The next morning Nero had recovered enough to be able to leave his bed, his muscles still aching and a dull pain in the back of his head but he was able to move around without problem
Heading to the kitchen he found Aurathia there making breakfast "never thought you were going to be the one that I found cooking" he joked
"Training can be for more than just improving your muscles" she retorted with a smile "and as the goddess of women as well as training I have to be able to help women in areas that they want training in, and some of those women want to be better cooks so over time I'd say I've become a pretty good cook myself, now if you would be so kind could you set the table for us"
"The reverse of our normal roles huh" Nero smiled, taking it slow but able to place the dining utensils on the table with the plates
"I suppose it is" Aurathia chuckled, bringing over the food "now although you are in a good enough state to be moving about, you're still not ready for the dungeon so today you'll be joining me in my regular routine"
"You're routine" Nero exclaimed with shock in a joking manner "but that sounds like alot more exercise than I normally do" he chuckled
"My daily routine not my training routine smartass" Aurathia retorted, acting as if she were annoyed but a obvious smile creeping onto the side of her mouth
"Nero, it's good to see you up and about again" Yumi stated as she entered the dining room
"Partially thanks to you, that mixture that you gave me really helped" Nero thanked her
"I'm just glad I was able to help" Yumi smiled as she sat down
The meal continued with the three of them talking about this and that, Yumi offering to do the dishes once everyone was finished due to not having helped with the cooking or setting the table
"Alright then, in that case thank you for that, let's go Nero" Aurathia replied, leading Nero outside before squating down "hop on"
"My muscles might hurt but I'm sure that I can make it down the cliff on my own" Nero commented
"Yeah I'm not risking you falling on me and you getting stuck back in bed for even longer, so either get on or I lift you onto my shoulder, and trust me when I say that going down the mountain on my shoulder will take longer and be much more uncomfortable than if you just get on my back" Aurathia smiled in a way that showed that she wasn't joking
"Fine" Nero sighed climbing onto her back, the heat of her skin able to be felt even though his shirt
After making sure that Nero was holding on tight Aurathia made her way down the cliff with smooth trained movements, getting to the bottom of the cliff in a relatively short amount of time
"Climbing like this with you on my back is actually pretty good training, maybe I should have let you climb down on your own so I have a reason to keep carrying you like this" Aurathia chuckled
"I'll pass on that" Nero replied as he got of her back "so where to first?"
"Take's place, get you doing some light exercises that the kids and rookie adventurers do" Aurathia replied as she lead the way
Arriving at Takemikazuchi's residence Nero and Aurathia found a group of people already there
"Aurathia, Nero, it's good to see you both, and in good condition, from what I heard you overdid some of your training, that's no good for you or Aurathia as she has been down for a few days" Takemikazuchi stated
"You don't have to tell him that, and I told you to call me Aura" Aurathia complained, giving him a playful punch on the arm
"I'll try to remember that for next time" Takemikazuchi replied, rubbing his arm "alright then, now that Aura is here I suppose we should begin, Mikoto can I rely in you as always"
"Yes, Takemikazuchi-sama" Mikoto confirmed from the side, a zither seated across her lap as she began to play
"Just follow my movements along with the music" Aurathia told Nero as she took her place at the front
"This is just radio calisthenics isn't it" Nero thought as he copied Aurathia's movements, the low impact exercises helping lossen up his muscles
Although the session only lasted for a short time all of the people who were involved seemed to have had a good time, the kids running around, the older people thanking Takemikazuchi and Aurathia for providing the lessons and the adventurers leaving a small amount of valis as a tip
"Alright that's the first place on my routine done, time for the next one" Aurathia declared as she waved goodbye to Takemikazuchi and Mikoto, dragging Nero by the arm
The next stop on her list was the main residence of Hephaestus, demonstrating proper arm stretches that the blacksmiths should do before they started forging, checking their forms by making them do air blacksmithing and commenting on areas that would cause them pain if they continued in such a way and showing them a better way to do it and even recommending exercises to do as physio for those blacksmiths that already had aches that had been troubling them before Aurathia started training them
Even though he wasn't a blacksmith Nero was made to do the exercises as well, both so that it would help him recover and so that Aurathia could use him as a demonstration so that she could directly point out certain areas for the blacksmiths should focus on
The final location on Aurathia's routine surprised him, as it turned out to be the hostess of fertility
"What are we doing here" Nero wondered out loud
"Freya has been getting in touch with me from this place" Aurathia answered "apparently her hips and waist have been aching lately and so when she heard that I had decsended she sought me out after a while, so I made her some exercises for her to do and she has been thanking me though the people here as it is hard for her to go about the city without being mobbed by people because of her beauty"
"Hip and waist exercises huh" Nero said absent mindedly, his mind instantly able to figure out why those specific parts of her body would be hurting
"I can tell what you're think" Aurathia frowned as she slapped Nero on the back of his head "and I hate the fact that you're not wrong" she sighed
Greetings Aurathia-sama,do you have the time to train with me today" asked a green haired elf girl
"Sure thing Ryuu, is it ok if my child watches us? watching a high ranked albiet retired adventurer will be good for him" Aurathia questioned
"If that is what you wish" Ryuu responed as the group made their way behind the store.
