The next day Leon opened his eyes weakly as the sun reflection penetrate into his room,he stood up and checked the time realizing that it's 11:40 am in the morning. In this world filled with chaos, powers and supernatural things the time is the same as of normal earth having twenty four hours per day and three hundred and sixty five days a year but in this world humans live far longer than normal even beast and monsters. Ordinary humans lived up to 150 years, weak cultivators live up to 250 years while strong cultivators reaching grade like virtual God or even lower can live up to 300 years, and even some special cultivators live up to 500 years.
Leon got ready and leave his house heading towards a restaurant.....he sat down and ordered breakfast,he brought out his mobile communicator and upon opening it he saw a message from an unknown number he clicked on it and realized that it's Ariel the girl he saved.
"Ariel: hello this is Ariel just trying to confirm your contact."
The message was sent twelve hours ago and another one was sent again five hours ago.
"Ariel: I realized you are not online and might be busy if you are online message me."
After seeing those message Leon decided to reply her back.
"Leon: sorry for missing your messages I was quite busy how was your day."
He then went on the news to check for anything worthwhile.... just as he was strolling he saw a news article talking about a monster of the super grade wandering out of the forest in a tier six city something unusual to happen since monsters and beast don't actually leave the depths of the forest and appear in cities but still it happens sometimes but just unusual... Leon saw the bounty placed on the monster for anyone capable of killing it, he almost choked on his food the reward was one million silver coins but it's only for a registered cultivator under exterminator organization.
I most definitely have to register under exterminator organization things will be easier a little bit Leon said.
Not long after Leon was done with his breakfast he paid for his meal and went back to his house since he still has beast carcass to sell.... one from the blood bat and the other from the frost fiend.
He went to the cultivators market and sold both the beast for four hundred silver coins because both are hard creatures to kill,the blood bats being mainly of them hunting in groups which Leon was lucky to spot a lone one but almost got him killed and also some blood bats uses their bloods as weapons to infect their prey which Leon was also lucky again not to come across one that has unlocked it's abilities. The frost fiend on the other hand was a hard creature to kill, their frost abilities makes them a troublesome opponent coupled with their intelligence.
After selling both creatures he then took a cab to the exterminator organization branch in the town Leon is currently residing, the exterminator organization main headquarters is located at a tier two city with each city having branches all over the town.
Leon arrived at the exterminator organization branch and he wasn't too surprised upon seeing this many people going in and out of the building, the building itself is huge and wide....a tall four story building with reinforced glass having a sign at the top which says exterminator organization, the building was painted with white and gold colour bringing with it a sense of royalty.
Leon walked towards the building and he spotted two cultivator guards at the entrance with immense aura emanating from them each of them has a stern look devoid of any emotions on their face....they give off a feeling of experience and danger from them. One of them glanced at Leon for a few seconds before turning away, Leon was surprised that they managed to sense him gazing at them among the crowd of people making him understand that both guards are not one to mess with or take slightly.
Arriving inside the building Leon saw a long line in front of him but he decided to check out the inside of the building and he realizes just how luxurious the place is, the inside was also painted with the same colour as the outside...on the wall are pictures of strong legends of the past and greatest hero of mankind but Leon didn't know anyone of them and he doesn't care, he also saw fur from legend beast and monsters and as well as their horns. While Leon was checking the place out he then unintentionally bumped into someone.
Sorry I didn't see you there Leon quickly tried to apologize but the person which is a man in his twenties with a messy blonde hair and a small mustache wearing a slight expensive clothes looked at Leon before he shouted what did you mean you are sorry you just ruined my clothes do you know how expensive they are. The man said while looking at Leon with a grin.
The man's actions has drawn the attention of people towards them annoying Leon slightly.
Like I said am sorry I didn't see you there, I wasn't paying attention. Hahaha you think sorry is going to solve it huh! Am sure you don't have money to pay for my clothes since you are just a peasant beginner level black grade the man said with a broad chest.
Leon's demeanor changed instantly after hearing the word peasant since he has heard that word alot in his life, I have apologize to you don't disturb me further or else it won't be good for you Leon said in a cold tone startling the man slightly.
Leon turned away to leave but the man stopped him and said how dare you talk back to me,a peak level black grade I will teach you a lesson. The man said while throwing his hand for a punch but Leon turned around holding it mid air before saying I didn't even received a quest from you... you are too weak.
The man was confused but then suddenly a punch landed on his face throwing him away and sliding through the ground unconscious.
The crowd stared at Leon in shock as he went towards the line and joining in.... after thirty minutes it's finally his turn,he arrive at the reception where a beautiful lady greeted him "hi what can I help you with" she said with a bright smile.
I would like to register as a certified cultivator Leon said.... sure we will have you fill this form she said while handling Leon a form containing some information.

After a few minutes Leon was done with his registration as his badge which shows he's a certified cultivator was registered on his mobile communicator and linked to the exterminator organization so anywhere he goes if he was asked to prove if he's a registered cultivator all he has to do was to show them his mobile communicator for scanning or tell them his name and they will search through the organization network.
Leon went back home so he can practice his new technique.
