is a state of alert.

Morris's heart skipped a beat, and he followed their gaze.

Three figures emerged from around the corner.

It was Draco Malfoy, along with his two henchmen, Crabbe and Goyle.

Seeing this, Morris breathed a sigh of relief.

Judging from the reactions of the two pets just now, he thought he was about to encounter some kind of monster.

Like centaurs, three-headed dogs, and trolls.

Fortunately, it was just three students passing by.

He put aside his thoughts and decided to bypass them and leave.

However, Draco and his two companions moved in perfect unison, blocking his path.

"Don't be in such a hurry to leave," Draco said, raising his chin in a malicious smile. "Aren't you going to apologize for what you did earlier?"

  Morris was stunned.

  Apologize?

  What did he do?

If you're referring to what happened in the stands—he was the one who had his book stolen, so wasn't he the victim?

"I don't understand what you mean," Maurice said truthfully.

Seeing Maurice's bewildered expression, Draco's expression froze for a moment, then turned to annoyance.

In his view, the other party was either faking it or simply didn't take the conflict in the stands seriously.

But no matter which one it was, it made him very unhappy.

"You've embarrassed me, you Ravenclaw guy," Draco said coldly. "As a Slytherin, I cannot tolerate what you've done to me."

Upon hearing this, Morris shrugged. "Then you really are petty."

"It's none of your business to judge me, you mudblood!"

Draco turned his head and winked at his two henchmen behind him. "Crawb, Goyle, control him."

Draco was very confident at this moment.

The fact that the other party had walked to such a secluded corner all by themselves was practically a perfect opportunity delivered to their doorstep.

So what if the opponent uses their summoning spell well?

Three against one is an absolute and utter defeat.

He has the advantage in both numbers and size.

He had even mentally rehearsed the next scene: Maurice would be held by the arms by Crabbe and Goyle, unable to struggle, while he would slowly and methodically teach them what respect is.

Of course, he wouldn't do anything too outrageous.

After all, it's just a mud seed.

As for the possibility that the other party might complain to the professor?

They were not caught on the spot, no irreparable harm was caused, and there were no reliable eyewitnesses.

Without any evidence, the professor had no way to punish him.

He wanted to show this guy that even at school, there were people he absolutely couldn't mess with!

As Crabbe and Goyle approached step by step, flexing their wrists, Maurice sighed softly.

Is this what they call school bullying?

This was the first time in his life he had encountered something like this—especially in a magic school.

It feels... a little novel, but also a little disgusting.

  Morris tilted his head slightly.

To be fair, if he were an ordinary first-year student, the two relatively large figures in front of him might seem quite intimidating, since first-year students don't know any combat magic at all.

  But he's different.

If he wanted to, he could turn his opponent into a sieve in an instant with bone spikes.

Of course, that's impossible, unless he wants to spend most of his life in prison.

I wonder if the magical world has any laws protecting minors.

Just as Morris was lost in thought, Crabbe and Goyle were only two steps away from him, Crabbe's hand was even outstretched in front of him.

Morris snapped out of his daze and quickly said to Crabbe, "Let me remind you, gentlemen, that you have vixen excrement on your trousers."

  Crabbe: "...?"

  Gore: "...!"

The two subconsciously looked down at their pants, which were clean.

Wait a minute, where would a vixen come from at Hogwarts?

In the brief moment they were stunned, Maurice had already taken a few steps back.

"He's lying to you, you idiots! Don't let him get away!" Draco shouted angrily from behind.

His two henchmen were really not very bright.

Crabbe and Goyle realized what was happening, and in a fit of rage, they snorted and lunged at Maurice.

However, Morris had no intention of running away at all. He pointed to the sky and calmly said, "Look up there, there's a surprise."

Although they had already been fooled once, Crabbe and Goyle still couldn't help but tilt their heads back.

But this time, Morris was right; there really was something above their heads.

Several pale, menacing bone spikes hung in mid-air, gleaming coldly in the sunlight; each one was as thick as their calves.

  "What's this?"

Crabbe said in a muffled voice, and Gore's face was also full of doubt.

The next moment, the bone spur moved.

With a whooshing sound, it plummeted straight down towards them.

  "Thump! Thump! Thump! Thump!"

The heavy impacts echoed one after another, sending dirt and grass clippings flying.

Bone spikes landed around the two of them, completely surrounding them.

  But that's not all.

Immediately afterwards, a huge bone plate suddenly appeared in the air, like a coffin lid, and crashed down with a loud bang, covering the tops of those bone spikes perfectly.

In the blink of an eye, a simple cage made of bones was completed.

Crabbe and Goyle stood frozen in the bone cage, their minds blank, unable to even utter a scream.

Seeing the results, Morris nodded in satisfaction.

Although doing so is a waste of the power of the Bone-Calling Technique, it does look impressive.

He looked at Draco and found that Draco was completely frozen in place.

  Draco was dumbfounded.

This is not a prank spell, nor is it any magic he has learned or heard of at Hogwarts!

  What... what is this thing?

"You—" Draco finally found his voice, "What have you done? Let them go!"

"It's just a little magic spell to calm people down," Maurice said cheerfully. "They look too excited. Oh, you too, Mr. Malfoy. I suggest you take a deep breath first."

After saying that, he did the same thing, and an even smaller bone cage descended from the sky, enveloping Draco.
